I began messaging Nancy Wilson White in December about a smooth coat blue female chihuahua. She had a litter soon after & stayed she had one. I put a deposit in the puppy knowing Nancy was moving to Wisconsin.
After a few weeks I inquired how puppy was doing, she informed me it was a long coat. I stated I wouldn't be getting the pup then. She let me know she had more litters due. Once again she sends me pics of what she said was a female. I wait a couple weeks to ask about the pup. Now she claims it's a male. I ask again. For return of my deposit - although she keeps saying other pups she has. I reiterate for the 10th time I want a blue smooth coat female.
I asked how we do the refund & she says she'll reverse the invoice. I also said I would pay deposit again if she finally got the blue smooth female. She claimed she couldn't get to the bank because of weather, yet within a few days she was flying somewhere to deliver a puppy.
Then she had the flu & couldn't get to the bank
Fast forward to April. Still waiting on refund, she's got more litters due. No smooth blue female, ask again for money back.
In May I ask again, she states she needs 30 days in order to refund it. I agree & actually gave her a little over 30 days. She ends up in FB jail for posting animals for sale. Now it's June 18. She says she's got a tiny blue female that's 5 months old. I ask for pictures. She sends me full grown long haired chihuahuas that are NOT blue. Asked several more times for my money. Now she says she's not sure why she should refund the full amount.
Well now I'm done- I know she's a scammer. Don't think the pup I wanted ever existed or she sold it to someone else.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HER. She's a liar. After getting so fed up I posted a warning in a scammer group on FB and she's saying "REFUNDS ARE NONREFUNDABLE" (quote from her post). I posted screenshots of the MANY times she said she would return the money. She's a vile person. DO NOT EVER SEND HER MONEY. I'll be filing at the magistrates office this week. I highly doubt once I win, that I'll ever see the money. I should've done my research before getting involved with her, selling inferior Animals. Over breeding. She calls it her business- RED FLAG right there.

Shawn she gets many of us, all the deposit she keeps should be a felony but unfortunately the criminal have more rights as the victims do . And even in 2021 she still a crock and as shady as she can be . Recently she sold 2 sick pups one DBL slash hydro for $350 and another sweet poor little girl who eye popped out as she claims was picked up by another dog by the head did tell buyers till 2 hours away . She like to pint fingers, threatening and slandering other and loves to play the victim claiming everyone is jealous of her! Please do not buy unless you have them vet checked first safe yourself the pain and money you will go through if you end up with a sick baby. Please have your babies DNA so many postings about cross breeding and inbreeding. So many complaints about DBL and cleft .
I bought two dogs from her. Both had worms, one is deaf and can’t see well and both have had multiple strange conditions. I love them so much and hate that they were bred for color when merles have so many issues. My vet said that he can tell by the color patterns that they will have ailments!
