I placed an order through Piper Lou on 11/24/23. I originally sent an email about 2 weeks later because I had not received any info about the order shipping and was told it takes 10-14 business days to process the order. So I waited. Still no email by 12/14, so I decided to send another email. Then I received an email back saying my order was returned to production queue due to one item "color" being out of stock. I was not notified of this until I contacted them. So I chose another color and was told the order would go out asap. I sent another email on 12/18 asking when they thought it would be shipping since the items in the order were xmas presents. Then was told they sincerely apologize for the delay and they had a big holiday rush and I would receive the order as soon as possible. Since I am sure I would not be receiving the items in time for xmas I wrote them back asking to cancel the order and give me a refund. They replied with, giving me a 10% discount if I would accept the order late. That doesn't seem sufficient since I won't have xmas gifts in time for xmas.
