Pick n Pull Terrible Experience with Pick n Pull: Miscommunication and Wasted Time and Money

I had a really bad experience with Pick n Pull. I was supposed to pick up my car, but they told me I needed some documents that I didn't know about. I took time off work to wait for the tow truck, but when it arrived, they told me I was missing an original business letter. I never knew I needed that! So, I had to go get it and drive all the way to the KCKS location. When I got there, they told me they couldn't take my car because there was a lien on the title and I didn't have that document. Why didn't they tell me that before? I wasted so much time and money dealing with these people. I had to make so many phone calls and take time off work just to be told they couldn't pick up my car. I'm really upset with how they treated me. They didn't communicate with me at all and they didn't care about my situation. I'm really disappointed with Pick n Pull.

Pick n Pull Disappointing Experience at Pick n Pull: False Promises and Wasted Time

I went to Pick n Pull yesterday and I was greeted by a lady named Amanda. She was helpful and had a good knowledge of the parts I needed. I gave her the year, make, model, and engine type of my car, which was a 4.0L V6 automatic. She was able to provide me with both the manufacturing part number and the aftermarket number for the part I needed. I was impressed with her knowledge and felt relieved that I could save over $200 by getting the part from Pick n Pull.

However, my happiness was short-lived. When I got to the car and pulled out the ECU, I realized that it was not the right part. I checked the car and found out that it had a standard transmission, not an automatic one. I was very disappointed and angry because Amanda had told me a bunch of lies. She had assured me that they had the right part and that they were the only ones who had it. But it turned out that nothing I gave or told her was correct.

I was so upset that I made my wife pay a dollar just to watch me. I felt like I had wasted my time and money going to Pick n Pull. I was so angry that I swore never to go back there again. They are the worst place ever, and they suck big time! I will definitely be going back to Buddy's now because they are not complete idiots like Pick n Pull.

In conclusion, my experience at Pick n Pull was not a good one. Although Amanda was helpful at first, she turned out to be a liar. I wasted my time and money going there, and I would not recommend it to anyone. If you want to save money on car parts, go somewhere else. Don't waste your time at Pick n Pull.

Pick n Pull Unfair Engine Dispute at Pick n Pull: My Frustrating Experience

I recently visited Pick n Pull to purchase an engine for my 2002 Ford Ranger 4.0. When I arrived, I immediately got to work on taking out the engine. After about three hours of hard work, a man came in claiming that the engine was his. I was taken aback and told him that I had been working on it since early in the morning and had already removed it from the car. However, he was insistent that it was his.

Feeling frustrated and confused, I went to speak with the manager, Maria. She told me that the engine belonged to the other man, despite my protests that I had been working on it for hours. Another employee was called in to mediate, but he also sided with the other man.

Feeling like I was being treated unfairly, I demanded that they compensate me for the three hours of work I had put into removing the engine. Eventually, they called their corporate office and were informed that whoever removes the engine gets to keep it. I was relieved to hear this and was able to purchase the engine.

Overall, my experience at Pick n Pull was frustrating and confusing. It was disappointing to have to fight for something that I had worked hard for, but I am glad that I was able to come out on top. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation at Pick n Pull, make sure to stand up for yourself and fight for what is rightfully yours. This happened at the Pick n Pull in Kansas City, not the one on 12th Street.

Pick n Pull Frustrating Experience with Pick n Pull: Poor Communication and Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Pick n Pull that left me feeling frustrated. My dad's car broke down and we couldn't reach the title because it was in a filled storage container. I spoke with a couple of women who were lovely and treated me well when organizing things. However, due to how long it would take to get a replacement title (as my dad was full-time with a long drive), I called again and was told the offer wouldn't expire. They even gave me an email to send the in-leu-of to, after suggesting I get it if I couldn't get the original title.

I sent the email finally and waited a bit to ensure they had time to process it before calling back. However, I was never told that the offer expired, just that the email never came through. I had the right email and it didn't bounce back, so I don't know how it got lost on their end. A lot happened to delay my second attempt, including COVID and timing with my father, who had to be present when I called as it's his vehicle.

After sending the new email, I only waited a couple of days before calling again. However, today I was told that my offer expired and the email never came through, again. I was asked a question and started to explain my situation, but was hung up on mid-sentence. The third person I spoke with wasn't helpful in the slightest, and the fourth person hung up on me.

Overall, my experience with Pick n Pull was frustrating. While the first couple of women I spoke with were lovely, the subsequent interactions left me feeling like my time and effort were wasted. I hope that in the future, they can improve their communication and customer service to avoid similar situations.

Pick n Pull Excellent Customer Service from Claudia Martinez at Picknpull

Today, on January 4th, I finally got the payment for my car that I sold to picknpull back on November 13th. I thought it would be an easy process, but it turned out to be a real nightmare. Luckily, Customer service rep Claudia Martinez was there to help me out!

When I sold my car in mid-November, I gave them the title, but I didn't receive any payment. I waited and waited, but nothing came. I started calling them, but I kept getting different people who didn't seem to know what was going on. They kept messing up my address, so I never got the payment. Finally, I got in touch with Claudia, and she became my point of contact.

Claudia was amazing! She worked hard to trace the payment and have it mailed out again. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive again. I contacted her again, and she had the payment delivered by UPS overnight. It took a bit longer because of the holidays, but I finally got it. However, the payment was much lower than the quote I had received. I contacted Claudia again and emailed her a copy of the quote. She was able to contact the main office and have it fixed!

Claudia Martinez is a real asset to picknpull. She was calm, clear, reliable, and honest. She was able to untangle and fix the mess that picknpull made of my car, the payment, address, amount, etc. She made sure that I received the correct payment, and I couldn't be happier.

If you're thinking of selling your car to picknpull, make sure you try to deal with Claudia M. She will help you out and make sure that everything goes smoothly. Overall, I'm happy with my experience with picknpull, thanks to Claudia!

Pick n Pull Disappointing Experience at Pick-n-Pull: Prices Doubled, Customer Service Lacking

I used to love going to the Pull-A-Part yard in Tacoma. The prices were unbeatable and the customer service was top-notch. However, since Pick-n-Pull took over, things have gone downhill fast. Prices have nearly doubled and the customer service is lacking. They nitpick every little part that comes out of there, making it difficult to find what you need at a reasonable price.

For example, I was in need of a factory stereo for my '05 Accord. These stereos are basically one unit with the heater controls, and Pick-n-Pull's pricing is $20 for a factory radio/cd player. After finding and pulling the item, I was told it would cost me $65 because I also had the heater controls. These units don't easily dissect and separate, so I was stuck with a higher price than I expected.

I tried to negotiate a compromise on the price, but there was no budging on their side. They would rather lose the sale and eat the part than work with a paying customer to find a solution. I understand that they need to make a profit, but there needs to be a different price structure for parts like this. It's frustrating to see them add the one I pulled to their scrap pile when I know there are people out there who would be willing to pay a fair price for it.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Pick-n-Pull. I'll be looking elsewhere for the parts I need in the future. It's a shame that they've let their prices and customer service slip so much since taking over the yard.

Pick n Pull Disappointing Experience with Pick n Pull: Overpriced and Unhelpful

Well, let me tell you about my experience with Pick n Pull. It was a real doozy, let me tell you. I spent three whole days getting an engine out of a Jeep, and let me tell you, it was no easy feat. I had to fork out some cash for the entry fees and a dolly to lift it out, but I finally got that darn thing to the front desk. And that's when things really started to go downhill.

The guy at the counter told me that when the engine is taken apart, they charge per piece. I mean, how else are you supposed to get an engine out? I asked him about the head and he told me it was a transmission. I mean, come on, I don't expect the guy to know everything about engines, but that was just ridiculous. And then they hit me with the bill - three times what I was expecting to pay. That's $650, folks.

I told them I was going to cart it back in and put it back together, but they told me I couldn't do that. Apparently, now that they know I can take it apart, I can't put it back together. I mean, what kind of sense does that make? It's absurd, if you ask me.

So I politely asked them to honor the complete block price, or I was going to throw it in the dumpster. And you know what? They didn't budge. They just gave me the "deer in the headlights" look and let me throw it away.

Now, I understand that Pick n Pull is in the business of making money, but it sure would be nice if they didn't try to screw the customer at every turn. They say that customer satisfaction is their number one priority, but I'm not so sure about that.

I've been going to the Edmonton location for 38 years, and I've been a member for quite some time now. I've spent hundreds of dollars on all sorts of different vehicles, but now it's a matter of principle. I'm never going back to Pick n Pull again. And let me tell you, I'm writing this cool-headed, but I'm still pretty upset about the whole thing.

Pick n Pull Mixed Experience at Pick-n-Pull Truman Rd: Winner Rd Location Recommended

I recently visited Pick-n-Pull on Truman Rd for the first time in my life. Before heading there, I called to make sure I had everything I needed. However, I wasn't informed about the cost or the age requirement. I even checked their website, but couldn't find any information about the age requirement. Unfortunately, I brought my son along to help me, but he is not yet sixteen.

When I arrived at the location, I found that the employees there were not very friendly or helpful. They had a direct attitude and seemed to be in a hurry to get things done.

The next day, I returned to the store because the part I had purchased didn't fit my car. I gave the employee the part and my receipt, but she threw the part into a box and kept my receipt. She informed me that they only do exchanges and not refunds.

On this day, I wasn't given a map of the yard either. While I was in the yard, I accidentally called Pick-n-Pull on Winner Rd. It was hard to hear with all the noise in the yard, but Vivian answered the phone and answered my question, even though it wasn't at their location. She even checked their inventory for the make and model of my car, just in case I needed to come there.

I think Pick-n-Pull on Truman Rd could benefit from some training from the employees at the Winner Rd location. When I informed the same employee that I was heading to the Winner Rd location because they didn't have the part I needed, she didn't check their inventory or call them to save me time. She also didn't give me a receipt for proof of purchase when I needed to exchange my part before entering the yard. Additionally, she didn't give me a ToolKit rewards card in case I come again or a receipt proving that I paid my admission fees for the day.

On the other hand, the employees at the Winner Rd location are professionals. They are helpful and handle their job and customers professionally. They will even give you a ToolKit rewards card. If you need to visit Pick-n-Pull, I recommend going to the Winner Rd location.

I want to give a shoutout to Ms. Melody and Ms. V or Vivian at the Winner Rd location. You guys are great! Keep up the good work.

Pick n Pull Terrible Experience at Pick n Pull: Locked in Junkyard and Treated Like a Criminal

I had a really bad experience with Pick n Pull on 3/16/2019. I went to their store at 1805 N West Bypass Road, Springfield, MO to buy a used transmission for my niece's car. She is pregnant and due in April, so I wanted to get the best deal possible. I called around and Pick n Pull seemed to have the best price. They told me they had two transmissions available, so I went to the store to pick one up.

When I got there, I found out that only one of the cars had a transmission. The other one was completely gone. The cars were all supported two feet off the ground by two steel rims that were welded together. The vehicle that had the transmission I needed had the rims supported on the cross member that I needed to remove to get to the transmission. This made it very difficult for me to pull the transmission out on my back in the dirt and rocks. I am 56 years old and not as agile as I once was, so it took me longer than I expected.

I lost track of time and didn't realize that it was already 5 o'clock. Pick n Pull locked all the gates and doors and went home without notifying me. I found myself locked in a junkyard with no way out. I called 911 and had the police call the owner to have someone come and let me out. Two hours later, someone finally came and made me wait even longer for the police to arrive.

When the police finally arrived, the manager instructed them to treat me like a criminal. They searched and patted me down to make sure I wasn't stealing anything. The manager even had the audacity to tell me that I couldn't buy the transmission and that I was banned from the store. After spending six hours pulling a transmission in the rocks and dirt on my back in a car that was poorly supported, I was escorted to my truck by the police.

I was told by the police that Pick n Pull had every right to do this as a business. However, I will never do business with them again and I will never recommend them to anyone. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Pick n Pull Pick n Pull Review: Misleading Information, Poor Customer Service, and Inconvenient Policies

So, I was trying to sell my car and I found Pick n Pull online. I got a quote and called the number on the quote to find out how to sell my car. The lady on the phone told me that they have block times to pick up the cars and I would have to be home during the whole block, which was from 12-4. I couldn't afford to take off half a work day to wait around for someone to come pick up the car, so I asked her what my other options were. She said I could bring the title and my driver's license to the Truman location. I work from 8-5, but sometimes I can get off around 4:30, so she said that was fine and that I could take my title and driver's license up to the Truman location before 6pm Mon-Sat.

A couple of days later, my husband and I went to the Truman location. We got there around 5:30 because I work all the way in Overland Park and this place is all the way downtown. We were just standing in line waiting, and at first, I didn't mind. But then my husband pointed out that one of the cashiers wasn't doing anything but just standing there talking. Finally, after about 10 minutes, she decides to come up and address us and asked us what we needed. We told her we were there to sell a car, and she said that the office closed at 4:30. We told her we were told we could come up before 6 with the title and my driver's license to sell the car. She said we could go wait at the desk.

We waited for another 5 minutes or so, and the employee that worked at that desk walked in and immediately said they closed at 4:30. We understood that, but when we called the number printed on the quote, we were told we could come before 6 with the information. She said they are in California and don't know anything. Then she turned around, pointed at the sign, and said, "This says 4:30pm." So I said, "Okay, let me find the number we called." Then she asked if we were selling a car, and we said yes. She just walked away, started cleaning up her area, and continued to ignore us. Then one of the other employees literally made my husband move so he could mop the area, and I didn't notice at first until he started hitting my feet with the mop! So I moved away, and about 10 minutes went by as we were waiting for the girl to come back.

When she finally came back, she took my title and ID. I told her my new driver's license has my married name on it, but I brought my old one that has the same picture, driver's license number, and maiden name, which is printed on the title. She said that we now have to bring our marriage certificate up. It was a horrible experience, and I would definitely recommend just using Craigslist. It was definitely not worth wasting our time for $145.00. We are just going to post on Craigslist instead of going back.

Pick n Pull Poor Customer Service and Overpriced Parts at Pick n Pull in Kansas City, MO

This place is not good for customer service. The manager only helps Mexican customers and she charges too much. I went to buy a belt tensioner and it cost almost $46 dollars. Their price list said it was only $24.99. I didn't buy it and went to O'Reilly's instead. I got a new one for $27, which was cheaper than Pick n Pull. They make up their own prices and sometimes they don't even know what the part is. I don't recommend going to Pick n Pull on Truman Road in Kansas City, Missouri.

Pick n Pull Mixed Feelings About Pick n Pull: Cheap Car Parts, Complicated Policies, and Lost Store Credit

I gotta say, I've been to Pick n Pull a few times now and I have some mixed feelings about it. On one hand, it's a great place to find some cheap car parts and accessories. But on the other hand, there are some things that really grind my gears.

First of all, let's talk about store credit. If you ever get some, make sure you use it ASAP. You only have 30 days to use it, and let me tell you, it's easy to forget about it. Plus, the only way to track it is through the receipt paper, which can easily get lost or damaged. I've had it happen to me twice now, and I'm out $90.00. And I'm not the only one - I recently saw an elderly disabled man who was completely shocked when he was told that his store credit wasn't legible anymore. It's just not fair, you know?

And don't even get me started on core charges and O.E.M. claims. It's like they're insulting our intelligence or something. I mean, why do they have to make everything so complicated? Can't they just give us a straight answer and be done with it?

But despite all of that, I still find myself going back to Pick n Pull. I guess it's just too convenient to pass up. And hey, at least they have a good selection of tools and equipment. But seriously, can they please start issuing store credit on hard, durable plastic like they do with tool kit cards? It's just common sense.

Pick n Pull Pick n Pull in Redding CA Sells Illegal Tires and Refuses Refund - Terrible Experience

I had a really bad experience with Pick n Pull in Redding CA. They sold me some tires that turned out to be illegal, and when I tried to return them, they refused to give me a refund. I was really upset because I'm a single mom and I can't afford to buy new tires right now. It's really frustrating that a business can sell you something that's not even legal and then treat you like you're not worth anything. I don't recommend this place at all.

I went to a few different tire shops to see if they could put the tires on for me, but they all said it would be illegal to do so. I couldn't believe it. I thought maybe they were just trying to scam me or something, but when I looked it up online, I found out that they were right. The tires were actually illegal to use on the road.

When I went back to Pick n Pull to try to return the tires, they told me that they couldn't give me a refund because I had already taken them off the lot. I was so angry. I couldn't believe that they would sell me something that was illegal and then refuse to take it back. It's just not right.

Now I'm stuck with these tires that I can't use and no money to buy new ones. It's really frustrating and I feel like I've been taken advantage of. I don't recommend this location to anyone. They don't care about their customers and they're just out to make a quick buck.

Pick n Pull Disappointing Experience at Pick n Pull: Unfair Charges and No Refunds Available

I recently visited Pick n Pull and was disappointed with my experience. Firstly, I was charged at the gate entrance regardless of whether they had the part I needed or not. This seemed unfair to me as I was not guaranteed to find what I was looking for.

Furthermore, I had a previous experience where I purchased a part but was unsure if it would work for my vehicle. When I tried to return it, I was informed that there were no refunds available, only credit towards a future purchase. This was frustrating as I had already paid for something that I couldn't use and was not able to get my money back.

It's disappointing that no one seems to be looking into this issue, as it seems like a scam to me. Perhaps those working at Pick n Pull are benefiting from tips or other incentives to secure their job in Northern California.

In my opinion, it's better to buy from recyclers or eBay where you can be sure of what you're getting and have the option for a refund if necessary. Pick n Pull is badly managed and seems like a poorly run salvage business. It's possible that there may even be some sort of mafia involvement.

Overall, I would not recommend Pick n Pull to anyone looking for car parts. It's a waste of time and money, and there are better options out there.

Pick n Pull Pick n Pull Review: Not the Best Option for Used Car Parts

Pick n Pull is a place where you can find used car parts for a cheap price. However, I have to say that they are not the best option out there. There are a few things that I don't like about them.

Firstly, they charge a core charge when you buy parts from them. This means that you have to pay extra money upfront, and they will only return it if you bring back the old part. But the worst part is that they won't return cash to you. Instead, they give you a yard voucher that you can only use to buy more parts from them. I think this is a rip-off because sometimes you don't need any more parts, and you just want your money back.

Secondly, the only thing you can do with the yard voucher is to buy more junk parts. I mean, come on, who wants to buy more junk? It's like they are forcing you to spend more money with them.

Lastly, all sales are final, which means that they won't return your money for any reason. This is a big problem because sometimes you might buy a part that doesn't fit or doesn't work, and you are stuck with it. It's not fair that they won't take responsibility for their products.

I used to recommend Pick n Pull to my friends who rebuild cars, but I don't anymore. If you want to deal with a reputable parts seller, I suggest you try Rock Auto. They are always a pleasure to deal with, and they have a great selection of parts.

Pick n Pull Disappointing Experience at Pick n Pull: Inaccurate Inventory and Poor Customer Service

I went to Pick n Pull to find a part for my vehicle. According to their website, the part was in yard for 34 days. I was excited to find out that it was the only one with the compatible part. However, my excitement was short-lived as I called the desk twice from the yard and got no answer. I had to make two trips back to the desk just to confirm the location of the vehicle in the yard. Unfortunately, it was not there. I was frustrated and decided to walk around the yard for a mile to look for it.

Before I left, I asked the staff about the vehicle's location. They told me that it was "policy" to remove cars from the yard after 45 days. I was surprised because the vehicle was listed as being there for only 34 days. I told them about it, but they just said "Sorry". I was disappointed and decided to drive the 25 miles back home. It was a wasted afternoon and I spent $5.00 on gas.

To make matters worse, the part (dome light) was priced 50% higher than the area competitor, Midway U-Pull. I felt like I wasted my time and money going to Pick n Pull. I hope they can improve their inventory system and customer service in the future.

Pick n Pull Terrible Experience at Pick n Pull: Overpriced and Unhelpful Staff

off. The staff is not very helpful either, they act like they don't want to be there and don't care about helping you find what you need. The yard is also very disorganized and hard to navigate, which makes finding parts even more difficult.

I would not recommend Pick n Pull to anyone looking for affordable car parts. The prices are outrageous and the extra fees are just ridiculous. It's a shame because the concept of a self-service junk yard is great, but the execution at this location is terrible. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else for your car part needs.

Pick n Pull Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Pick n Pull: Rude and Unhelpful Representative

I recently had an experience with Pick n Pull that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I was trying to complete a simple task, but the customer service representative I spoke with, Darrel, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He kept cutting me off as I was speaking, asking me questions and then cutting me off again because he couldn't hear me over his own voice. It felt like he was intentionally being rude to me, even though he is a corporate representative and should be representing the company in a positive way.

I was so frustrated with Darrel's behavior that I ended up getting disconnected from the call. I wanted to hang up and try again, but I was so put off by his rudeness that I didn't even want to bother. It's really disappointing to have an experience like this with a company that I generally like and appreciate. Pick n Pull has great deals in my hometown, but it's clear that they need to do more to train their workers and ensure that they are representing the company in a positive way.

Overall, I would still recommend Pick n Pull to others, but I would caution them to be prepared for potentially rude and unhelpful customer service representatives. It's clear that the company needs to do more to listen to their customers and ensure that their workers are trained to provide excellent customer service. Despite this negative experience, I will still continue to shop at Pick n Pull because of the great deals and selection they offer.

Pick n Pull Unfair Treatment and Racism at Pick n Pull: My Experience as an Employee

I can't believe how crazy it was when I worked at Pick n Pull for a whole year. I was accused of stealing, but it turned out that it was the management who was doing the stealing. That's why they're not there anymore. But then I got fired because I gave an employee a discount on his day off. Can you believe that? And then someone kept calling and saying bad words to me, but when I told my boss, they didn't do anything about it. And now they don't even want to pay me my last check or help me with unemployment. It's not fair, you know? I have a family and bills to pay.

Anyway, I'm telling you right now, don't ever shop at Pick n Pull or go to the one on Second Ave. They don't treat their employees right, especially if you're a person of color like me. I hate racism and I hate this company for how they treated me. I would never work there again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either.

But you know what? Despite all of that, I was still a great worker. I even got a "bs" award for customer service. So it's not like I was doing a bad job or anything. It's just that the management didn't like me for some reason. Maybe it's because I'm black, I don't know. But either way, I'm glad I don't work there anymore.

Pick n Pull Terrible Experience at Pick n Pull in Lynnwood: Unsafe, Overpriced, and Fake Reviews

I had a pretty bad experience at Pick n Pull in Lynnwood, WA. I saw a guy in a Datsun 280ZX doing something inappropriate and when I reported it to the management, they didn't seem to care at all. It was pretty disgusting and made me feel uncomfortable.

On top of that, I was looking for a plastic cover for a Mustang bumper and they tried to charge me $200 for it. I knew that it was only worth $150 brand new, so I told them to forget it. Eventually, they gave it to me for $50, but it was still a rip-off.

I've heard some pretty bad things about this location, like how they leave the cars suspended on steel rims and how someone even died because of it. It's definitely not a safe place to be.

The prices are also pretty outrageous. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you absolutely have to.

I also noticed that there are a lot of fake reviews on their website. All of the five-star reviews have the same wording and talk about how great the website is and how cheap the prices are. It's pretty obvious that they're buying their reviews, which is just sad.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Pick n Pull in Lynnwood. The people are trashy, the prices are high, and it's not a safe place to be.

Pick n Pull Worst Customer service after buying a car here. I need a compensation..

Hello. My name is Vitold Kapustin. I just bought a car (Green 1989 Mercedes 300E) from Pick and Pull in Sparks, NV location. I paid around $1700 for the car. I bought it yesterday on 09/28/2022. Here's how everything went:

I came there in the morning and bought the car. I had to put 2 gallons of gas in it because the tank was empty, I had to pump up the tires myself and the battery was dead. Anyway, I did everything and paid for the car and then went to the other office to do the paperwork and to get the title for the car. After that was done, the young guy brought the car to the parking lot. I told the young ladies inside the title office and the young guy who was helping me that I will come back to pick up the car in the evening around 4pm. The employees told me that there's no problem, the car won't go anywhere, they said. But I have to pick it up before 6pm. I said that's fine and that I will be back. I locked the car and took the keys with me and drove to work.

After coming back to the junkyard around 4:15pm that same day, the car wasn't there anymore!... I was so stressed out, I went there to talk to the employees and they gave me a hard time... They said they moved the car back to their fenced yard... Even though I told them all to not touch it!... But they used a forklift to lift the car and damaged the undercarriage... They also distorted the fuel and brake lines underneath... I am so stressed out and frustrated. Please help. This is not how you treat the customers... I need compensation for the damage done to the car and for all the stress I had to go through.. I am gonna attach the pictures of the damage to the undercarriage. The car did not have this damage when I purchased it. The workers there didn't care and weren't careful... And didn't listen nor communicate with other employees that I will be picking up the car in the evening!... They were treating me like complete garbage when I came back to get my car back because I confronted because my car was towed when it didn't have to be and the way they moved my car was with a forklift. .. They were yelling at me and told me they'd not give me any compensation... This is so UNFAIR and UNPROFESSIONAL! PLEASE HELP... THEY MUST BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE DONE..

I have more pictures of the car and paperwork proving that the car is mine and I bought it from them.

Desired outcome: I am asking for a partial refund for a car I bought there at Sparks, NV pick and pull.

Pick n Pull Not worth it!

I called Pick n Pull customer service to ask if the item I wanted to buy was in stock and the person I spoke to was incredibly slow and unprofessional. Their rep said that he needs some time to check if it was available and it took him over two hours just to find the item!
Then I asked how much will it cost and I was shocked when I heard the total sum! Parts here are extremely overpriced! And they also ask some additional money for who knows what. The rep I spoke to was not even able to explain the details! Save your money and your time and buy somewhere else.

Pick n Pull Horrible, rude and stupid staff

I ordered some parts from the company www.picknpull.com. It was the worst experience in my life. I waited for any info from them, but of course they didn’t provide it. After that I contacted the customer services, but their stuff was horrible. I spoke with the agent, but he was stupid or simply jerk, I didn’t get it. He spoke in horrible manner and I felt myself like crap. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
