Plexus Worldwide The Ambassador s make false claims

The Ambassador s make false claims. POsting in FB groups that Yriplex specifically cures everything from autoimmune diseases to heart disease. They even lie about its safety of use with the products. All one needs to do is Google the ingredients to learn they are advising people to take them and putting people at risk. You aren't supposed to be making claims like this and I know a group of well over a dozen ambassadors that are doing so. They even join FB groups for people with autoimmune diseases and post these bogus claims . Plexus needs to reign in these Ambassadors before someone seriously gets hurt by their claims. Yes I have purchased their products and I was advised to throw them away.

I tried the "free " 7 day trial which was great so I decided to order some to my surprise the product I ordered was definitely not the same as the 7 day trial product , it made my stomach that sore & gave me pains in the heart . I asked customer service for a *** gave me a return label but now are stuffing me around with my money being returned. Nowhere does it state on the site once they receive the product back to the warehouse they will then give u your funds back it says once do off at the post office then funds will be returned. This is the biggest scam i've ever come across & now am out over $200 , thieves should be shut down

- The $39.95 people keep leaving bad reviews about is the annual wholesale fee, which they agreed upon signing up and will continue until the MEMBERSHIP is canceled, not the subscription. This fee is not mandatory and is chosen upon ordering products.

- The stomach issues initially and so on are a symptom of candida yeast overgrowth detox, and experiencing a detox is normal. You have to endure the detox process if you want to reap the benefits.

- I have reached out to customer service via email several times and always had exceptional and prompt care.

- I have been using Plexus for almost a year now and I still LOVE these products and the company! These products are reliable, they work, and have revolutionized my and my family's health. I have had relief from IBS, inflammation, and lost 30 pounds, to name a few benefits. My previously underweight husband has gained weight and improved his health, one of our daughters no longer suffers from eczema, and another doesn't suffer with severe constipation.

- Being part of this community has introduced me to some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure to call friends, provided travel opportunities, and improved health.

- Success is available to ANYBODY willing to work hard and persist until they achieve their goals. This applies to both business and health.

- This is a company of integrity that has revolutionized the lives of people I know personally. They strive to take exceptional care of their customers, create innovative products, and run a company with integrity. I've been a Plexus customer for almost 7 years now. I love their products and how they've helped me with my blood pressure, sleep, weight and got my pre-diabetic blood sugar levels down to normal range.

Plexus Worldwide Plexus customer service is terrible

Plexus customer service is terrible. Over the years, no matter the issue, they fail to deliver in this vital area. Clearly, this is at its core a business that does not value it's customer's time. After spending hours on the phone, on hold literally for hours, the help received is never satisfactory. Everyone is very nice and apologetic, but essentially by it's poor investment in this part of it's company, the message is clear-they don't care. If you go with this company, hope you never have an issue, because if you do, it will be almost impossible to clear it up. For this reason I had left this company before, and now, after giving it a second chance, I am going to move elsewhere for the same reason.

My product came twice within days. I called to ask about getting money back for the 2nd shipment(It had not actually shipped), it was deducted from my account.I was told once I receive the product (IN ABOUT 5 business days) and they sent me a label. Once they received it, it would take another 7 - 10 days to get my money returned!He(Andre) didn't apologize for the inconvenience or the process. He didn't offer any other options.I was thoroughly disappointed in Plexus customer service.

I've been using these products for over 5 years now. I've had issues with orders and upon each occurance the people at their customer service department are always so easy to work with. It drives me nuts those people that get mad over situations that are outlined within the terms and conditions leave bad ratings. I'm a huge customer service person, and I'm my personal opinion and experience with this company, they go OVER AND BEYOND to resolve an issue. I love Plexus customer service!

For the THIRD year in a ROW this Scam of a pyramid company has CHARGED my credited card the yearly fee even though I have canceled over phone three times, through website the first time as told and by letter. I am now contacting my district attorney as I was told I would receive a confirmation email and it would be refunded. I received NO confirmation email and it has NOT been refunded. Just like it wasn't refunded last year! I spent hours and the person who "got me into this" gave me a 'credit" for my hair as she felt bad so I stopped fighting for the refund since it was supposed to be canceled as she got the manager involved. Why is your company so scammy that it has to charge this "use" fee every year? Your products suck and so does your company! BUYER BEWARE YOU WILL BE LOCKED INTO SOME BOGUS CHARGE. NOW I AM FILLING FRAUD!

I was in a really bad place 4 years ago after a medical incident. Nearly every system of my body was affected and it has been a slow and steady road to recovery. The first 12 months after my incident created the most panic as both my bladder and bowels were affected by the nerve damage. I'm so very thankful for the role that Plexus has had on my road to recovery. X-Factor and the wellness regime have done wonders for my gut and bladder health, not to mention the reduced anxiety and overall mental health as my body healed and regained control again. I continue to use Plexus products and feel great!

Dont sign up! It is almost *** to cancel and they will continue to send you product and charge you after you do. I thought I took care of this in August but I was charged again for a yearly subscription. I turned the form in online but they cant process them on the 1st -15th of the month. I have read so many reviews with this same complaint about this company so its more than just someone forgetting to do something. The only thing I got from this company was a headache and an upset stomach!

Plexus Worldwide I have had no issues with customer support

I have had no issues with customer support. However, I did have a small mishap when I tried to order some samples and I never received my credits for those. I was told to send an email to customer service to either give my money back or give me the credits I had paid for. It took a little while to get a response but I was patient and I waited and I sent another email and shortly after that I got a response and I got my credits that I needed. You get a lot further with people when you are polite rather than starting off all irritated even though the experience might be a little irritating in itself. I take the products along with my boyfriend who has Crones Disease and he says it helps his a lot and he is not a firm believer in things like this but thought he would give it a try because where he was at he just wanted something to help and was willing to give it a try and it worked out well for him. As for myself, I do not notice a HUGE weight loss but I was able to maintain the weight I had loss previously when I was not able to workout for a while and it definitely helps my energy levels...and I am a mom of four! lol. I think if I also put in the work and stay consistent this product will work even better..its not a magic drink. lol

This company is a scam. I canceled years ago and every year they attempt to charge my card repeatedly. I have emailed, called, and Facebook, and get told every time it's done, then they start to try to charge me again.

I have not used Plexus in years.. cancelled my card or so I thought.. they just took a yearly fee off my card even though I "turned off" the auto payments and removed what I thought was the ability to use my CC .. big scam to take your money .. do not do auto payments as you can see I am not the only one this has happened to...

Most bad reviews are from people not taking the time to cancel a membership or a subscription that they originally agreed to upon signup. This is not the companys fault. Some people have lost their own sense of personal accountability and are wrongfully blaming Plexus. I love these products and the company. All it takes is a phone call to customer service to turn off a subscription or cancel a membership. Also good to note: you do not need a subscription on or an annual membership to purchase these products.

If I could give this company a 0, I would.One of the worst customer service solutions ever. I was an ambassador years ago and disliked the *** So I stopped selling it due to market saturation. I wanted to help out a friend, and used her link to place an ordercome to find you cant use your same email address once in the system. You have to create a whole new email to get another account to place an order with whomever you choose. Well I didnt know that, and attempted to do a $103.95 sale twice. Both times I called in within minutes (my friend said she didnt see the sale on her back office that it was placed).they were unable to terminate the orders and I would have to send them back with a shipping label they provided along with a $6 restocking fee! So now, Im out $8.95 x2 $17.90 in shipping fees and $6x2 in restocking fees . And the order still says pending. In order for my friend to gain credit for the sale, they said I would have to create a new account with a new email or I would have to send a complain to the complaint department and they would review it and get back to me in 14 days. BS. BS. BS. MLM nightmare! No other MLM company has this audacity nor terrible customer service. Had enough. Ill never order from this company again.Im livid!

Plexus Worldwide The proof is in the pudding

The proof is in the pudding. I found these products because of Acid Reflux and not wanting to be on Omeprazole which creates issues with kidneys and pancreas. I was able to be weaned off the omeprazole and have zero acid reflux. I also was please to be rid of my insomnia, restless legs, belly bloat, allergies, mood swings, and I got to a healthy weight for me (down 25-30 lbs and have kept it off) I researched and found Plexus to be a good fit for me when I was needing help- nobody came to me. I signed up as an Ambassador so that I could get wholesale pricing. I had no idea I even had a business until 5 months in when people were noticing or I was sharing because I felt soooo great. 50's are the new 30's for me. People wanted to try, so I called to help them and they told me I had a business and I could help them and in turn it helped me pay for my products. I was simply amazed. I had prayed for years for a business I could run from home and here God dropped it in my lap in the most unexpected way. Not only have I taken care of my health- Off all prescriptions, but I have been able to share in helping others with theirs and offered a financial blessing too. Blessed beyond belief. Life changing! I thank God every day that He gave this tool for me to use.

Plexus Worldwide I haven't received my products yet

I haven't received my products yet. However, I inquired after a friend of mine posted before pictures and 60 days after using Slim, MetaBurn, and Balance. I was intrigued so I asked her about it. Got setup to order my products. She was specific I had to click on certain enrollment buttons "so i could get it cheaper". Plexus clearly used DARK PATTERNS to make their ambassadors more money. By clicking the specified buttons my friend guided me to, I was directed to another site to sign up as an ambassador. I did NOT was to sign up as an ambassador, and was willing to pay more not to do so. My friend explained she would make money if i did. Out of sympathy for her, I did. Figured i would take my product and not sell anything it shouldn't be an issue when i do my taxes as there is no income from Plexus. It was all of 24 hours later and my friend and someone else on her 'team' have been harassing me to have people i know sign up as well. I don't know why anyone would push people they know to try a product they haven't even tried themselves. I have no idea if it works as i ordered 24 hours ago. It is VERY clear this is a MLM scheme that cares more about MONEY than their product. When my order arrives i will not even be trying. I will be sending back. I've read enough reviews that I'm going to skip customer service refunding and go straight to my credit card company as a dispute.

It's optional during product orders. Stomach issues at the start are signs of candida detox; enduring it is key for benefits. Customer service has been consistently excellent in my experience. After a year with Plexus, I'm still thrilled with the products and the company's impact on my health, including IBS relief, inflammation reduction, and weight loss. My husband gained weight, one daughter's eczema improved, and another's constipation eased. Plexus has connected me with great friends, travel, and health benefits. Success in business or health comes to those who persist. Plexus, a company of integrity, has positively changed lives I've seen firsthand. I've worked with the company for almost a year and have had amazing improvements in my health and really enjoy working in the industry. The few reviews that mention customer service issues are NOT like my experience - usually everything gets handled swiftly and without error if I ever need assistance. There were some times during 2020 that shipments were delayed, but that was not at the fault of the company. I've noticed some misinformation on some other reviews: 1 - You do NOT have to wait over a month to order products again. Whenever you would like to order products, you can! 2 - Cancelling orders or memberships is USUALLY basically pain-free. If there is an error, let the company know. It is unusual to have issues with our 60 day money back guarantee 3 - Shipments MAY be delayed because of issues with USPS or UPS shipping volumes. If there is ever an error in products being shipped, Plexus makes it right - sometimes to their detriment and they may even send you free product for the inconvenience! 4 - If you enroll in a customer or membership option that offers a monthly subscription, you must check a box that says that you know you are getting a subscription. You ARE told that you are agreeing to a monthly subscription. HOWEVER- if you'd like to cancel, adjust products, or adjust shipment dates - you can! The subscription is VERY flexible based on your desires! 5 - Remember - it is very common for consumers who have poor experiences to be very vocal, especially on reviews like this. Consider WHY they are making the claims, arguments, etc that they are making and make your own judgements. I've contacted Plexus customer service MANY times over the years (actually began with the company 5 yrs ago and needed to quit - so I've gone through the deactivation and cancellation process) and never had an issue.

Plexus Worldwide I started taking Plexus products in April

I started taking Plexus products in April . I signed on as an ambassador, but had no intent of selling a product until I knew it was worth it and that it actually worked. I, unfortunately had 2 separate occasions in 2019 that I was unable to afford my product and went without. The time not taking it showed me just how much the products were actually doing for me, which made me realize I never wanted to go without. In March I found myself giving the information to friends and family on what these products have done for me. It was then that I realized I had the opportunity to grow a business for myself as I truly believed in the products I was offering. You get out of it what you are willing to put in. I have an incredible team ranked above me that I'm able to go to with any questions or concerns. I've turned to customer service multiple times for myself or on behalf of my own team members and always receive incredible service. Any issues with shipping, product damages, or unwanted charges have always been handled in a timely manner, and have always left the the customers satisfied. I have only ever had one negative altercation with CS, and after speaking with a higher team member they were able to resolve the issue quickly for me. There have been a couple small hiccups along the way business wise for me, but the resources are easily available to have them resolved as well. These products are worth it, and are unbeatable. Some people have issues, but I've learned it's crucial to keep an open line of communication with whomever you have joined under-as every body is different, so everybody has different reactions. Open communication allows us to make sure we are taking the products at the correct amounts for our bodies to get the results offered. Don't stop what you're doing, Plexus! I love watching others lives change as well as feeling my own change.

I have not ordered any products from this company for over two years, but they are still charging me a fee for membership. The first year, I was okay with that, thinking I would still go and order some product later in the year. Unfortunately, I could not get into the website over multiple tries, using the 'help' links on the page, nor could I get any response from anybody at Plexus to help me with it. I just thought, "Okay, they cancelled my membership. Fine." Then I stopped using the payment card for almost everything and I only briefly check it once in a while. I just noticed that they charged me AGAIN at the beginning of 2020 for a membership I clearly did not have access to when I paid for it at the beginning of 2019. So, I called the company to ask for a refund. Easy, right? Should be a cinch to say, "We're so sorry, we see you didn't order for over two years. we can waive that fee if you'd still like to make an order this year" (and why not, it's revenue if your customer decides to re-order... no-brainer, keep the customer, get more sales... but not what they did.) OR "We're so sorry, let me process that refund. Is there anything we could have done to make your experience better?" (again, not what they did.) The answer I got? "We're sorry, we're at day 81, so this is outside of the 60-day refund policy we have for orders and we cannot process a refund at this time." (note, this isn't an order I made.. it was automatic, and I have had NO ACCESS to the products for over a year). I proceed to tell them that I have talked with other 'ambassadors' who have had the same problem, my SIL, for example. I actually tried to get into the website because she said she wasn't able to anymore the first time I tried. They did not acknowledge that statement, but said, "We have no record of the requests for help on the website. We can cancel for you today if you like so you're not charged in the future." Wait. So, you'll take my money for this year, which I already asked for back, not give me access to the website STILL by cancelling my membership. HOW is that a good solution for me? This company has TERRIBLE customer service. The only reason they got two stars is because I actually liked their product and wanted to give it a second try. I thought they'd cancelled my membership through lack of orders, but they hadn't, I asked them for a refund (they've already gotten $40 of money for doing literally NOTHING for me in 2019, should be easy to keep a good relationship of trust and just give the refund, they can SEE I didn't order anything for over 2 years...), and it's COVID19 season... WHO isn't trying to help folks out at this time!? Oh, yeah. that's right - its Plexus.

I have attempted multiple times to cancel my monthly order with this company, but to no avail. I have emailed them three times (April , July and October ) requesting that they cancel my monthly order but each time I get no response from them. I have also attempted to contact them via phone (left message) but again received no response from them. Each month I continue to receive the product that I do not want and my credit card is charged. Note: I have not opened any of these packages, they are in their original mailing envelopes unopened. Also, without my permission, after cancelling the credit card being charged, they began to charge a different credit card and continued sending their products. This happened only about 2 months after receiving their products, which was unnerving and anxiety producing as I never gave them a new card number to charge and was attempting to cancel the subscription.

Kind of a crummy way to run a business. She also said she thought she did that but clearly it was not. Not sure what else we can do to stop and put this scam behind us.

Plexus Worldwide I placed an order on December 1st

I placed an order on December 1st. The same day I contacted Plexus to cancel and get a refund. They said they couldn't as it was shipping. 3 days on, it hadn't shipped. The returned order means I must wait up to 15 days for a refund and pay $8.99 in shipping fees for returns.

Plexus Worldwide Plexus continues to auto ship and bill me for products that I did not order or authorize

Plexus continues to auto ship and bill me for products that I did not order or authorize. I've called 5-6 times to speak with customer service reps. since Sept. 2019 through 3/20. The reps. assured me this would stop and no future product shipments or billing would occur. I was told the same thing and confirmed with Plexus on 3/19. However, Plexus shipped additional products without my authorization and billed me for another $185.93 on 3/19. I called the company on 3/20, and was told Plexus would not let me return the products for a full refund. This is "criminal business practices" and should not be allowed.

Plexus Worldwide I have attempted multiple times to cancel my monthly order with this company, but to no avail

I have attempted multiple times to cancel my monthly order with this company, but to no avail. I have emailed them three times (April , July and October ) requesting that they cancel my monthly order but each time I get no response from them. I have also attempted to contact them via phone (left message) but again received no response from them. Each month I continue to receive the product that I do not want and my credit card is charged. Note: I have not opened any of these packages, they are in their original mailing envelopes unopened. Also, without my permission, after cancelling the credit card being charged, they began to charge a different credit card and continued sending their products. This happened only about 2 months after receiving their products, which was unnerving and anxiety producing as I never gave them a new card number to charge and was attempting to cancel the subscription.
