I contacted Phillips in July of 2021 re: my CPAP machine that they had recently recalled. I filled out all information required and was told that a replacement machine (Dream Station) would be sent to me as soon as possible. They did advise me that, due to the magnitude of the recall, I would need to be patient and they assured me that they would get a replacement machine to me as quickly as possible. About 6 months ago, Phillips began providing Inline Filters to those of us who had not yet received a replacement machine. That has been stopped. I was told by West Tennessee Healthcare Medical Products that Phillips was no longer supplying the filters because they had replaced 95% of the recalled machines and didn't feel it necessary to continue.
Desired outcome: I would like Phillips to replace my CPAP DreamStation machine.
