Good day

I bought a Hisense U50 phone on Friday 18.03.2022 at 16;18;21 at Pep Centurion Mall. I was assisted by Dolly who told me the phone is sold out they are only left with the one on display, she then suggested that I take the one on display so I asked if it wont give me any problems since its not sealed, she said No but should it give me problems then I'm free to return it within 7 days of purchase, so I took the phone.

when I got home I realized that the phone was not charging, I left it for about an hour but still it was not charging, after a while I realized that its charging But it takes longer than expected and then it stops again... this was a very serious concern for me because I cant be having problems with charging a new phone.

So today Monday the 21.03.2022 I went to the store hoping that they'll exchange it since I had it for only two days. When I got to the store I found this rude, disrespectful, arrogant, moody lady called Tshepiso who gave me a very bad customer service, she asked me why I kept it with me for the weekend if I saw that it was not charging and I tried to explain to her that I only had a chance to come to the mall on Monday but she didn't care. My concerns didn't matter to her, she even said I'm the one who chose to buy the phone so its not her problem that its giving me troubles so there's nothing she can do about it, she even left me on the counter to show that she doesn't care. I cant even explain how I feel right now as I'm typing this. I'm so disappointed by the manner in which I was treated and the tone of her voice, she made me look like a fool in front of her colleagues and customers.
