I ordered 2 bicycles online for my boys as gifts for their hardwork at school and I am still waiting for the bicycles, it's been a week now and bicycles haven't arrived. I called the call centre and I was told to wait for the driver to deliver because on their system they can't track the package so I should just wait for an SMS or a call. I'm disheartened, how does a company not know how to track a package. I have been seeing only bad reviews about their online service which gives me so much frustration and I've come to know that I will basically not receive my order and I will basically have to wait 2 months for the money to be refunded back, my boys will spend their holidays looking at other kids playing with their bikes. I'm heartbroken because I went with a brand that I trusted so much which is Pick n Pay but now I've lost all faith in this store.

Desired outcome: I want bicycles for my boys, it's holidays, they passed at school going to the next grade I want them to have fun this December and be motivated at school next year.
