PH Travel review: Refund

They took my money out of my bank £687.76 without sending me my confirmation flight! And when I asked them which email did they sent it they clearly have given me a different email address. This all happened last year 2022 I booked the ticket on Apr 29 2022 this was also the transaction date the money was deducted out of my bank on May 03 2022. I called my bank about it to raised a dispute! But obviously the PH TRAVEL told my bank that they will refund my money but they didn't. They promise to refund £150 put of £687 I agreed with that however they never came back to me after that.
