Police Case Departure Hold review: services

This is to file a complaint against Jisha Krishnan and Avneet Singh from Risk Management, these two confirmed to me that after agreeing to settle my loan and confirming that I have no police case anymore. I am continually paying my loan and despite that I was held at the airport for a business trip in Philippines causing delays and inconvenience on my part. I would lile to file a formal complaint against these two staff as until now they have not contacted me why I was held at the airport! Your staff are not communicating with Taqania as well as Taqania are still sending legal action against me despite of settling with Mashreq and paying my loan on time! You should be liable for all the expenses incurred because of your staff fault.
