I James tyron Johnson have witness alot of favoritism in punishment through labor and doing multiple jobs do too poor management not being able too lead. I have been complaining to my manager about me having too repair fix and operate in this department. I witness workers that he has the sweets for be able to stay late for no apparent reason just to get 30m over time nothing said. Ive witness the maintenance men telling him he want work nights and he doesn't make him. Ive witness him giving maintenance other opetatores hrs. Then he is off 3 days as long as its day shift then we are without a maintenance guy for 3 days and he expects the operator to fix what breaks down because his sweetness made him let maintenance off for 3 days but he doesn't want too change ur pay for doing maintenance work. Ive had conversation with him telling me its my job to make another operator do his job i feel like I walk in too fail every morning and I want too know what we can do to make everyone succeed not just those he is sweet on and everything is wrote in log books back here so everything can be seen as well as log sheets. I feel ive trained the maintenance guy back here and all operators besides hung and ed but the pay rates is ridiculous those ive trained and still are training in some areas are making more than me I just feel for everything expected from in experienced worker is not treated fairly by pay every time ive explained me having too come in to fix third shift problems its we will talk about but never do but third shift has no one to watch him he leaves at 4 everyday no matter what hardly comes in at night so he doesn't know then when contractors are here he tells u what too do are what needs done from home. And its getting very old to have to be expected to do everyone else job and yrs are be wrote up and its very stressful to have to go through the pure pressure everyday to keep ur job and when you speak on always doing everyone job its always made too seem as if im the problem but if he did those he was sweet on that way they speak on it and its funny like I do most of the maintenance work why maintenance clean patio all day its not fair.
Desired outcome: I want too succeed not feel like im failing from the time i walk in because of so much being put on me along with the pressure

21098212 P-192 is the packaging #, it was so bad, you could barely cut through, you couldn't eat it. My children ate some before I sat down, swallowed like 2 bites and stopped eating it, then I tried to cut it, OMG, its like plastic, what are you making chicken with. I want some kind of restitution. I paid like 17 dollars of chicken, I filed a complaint with hanaford in highland ny, save them info, and ask them to pull it off the shelves, Shameful.

I am employee, 3270169. My date of hire is 11/16/2020, I relentlessly pursued a position at pilgrims pride, eagerly wanting to work. Before being put on doctors restrictions for tendon inflammation, I had no issues on the job, personal or job related. After my restrictions I noticed staff we're being more attentive to my well being while on restriction. Monday, January 18.2021 while at home doing recreational work my left hand endeared swelling. I saw pilgrims nurse, who was against me working being my wounds were fresh. I reported to HR I would be going home and I had a doctors' appointment the next day. My name was written down and I was excused. I received a termination call from a Luanne on account that I didn't inform HR I was going home, qualifying me for termination. This action is unjust, unfair and suspicious. I like pilgrims and work hard for the corporation, this has upset me enough to want to file an EEOC complaint, but I'd rather not have federal involvement. But if this matter isn't addressed properly, I will do what needs to be done, there was NO probable cause for my termination other than personal dislike from Luanne HR Timberville location.
Desired outcome: I would like my job back and a chance to prove myself at a higher position. I knowingly can handle and execute any job i am entrusted.

My dad, David Brown, has been an employee for Pilgrim's Pride Feed Mill in Pittsburg, Tx for 16 1/2 years. Never had an accident while driving or been suspended for any reason. He is a hard worker doesn't stop for lunches or breaks, just keeps getting loads, his paycheck shows it. He was suspended last week I believe on Wednesday 10/30/19 due to being caught not wearing a seatbelt. He was told he was going to be suspended for 3 days. Here it is a week tomorrow and he is still not working. So he's been a week without pay and holidays are upon us. His income for his family is being effected. Look at his employment history, drug/alcohol violation history, motor vehicle reports, etc. We have asked other Pilgrim's Pride Feed Mills since this occurrence, such as Nacogdoches, Arkansas, and Tenaha and their fleet safety would not do this to an employee. Especially one that has been faithful and dedicated as my dad. I think this should be looked into. Have a heart. It's the holidays and this man has not done anything to deserve this treatment. I have work for Pilgrims Pride in De Queen AR for 9 yrs my supervisor is Benita Washington and have seen so many safety concern that i have got to the point where i just would like to quit my job...On 6/22/2012 I saw that USDA put some pallets with boxes on hold to be re-inspect and pack well as soon as USDA walk off the floor area my supervisor Benita Washington told us not to inspect cause it would take to much time for us just to take am back to the shipping department to be pack and send out i told her that what she was doing was wrong and she look at me and told me that if i still wanted to have a job to keep my mouth shut i went to Human Resources and talk to the lady in HR she call Benita W. and ask her what was happening both of am just look at me from top to bottom and ask me if i was legal in the united states i look at am like that's not the reason why i was there.. i was there to report safety food concern and Hr lady called Leanne think she is the Insurance lady and ask her to check my social security and make sure i was not an illegal immigrant the 3 Lady's started making jokes of me i felt so humiliated and started to cry my supervisor look at me and told me that she been working there for more than 15 yrs and that they would believe what she says and that i was just another Mexican and that if i didn't like it i could quit i really wanted to quit right there but am a single mother with 3 kids, Aim a USA citizen my kids wer born in De Queen AR. My mayor concern is what my supervisor is doing every time USDA put something on hold or condemn production she don't follow what inspectors say she make us take the production and repack it or just change the date levels some are even expire and she still makes us pack raw meat, ever since i went to HR and reported it instead of them being concern about the safety that people can get sick for supervisor making us pack raw meat HR just ignore us. they have been couple of us being to HR to report The supervisor Benita Washington for what she doing but instead they investigating is worst the supervisor starts calling us names and putting us to work in very hard jobs saying that if we don't like it we can quit she also calls us illegal Mexicans and due that she made a pregnant Hispanic lady carry very heavy boxes the lady told her she was pregnant and Benita told her she didn't care and fired her in front of everybody we went also to HR and instead they told Benita she did the correct on not letting a illegal Mexican tell her what to do and that pregnant lady is a USA citizen we don't know what to do or who to tell everything that is going on in side that company we have try to go to HR but Instead of them helping we get fired from our jobs.. am very concern about what My supervisor Benita Washington is doing sending contaminated product there can be some people buying these meat and my mayor concern is them getting sick for something we could prevent but hopefully some one out there would read these and take a minute of there time and investigate what the supervisor is doing... some people have recorded conversation is when we go to the office and the way they treat us but we all scared to say something cause at the end for us doing the right thing and trying to follow safety rules we get fired.

I have work for Pilgrims Pride in De Queen arkansas for 5yrs.Due that i have gone to HR and report that in the Department Debone for 2nd shift where i work at, lead persons go under the influence of drugs and alcohol. I have been into the office with HR lady that does the hiring but she seems not to be really be concern about this safety situation, also i have talk to night shift plant manager but he got upset at me telling me not to worry about it, Iam very concern for my safety and my co-workers safety due that i have follow every safety procedure step of the company policy and have report it but is just like nobody is doing anything about it. last person i talk too was superintendant Jhon M. but i also talk to the wrong person due that i talk to him 30 min before secon break and by the time i went on break on my way getting into my vehicle to go get lunch i saw supeintendant Jhon M, lead person Richard L, Trainer nick name (GOGO) Drinking alcohol (beer) out side company parking lot) I have also witness how lead person goes inside maintance rooms in the back of debone to do drugs i have been very concern due that am pregnant and i walk every hour to the lines tp get chicken to do an hourly scrape test inspection and i get scare for the reason that lead use hand forlift and other machinery which am scared, not to long ago i was almost run over by a lead person who was under the influence of alcohol i did what the company policy says and report it ti superintendant and instead i almost got suspended i was told by supeintended for not minding my own business, i do not know what to do any more which i really need my job and i ca not afford to quit but also i go every day very scared for my safety. there has been couple of employees reporting this situation but we get send back to work and then lead, supeintandants, and manager starts retaliation againts us for reporting what we see to Hr. i bryce baxter worked at pilgrims pride in batesville ar was let go for not tacking a drug test for not being my self . i did not take test becoue this was untrue management did not have any grounds for this test .

We have witness how theres bugs including roches inside the production meat but everytime a hourly employee goes and tells a supervisor or complains to human resources MANAGEMENT, either HOURLY EMPLOYEES get terminated or suspended for no reason.We have also witness how sometimes sanitation is washing machinery with real cold water instead of hot, but we have been told by HR MANAGEMENT that if we report anything we will get terminated. Everytime it rains water gets to the chicken from celling to production areas, we have also reported to company QA, but they have told us to go to HR MANAGEMENT but the manager from HR is very rude saying, just not to buy the meat and mind our own problems or we can jst leave the company. Theres alot more problems in that company but more likely most of HR management are related to each other and get away with anything.we have been reporting all these incidents but it seems like nobody cares about it and are ignoring what is happening in that company. hopefully some one that really cares about the safety for other people will at least take few minutes to investigate and will be vey suprise how nasty that chicken plant is.

I never got a chance to thank u guys for standing up with me and doing the right thing and reporting all the stealing and how upper management permit-ed to run raw meat, even thou it cost our jobs we did the right thing and have our conscious clean, "always keep that in mind", it is just so UNBELIEVABLE how nobody care even a bit to investigate or even look at our records and see how perfect attendance we had how good employees we were or even take the time to go in production area and see it with their own eyes that what we were reporting and our concern and safety for customers were very seriously, i guess we just went to the wrong persons.The saddest thing is that people keep complaining about the company but the company is not the problem the problem is the Management that IS MAKING FRAUD, but of course Management with real authority from bottom to top are very good friends with each other, no wonder why the company is how it is THEY ALL LIE, STEAL AND COVER FOR EACH OTHER but all we can do know is just hope and pray that some one with really concerns about food safety for people that still buys food from the plant will really put a stop to all the FRAUD AND STEALING MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN DOING FOR YEARS!
Agree with you 100% at Pilgrims Pride in De Queen, AR I have witness how they pack raw meat and how a hIspanic lady supervisor 2ND shift got terminated in 2009 for reporting to Manager lady at HR that higher production managment were permiting and shipping raw meat, she also reported all the stealing and fraud manager was doing but i guess ladyy at HR dident reallycare coused when we went and report it Manager Lady at HR she only talk about her vegas vacation and told us that she dident have time to deal with ppl like us, so this is what happen, I got suspended 7 days, Supervisor lady got terminated and 3 other employes that wrote stements to verify that it was true what the supervisor was saying they all got fire for no reason IS JUST INCREDIBLE how we was trying to do the right thing and we all end up getting suspended and fired for NO REASON AT ALL. And about being all related that is so TRUE they have A night shift Superintendant thatt his brother in law, sister, cousin, and best buddy works with him. A Supervisor works with his Mom both management and same department and in HR, RECEPTIONIST Married to accountant ant their ant works there too, insurance lady related to manager in QA, manager related to lowe management it is so INcredibly and yea u right thats why they get away with everything coused they all have some one related to them in every department not to mention Hr personel lady how she brought People from Texas the border and i remember when one of those ladys was crying coused the lady at Hr put 6 ppl in one bed room, ladys and guys that dident even know each other charching them 75dlls a week and if they would move out she would fired them from the company this happen in nov-2007 and what happen well they move out and sure enought they all got fired and these people did report it to night shift manager and this were his words i remember coused i translate for some of am this will teach everybody a lesson to keep their mouth shut! I just hope a executive that really cares about the company and what is going out there takes alook and do something about it am certain that if they look for the record of the people that got terminated and talk to them they will be very very concern most of am very good employees!
Shoddy business
Having friends over for the weekend of Aug. 29th I bought two of Pilgrim's Pride Variety packs to put on the grill. To my surprise I found four back portions in the packs, and no legs. Curious, I looked on the package because I assumed I had bought a whole cut up fryer. To be fair that is what they advertised on the front of the pack (Exactly what I got). So what is my compaint? Simply its the slight of hand packaging these people use. Back portions from a chicken were, at one time, trash. Now somehow this trash has become a cherrished and valuable piece of meat. Oh, yes their meat is sold for less than that of other companies, but if you look closer, I bought two pounds of trash mixed in with the rest of my meat. Not such a good value after all. I've also bought the ten pound bag of leg quarters from this company, and have found the same thing, what seemed to be a good value at first ends with a huge pile of waste after trimming. I know what their argument will be and that is that many people like to make stock from these parts. Believe me, I have plenty of left over trimmings from a normal cut of meat for stock without your help. Wal-Mart should be ashamed to associate with such a shoddy business.

Pilgrimns is not a farmer friendly company do not work for them go support a American company they do not care about you and will strip you of your farm even if you have lots of mechanical issues there is no chance of them helping you out with a pay raise
I bought a whole chicke that said giblets may be of irregular portions. I got TWO of every giblet piece. Sorry Pilgrim's, never again.
