Porsche of Marin review: Service manager

I am very very disappointed with Porsche of Marin regarding customer service practices and not every customer is treated with respect and honesty like they should. I have a 2017 Porsche Panamera and every time I come for service not only are you not able to get a loner vehicle but I also get an extra problem as if coming in to service wasn't problem enough. The service manager Fernando Oliveira is the worst person I have ever met. Even after returning my car from service with a Rat 🐀 hole that was made while in their possession he then tried to pretend like nothing was there and it didn't happen on there watch, and called me a liar in front of my 5 year old son who was with me. This was the worst feeling and parent can have is to explain what just happened to their kid.
