Got a *** front strut rod kit for our 66 Acadian race car from Performance Online, Inc. Box came without the hardware kit. Called Fred W. at POL through their tech line, and he was cool and helpful. He sent the parts, and we got them in Canada in a week. The installation was easy, but we had to tweak the forward strut mounting plates to fit the front rod ends. Thanks, Fred, you did a great job!

I ordered my brake stuff and they said they had it all. But then they said they couldn't ship the rotors for two weeks. Now they're saying it's gonna be another month for the rest of my parts. Every time I call, it's a different person and they don't know what's going on. Customer service is bad. I ain't ordering from them again. I'll pay more for a business that's honest.

This place is the worst to get parts from. I ordered my parts in April and it's already July, but I still haven't received them. I called them many times, but they never had an answer about where my parts were. Finally, I asked about sending the parts back, and the sales guy told me to call Speedway to see if they had the parts I needed. If they did, I could order them and Performance Online would refund my money. I've never heard of a place that offers things and then tells you to call another place to get them and refund your money. They should have called them, not me. Anyone using this place should beware because they suck! Zero stars.

I been in the car game for like 30 years and I gotta say, Performance Online is straight up trash. I called them like a million times to make sure their disc brake kit would fit my ride and they still sent me a bunch of pieces with no info. It took forever to get everything and then when I finally got it all installed, it didn't even fit! So I called to return it and they said I could only get store credit minus the shipping. Like, what kind of BS is that? And get this, they told me to grind down a caliper to make it work. Like, are you kidding me? That's not safe at all. And when I tried to talk to management, they just talked over me and said they record all their calls but magically had no record of our convo. Don't waste your money or your time with these clowns. Just bang your head against a wall instead, it'll be a better experience.

This was a bad experience. I ordered the brake kit on 3/1. It said it could take up to 72 hours to ship. I waited a week before emailing. No answer, so I called and they couldn't find my order. Once they found it, they said it would ship by the end of the week and call me back tomorrow. Next day nothing. Waited another day and called them back. Woman said they would ship it out that Friday and I would get an email. That Friday came and nothing. End of week two. I called Monday for a tracking number. They said it would ship that day and call me back in an hour. No call. I called back Wednesday and they said they would call me back. I was lied to for over two weeks. They were not rude, just liars. Everything looked good in the box, but they bolted everything together. Why? They did not notice the dust shield holes did not line up? Not too big of a deal, just go without them. Once everything was on I noticed they sent me the wrong brake hoses and banjo bolts. The hose length was correct but the caliper needs a 7/16 hose end and banjo to fit. They sent a 3/8. Called them on Saturday April 1. Was on hold for over an hour and then was disconnected. Did not get to talk to anyone. So I ordered new hoses and banjo bolts from a local parts store. Called again Monday and was told I should have only been sent to voice-mail. Told them my problem, and was told they would send me an email so I could send them a picture. I explained I could send them a picture but you would not be able to tell from photos the difference between a 3/8 and 7/16. She said she would get back to me and let me know what they would refund me and how to send the hoses and dust shields back. Nothing. This was a major disappointment.

Bought sumthin' from these guys fer my truck's front suspension. They said it'd be a good replacement. But the coils they sent were either wrong or not made fer my ride. They moved around when I was drivin' and made a lot of noise. Tried to get a replacement or refund, but they stopped talkin' to me.

I bought a bunch of stuff from Performance Online, Inc. for $4,200 on 12/3 and they charged my card for the whole thing. I got the package on 12/22 but it was missing 11 parts. I called them up and they said they'd send me 10 of the parts and the 11th would come from the MFG on 1/23. I asked for tracking numbers and an email about the last part but they didn't send me anything. I've been calling them every week since then and they still haven't sent me the parts or any proof that the MFG is taking forever. They keep saying they'll send them out but they don't. It's been almost two whole months since I paid for the $1,00 item in full and now they're saying the MFG won't have it until Jan 28th.

I ordered a power steering kit for a customer on January 18. I've called customer service 12 times and every time I get a different answer. We finally got the kit on March 8, but it was incomplete. Our customer still can't use it. We need the missing brackets to finish the repairs. I called on March 17 and was told the parts were shipping that evening and we'd get a tracking number. I called again on March 18 and got the same answer. But we still don't have the parts or a tracking number. I don't think we'll ever get the parts. These people don't know what they're doing. Their customer service is terrible.

I got brake kits for my old Truck from Performance Online, Inc. but they were not complete and had wrong parts. I had to buy more parts from a local store and call POL many times to get the right parts for the front kit. The rear kit had some parts out of stock for 60 days, so I had to wait till this week to do the job. But now I found out that the whole kit is not compatible with my project. I contacted POL, but they were not helpful and said they won't do any return or exchange. I paid $775.97 for the kit and $90 for shipping, but it's useless to me. I also financed part of it with affirm on their website and still paying $500.83.

I ordered some brake stuff and rear end stuff from Performance Online on Feb 21, 2022. They sent me an email on Feb 22 saying my order was processed, but they didn't say anything about the stuff being backordered. I found out on Feb 24 when they sent me another email with tracking info. I called them and they said the stuff would ship on Feb 28 or Mar 1 and I would get it by Mar 4. But I didn't get any shipping info by Mar 3, so I called again and they said it might ship on Mar 7 or 8. I got mad and told them to take the stuff back, but they said I had to pay to ship it back. That's not fair because I already paid $159 for shipping and they haven't even sent half my order. I canceled the rear end stuff and got it from LMC Truck instead. The brake stuff they sent me was no good because they didn't send me the brackets or bearings to install it. I had problems with this company before and I hoped it would be better this time, but it wasn't. I raised my voice a little on the phone, but I didn't curse at the guy. He put me on hold for 5 minutes because of my tone of voice. They said a manager would call me back on Mar 3, but they never did.
