Purchased a front entry door and 2 windows in September 2023. They installation was scheduled November 20, 2023, but was delayed until November 21st with no notice, due to lack of communication. The installation was done November 21st , but there were issues with the windows and the door was not completed, as the deadbolt was not completed as well as the trim, which was supposed to be completed after inspection. Also, the door ordered was not correct, as the interior sidelight panels were not white as ordered, instead they were charcoal matching the exterior. Also, the door exterior trim was not installed, as they sent black instead of the charcoal that would match the door. Pella did send a painter to correct the sidelights, which were painted white, but now the door is a different shade of white that came from the factory and doesn't look good. My exterior trim is scheduled January 29, 2024, but I have not heard back from Pella regarding correcting the interior white paint discrepancy.
Pella has the worst installation coordinators I have ever dealt with, and their customer service does not exist in my opinion. I have called and always told the person is in a meeting and will return my call, but I have never received a call back. I would suggest a different manufacturer for the price of the doors and window.
