Don't effing do it.
Take your money and tape it end to end, roll it up on a tube and use it for toilet paper. I would have got more from my $21,000.00 had I done that with it rather than making $450 payments every month for over four years. They did non of what They said they would do. The things they did do were so cheap, cheesy and unprofessional. They lie to you to get your hopes up. They are just playing you. Physiologically manipulating you. They know exactly what to say so you trust them. Like "if you were my niece..." They aren't about inventing things at all, they are about getting your money. Once they have you locked in your committed to paying them.
Recommendation: Absolutly DO NOT go to Invent Help. They are NOT helpful. Unless your looking to piss away thousands. They can help with that.

Great Experience with InventHelp - They Helped Bring Our Idea to Life!
i heard bout this company and they seem pretty good. we had an idea and we went to them and they helped us out. they were there for us the whole time and we really appreciate it. thanks inventhelp!
Warning: My Experience with InventHelp - A Total Ripoff and Scam
I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty bad experience with InventHelp. I mean, I was really excited about my invention and I thought they could help me get it out there, but boy was I wrong. They just took my money and didn't do anything for me. I feel like such a sucker for falling for their scam.
I mean, seriously, this company is a total ripoff. They promise you the moon and the stars, but all they deliver is disappointment and frustration. They don't care about you or your invention, they just want your money. And once they have it, they're gone.
I wish I had done my research before I signed up with InventHelp. I would have saved myself a lot of time, money, and heartache. But now I know better, and I want to make sure that other people don't fall for their lies and deceit.
So, if you're thinking about using InventHelp, don't. Just don't. Save your money and find a reputable company that actually cares about you and your invention. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.
InventHelp: A Reputable Company That Can Help Turn Your Idea into a Reality
I was skeptical about using InventHelp at first, but I decided to give it a try. I had an idea for a new product and I didn't know where to start. The team at InventHelp was very helpful and they guided me through the entire process. They helped me with the patent search and they even created a prototype of my product. I was impressed with their professionalism and their attention to detail.
The only downside was that the process took longer than I expected. It took several months to get my patent approved and to get my product ready for production. However, I understand that these things take time and I was willing to be patient.
Overall, I would recommend InventHelp to anyone who has an idea for a new product. They are a reputable company and they have a lot of experience in helping inventors bring their ideas to life. Don't listen to the naysayers who say that all invent websites are fraudulent. InventHelp is the real deal and they can help you turn your idea into a reality.
Expertise, Attention to Detail, and Professionalism: My Experience with InventHelp
I recently used InventHelp to help me with my invention idea and I was blown away by their expertise. They were able to bring together all the necessary materials in a short amount of time, which was impressive. It's no wonder they've been around for so long, they really know their stuff!
One thing I appreciated about InventHelp was their attention to detail. They made sure to thoroughly explain the patent process to me and answered all my questions along the way. I felt like they truly cared about my invention and wanted to help me succeed.
I also appreciated their professionalism. They were always prompt in their responses and kept me updated throughout the entire process. It was clear that they were dedicated to helping me achieve my goals.
Overall, I highly recommend InventHelp to anyone looking to bring their invention idea to life. They are a trustworthy and reliable company that truly cares about their clients. Don't hesitate to give them a try!
Beware of InventHelp: They Stole My Idea and Left Me High and Dry
This company ain't no good, let me tell ya. They tell you all sorts of fancy things about how they can help you with your invention, but it's all a bunch of hogwash. They take your idea and run with it, leaving you high and dry. They send you letters saying that tons of companies are interested in your idea, but it's all just a big fat lie. Then, when you finally hear back from them, it's just silence. And before you know it, your idea is out there in the world, but it's not quite the same as what you came up with. They done stole your idea, plain and simple.
Now, I ain't got a lot of money, and I know a lot of folks out there are in the same boat. And that's why it's so dang frustrating that these big companies can just take advantage of us like this. There ain't no justice for us little guys. So let me tell you, don't you dare use this company. Don't trust nobody with your idea, especially not InventHelp. They don't deserve no stars from me, that's for sure.
If you got an idea, you gotta protect it. Take out a loan, borrow from your friends, do whatever you gotta do to get a patent first. And don't you dare tell nobody about it until you've got that patent in your hand. Trust me, it's not worth the risk. And if you've already been burned by InventHelp, well, I'm right there with you. I'm looking for a lawyer to sue them, and I hope you are too. Don't let them get away with it.

ROH-677 Doll Katchers
My contract expired with Invent Help a number of years ago. With out my permission they had their VIBE Team put my invention up for license at Las Vegas June 13-15. I was involved with a class action lawsuit against them. I do not want them touching my patented line of dolls (Doll Katchers) They raked me over the coles back in 2018 and I personally feel after giving them 16 thousand back in 2018 I got little from them. As stated, I have no active contract with them. They basically do whatever they want, and they should start with taking my toy off their VIBE Experience. I never gave them permission to do anything on my part.

Desired outcome: Withdraw all my invention content off your computers and divorce me from your company. I have a private Agent who handles these matters.
Follow through
After paying thousands for a patent and Inventhelp services, it has been impossible to reach them for an update. I have sent emails and left voicemails. After several of each, I have received no return communication. Apparently, if they think you do t have something that will benefit them, they drop you off the face of the earth. I have not been able to get an update on the progress of my submission in months. I am also unable to reach the patent attorney to get an update on the patent I applied for over a year ago. Something is not right.
Desired outcome: Not sure, but thinking breach of contract on their part
Scotch-brite bath scrubber
I had become frustrated with cleaning the bathroom especially the tub because of the bending over that was required was hurting my back. I had just finished mopping the kitchen floor and thought how convenient it would be to have a scrubbing sponge at the end of a pole. Later while watching TV, the InventHelp commercial displayed a phone number to call. The year was [protected] while I lived in my first apartment in Richmond Heights, Ohio I talked to the agent over the phone, gave her my information and naively told her my idea of having a scrub sponge at the end of a pole similar to a mop in the hopes of receiving assistance with getting my invention created. Years later I see my invention in stores and I never heard anything back from InventHelp. I felt betrayed and disappointed in myself for trusting this company with my invention idea.
Desired outcome: Explanation for mishandling of my idea submission. Compensation for incurred damages.

Idea/patent
Hi there, my name is Fabricio Mariotto and I used "inventHelp" in order to patent my idea. I can not prove they stole my invention but something very strange happened: After I submitted my applications and got done with the process, they told me investors were not interested. But after 6 months, a friend of mine sent me a link to a Facebook page showing the exacly same thing I created. And before that happened, I did lots of research about my invention and I found out there was no such a thing yet. Besides that, they only told me I was paying for an American patent and not a worldwide one after 8 months. So I think they stole the idea and sent it to the other side of the world (China?). Do you think I have a case? Thank you!Get Outlook for Android
Exactly the same thing that happened with me. A few years later the exact same product showed up on the market. Even the odd custom addition I added to the application I sent them. But now what do I do?
Don't know if you have a case, but that's exactly the sort of thing that's kept me from contacting them over the past couple years with the ideas I have. Some part of me has always pictured a scenario exactly like yours playing out with my ideas.
Good luck, and yes, i'd definately look into that whole "Do I have a case?"
Would you know if there are other places one can go to shop their ideas around?

invent help scam!
Watch out for this hoax... I signed up with invent help in late 2017 & then rollercoaster of false hopes & crappy low budget "referral" services began. They know every trick in the book to hook you & then take your money. My biggest mistake I made was not researching the large amount of lawsuits against invent help that have been filed over the years, not to mention the scam alert pages & news reports found online pointing to invent helps tricks in their billion dollar industry. I called client services to request canceling my account & the first person hung up on me, I called back & then second person claimed to be a supervisor & said, "well your contract is being met, so low performance doesn't constitute canceling"... I responded, "I never said it was performing low, you just did, I said I want to cancel" - she says, "you can't as per your contract"... "so then who should my lawyer contact after i'm done leaving bad reviews, & submitting a complaint to the federal trade commission"? She responded - "well that department isn't available right now"... Really? They're not available? Okay, so I asked, "you can't leave me a name & contact information for anyone?"- she says "no, sorry not at this time"...
_ client services is obviously just a call center & can't help you with anything. Invent help hooks you good... Drags you along with a lot of cut-copy & paste submission paperwork they send to you once a month or so stringing you along until your contract is up... Their patent attorneys they use are offered at a discount so you only use their people to give you more false hope. They do little research to tell you if your invention is actually producible, let alone profitable. Over $10, 000 to send a one page low content "referral" paper to "manufactures...? Who I might add, I looked up & half of the listed companies"wanting to see ideas"didn't exist on the quarterly"submission"I received.
The only one making a profit off ideas & inventions is invent help... They got the best idea of them all. Hooking would-be inventors! Do your research online & don't believe the captivating offers & hopefulness they show you. Its all manufactured to hook you & get you to sign... Anyone can read online their success rate is less than 1%... I wish I researched this all first. Expensive mistake!
If you have a real idea, save the $10, 000+ & make it yourself & pitch it yourself to real manufactures who can be upfront with you, not salespeople who get paid a big commission when you sign on the dotted line.
I have never once received any"feedback" from the 4 separate submissions they sent out.
The only updates I ever got in over a year was my payment going though.
I had a contract with InventHelp 4 or 5 years ago. Out of the blue I get a letter from them, they are showing my line of dolls presently at shows. Mind you this is 5 years removed from the initial and only contract I had with them. I never gave them permission to show my dolls after contract expired. These patented dolls they must feel they own them permanently and can do whatever they want. "DollKatchers" is my private property and I have an Agent now in place to show them at Toy Fair in NY City. I had problems with them in the past and was on the class action lawsuit and received money from it. They act like this is the wild west and no laws apply to them. They never got my permission. Does that stop them, NO! I want my line of dolls taken off their list of products for licensing. Daniel Anderson, North Tonawanda NY 14120
any
Submitted my product with inventhelp in 2014, paid $5k up front and financed " The basic" package, been paying on the $10k for three years, paid it off finally, have not heard one peep from inventhelp in the last 2 years, what a scam. Fell into the song and dance of them promoting my product at shows, they did a portfolio of me and my product, I dont bel uh ve they showed anything anywhere but did enjoy getting my 15k for free
product demo book is horrible.
I came into the federal way office with an idea and talked to Jim Foldger. He told me all of the services they offer and made me feel comfortable with giving my idea. I have the best drawing of my idea and every single detail written in my notebook, they made copies of it and signed a contract to keep my idea a secret. They took over a month to make the book. I thought they were trying to help me sell my idea to people and investors and help me get a manufacturing company but when I read the book I got, I cried. They completely waisted my time and money. They fooled me to think they were good people but in the end just told me the real fee is 13, 600 for the rest of the work that he told me about on the first day but never mentioned that part. Only told me I had to pay 760 for the whole service, and let me tell you. It was written by a child in high school. It had nothing to do with my product or have the copy of the picture I drew. Which is the main point of even making a book. To SHOW what I want them to make and invest in. Jim Folgers also informed me he was a pastor before and I told him I was born Muslim and I feel like he thinks I'm stupid because I am not from this country. This company needs to be closed down.
please add your email address and i will forward you some information regarding action which you can take.
paintbrush and roller.
For ten years since I submitted my invention they Inventhelp said it was a great idea and they can sell it with no problem it cost me $12, 500.00 in the beginning when I was making my payments they Inventhelp was Soo kind and worked with, ten years later they refuse to talk with me and refused to give me a call back, over the years I contacted them, after I paid them all that money, I never ever heard from them again.
inventhelp misleading
My name is Alvin Rose I talk to a representative Eric Scholl from invent help. about an idea that I had for a stack-flashing. He said he was a good idea that they could help. Submission service agreement in the amount of $10, 000.00 on top a fineance charge 1 percent I have paper work on bill. They research and said nothing like it out there. We found out year later that was indeed one out there like mine this all happened September 2006

I had an idea of a flexible eyeglass frame that would adjust to any size lens...I was told that they're research found nothing like it in the market and had a great opportunity to make lots of money . ..I dished out about 20, 000 dollars and received a terrible video of how the invention would work . ..I received a letter about every other 6 months on how they submitted my idea to companies and had to wait for the companies to respond . ..I had the feeling nothing was being done and got taken for a ride...

scam company/don't do any business with them
hello, last year I have some idea about creating some product. I research a lot and I company name Invent help pop up. I contact them and my product was specifically related only for one company one market they promise me they gonna reach to them and only Inventhelp it's safe because they protecting your idea and other company will still it. I trust them and to this date they didn't contact them and on top of that I found the same product what I created! Try to contact invent help, they ignoring me and treating me if I stop payments they distrioid my credit score. I paid almost $7000
unethical behavior
On July 9, 2015, I met with an InventHelp representative to discuss my invention. A non disclosure agreement was signed before the meeting started. He was very professional and showed excitement for my idea. At the time I wasn't able to pay the fee for the basic package so I went home opened a new credit card and set up another appointment. On 8/20/2015, I met with InventHelp again, paid the 845.00, and waited for the results. My results came back sooner than I thought. My product was patentable for Utility Non Provisional Patent. I couldn't be happier until I was told I'd have to pay at least 10, 900 to move on to faze two. I decided not to enter into a contract to submit my idea to companies through InventHelp. I chose to go a different route. Well, it wasn't three months later I am walking through Walmart and I see a version of my product on the shelves. Please understand it was the exact version that was discussed in our meeting. Down to how it would be packaged and marketed. I have that same version in the notes that were taken on July 9th.
I fear the same outcome, they told me to skip the non disclosure agreement section on the online process butt I did not skip it I went and signed it anyway, I have thought about this and am now consulting an attorney. Kevin Howard

idea marketing
There are a ton of things I could list but in a nutshell they Did Not Provide the Services We (partner in business and I) paid them to do. And stole our title of invention and they literally took out money from partner's bank account willingly withOUT legal permission! Ok for example, we had to Hire a photographer on our own for the photo for our brochure. Their photo did not even remotely look like our prototype and they said countless times, "that's the best we can do"! Another example, we had to write what went out to Prweb because their way of explaining our idea looked like a 4th grader writing! The video they came out with is the incorrect color of Blue, and it's light blue instead. We asked time and time again, " is really the Best you can do, even when your border is the royal blue that is what the prototype looks like?" They said, yes that's the best we can do, we do not have the color you want! So now the video is embarrassing to say the least, and gives the wrong impression altogether! So, that and their lists they send out to companies. We often wonder, were they really sent? And if so, correctly? Horrible representation of your idea, plus they treat you like you're the trouble maker, very disrespectful!

withholding info.
I know for a fact that invent help deliberate and intentionally hid fees, charges and amounts of investments with malice intents. I specifically ask purposeful questions with the sole intents of being informed, protecting myself etc. In retrospect its become clearer that the vague answers were for the sole purpose of denying me benefits while maliciously gaining themselves by their. experienced-well put together foul-play SCAM.
Registering and promoting inventions
We gave them an invention and we wrote a contract that they would take US$.975.00 for the registration of the idea and for the basic information package. They have taken more than 1000 dollars from us and they are asking for $15, 900 For marketing and i agreed. When i asked that my lawyer would go and sign an agreement with them...they vanished and never replied... my question if there is a way for all the victims of invent help to unite and take legal action against them and CNN which airs their add all the time and against George Foreman who promotes their product and use his name to attract victims like us to the trap. Hope we unite to take action against them.

Patent idea - fraud

Sales rep: aaron doster
On the 15th of april, 2015 we went to your miramar location and met with your representative, aaron t. Foster.
We reviewed and discussed what invent help does, and the services which are offered. We decided to go forward with the basic information package and have our idea searched for feasibility to patent and ensure we had a market, and that the idea had not been patented already.
We filled out all the paperwork, paid our $945.00 fee and waited. Our idea is bling my flipflops, which allows wearers to change hardware on the flipflops by way of a snap. These could be stones, flowers, etc.
We received notice from aaron that our research was back and went into the office to review the results.
The results came back showing a large market availability and that the idea was indeed patentable. Aaron was quick to then point us to the next step which was one of three options, the standard, vip galleria and the premium.
Based on the results we received from inventhelp, specifically that the item was patentable, we elected to go into the premium package and on july 2, 2015 we paid the additional $15, 350.00.
It has been a painful experience since you received our money. We have had to push to get information, having to place multiple calls to ask where we are in the process, and to receive the materials promised in your package. Quite frankly, it has taken multiple back and forth on the drawings and text for you to get it right, despite very specific drawings from us and corrections. They seem to be ignored.
We received documentation from the patent attorney that we were proceeding and again, we sat back and waited.
After more than a year, we finally believed we were moving as we received communication that we were starting to be marketed…
Now this week, after receiving our second rejection letter stating that our product was too similar to other products on the market, we became concerned and decided to take a look in the internet.
That was when we found that our idea was on the market, being sold!
Lindsay phillips has a product called switchflops. In looking closely at them it states that the idea is exactly what we submitted. Flipflops with a snap to customize the items on the flip flop. Our idea!
Their article states their idea has been patented since 2004 and has won a variety of awards for innovation on the design….
How is it that inventhelp did not bring this up during the research and discovery? We submitted into the premium package and paid the additional $15, 350.00 based solely on the premise that our idea was unique and could be patented.
This is pure negligence at best by inventhelp and its team, or worse, fraud and theft. We would never have continued had this been brought to our attention, which it should have. There is no circumstance in which this 2004 patent on an idea exactly like ours, would not have been found and presented if indeed inventhelp does what it says it will do with the original $945.00 fee.
We are now almost 2 years in, and out of a great deal of money based on incompetence by your organization.
We want our money refunded in full within 30 days, or we will seek legal recourse, including looking into a class action lawsuit, as we can only imagine how many times inventhelp has done this to other individuals.
