Paid my account account in full by Western Union Quick Collect on 4-2-10. I was advised at that time I would be faxed a receipt on Monday 4-5-10 clearing my account. At 1:30pm on April 5, 2010 was called by Penncro and advised that Visa did not clear. Went though entire scenario again, provided MTCN number and then transferred to a Supervisor. Supervisor became aggressive and belliergent stated he was collecting a debt (duh, I have the receipt from Western Union) and that it will take several days to get a receipt. I told him that I needed a receipt today because of employment purposes and he became loud and his demeanor changed even more and told me that was not his problem. I advised him that I was only asking for what his Company said I could receive and nothing more. He promptly hung up on me. This started as an overdraft at Bank of America and due to unemployment issues it went to Collections. Now that I am back in gainful employment I am trying to clear this for my background check. Looks like I'll soon be unemployed again

LOL.. I used to work for that place and we were trained to do a better job than that. You should call back and ask to speak to the manager in charge cause some times they dont give you supervisors on the line they give you a "team lead" on the phone that doesnt know ### about what they are talking about and have less training in anything and they tend to treat people like ###. They are very strict on quality controll so make sure you get the name of who you are talking to and you can get them into trouble for treating you like that.
