(sale executive) took the credit card machine from my old merchant service without my permission. I dont like his service at all. I am paying the processing fee higher than my previous company. I have called him 10 times to ask about where the terminal was.He did not respond to me. I got into the collection for not returning it.The balance is 1,184$ that I need to pay to get out of the collection status. Please return it to my business. Thank you for assisting me to reach out to him.

This business charged me for services that was not provided.We paid for a website to be developed, this has not happened, however, we have been charged for it.We are supposed to have an account representative to call when we have issues, however, this has not happened and we have requested this several times over the last month and a half.We are being charged for subscription fees that we did not sign up for.We received an email regarding a charge that we never received an invoice for 72 hours before its scheduled to be debited from our account.I have asked to speak with a manager, and I have not been allowed to do so at anytime when I call.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
