On February 20, I placed an order for (4) pins from Facebook. (my first mistake) I finally received an email. that they had shipped on March 9. On March 21 the order was delivered. Note that the my money was taken from my Pay Pal account on February 20. I noticed immediately that the coating on all 4 pins was flaking off...very shoddy. I notified them through email of the problem requesting a full refund. On April 1st I received an email stating "sorry, we will reship". That is all that was said. I was satisfied with that at the time. Did not received any shipment, so on May 14, I emailed them again to let them know that I was still waiting. I threatened to report them to the BBB.
Again on May 18 and May 23 I emailed them to find out what the deal was. I have never heard a thing. They have not refunded my money nor have I received product.
