Go to the website there is an advertisement saying that you can get four posters for 2.00 each. Then, on your bank charges you see a charge for 39.80. It said nothing on the advertisement about that. Beware!

Posting the link posted above. I think its funny that you get two posters a month and I have been charged the initial $25 for 5 like some and then another 9 charges of $39.80. Funny thing is, it's just been over a month since the initial purchase of the 5 for $25... So maybe my math is wrong, but shouldn't I have two charges of $39.80 at most? Cool thing is, I don't even have em lol. Anyways, just called an canceled my so called membership that I wasn't aware of. Will be shipping them all back tomorrow unopened and we will see what happens. Hope people are getting the low down on this shotty place.

I called and told them to stop. He said to send back my last shippment I just got. So if anyone can let me know something I would be very greatful.
I thought I would get some great posters for Xmas for my kids. I won't be doing anything like that online again.

I ordered 4 posters from posterpass.com on 11-27-08 for the price of $2.00 each, paying for the posters with a Visa debit card. According to my bank statement two money transactions were made with posterpass.com on 11-27-08, one for the amount of $1.02 and one for the amount of $33.96. When I went online to check my bank statement tonight posterpass.com had made another money transaction using my Visa debit card No. for the amount of $39.96, raising the total cost for four $2.00 posters to the amount of $74.94. After viewing my bank statement tonight I immeditely called my bank and had my card deactivated inorder to keep posterpass.com from stealing any more of my hard earned money. My bank took information from me tonight so it could file a complaint against posterpass.com. I personally think that anyone affiliated with posterpass.com should face criminal charges and go directly to jail. I'm sure by now they have stolen enough money to be charged with grand larceny as well as fraud, etc.

Why are businesses like this legally in operation. Why don't they care of the numerous complaints that are posted about their company. If it were my company i would care. They are out for the quick kill and scam honest people out of their money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
It is a scam!

Jeff Berman, your apologetic posting was dated 218 days ago yet still your company provides less than acceptable methods of providing hard working people with the clear and necessary information regarding to what they may be getting involved in when doing business with PosterPass.com.

If you're truly apologetic, than your business practices would have improved by now.
Your company is a scam until you decide to raise your business standards to a respectable level.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is a fraud! Even if you follow the rules and send back your mechandise unopened, you will have to fight it in arbitration with your credit card company. I have receipts from UPS tracking that posterpass.com signed for the packages, and they still will not credit my account!

My daughter signed up for a "Penny" poster. We received that in the mail - and much more. From 6/11 - 6/14 we received (unsolicited) $240's worth of "posters". I have sent all but one back - unopened - and am still waiting for the credit on my credit card account.

In my many calls to customer service, they swear that there are willing clients who want to purchase posters at $38 daily. They are polite, but ineffective.

It is a nightmare. Again, please don't make the mistake that we did.

I am so annoyed with this company. I too signed up to try their posters out. I decided this was not for me. I received the initial order for posters for $16.00, when I called to cancel my "membership" I was told another order had already gone out & I was charged $39.00 for it! now I signed up on june 30, 2009. the initial order went out july1, 2009. the person on the phone told me the next order went out july 3, 2009! a manager by the name of kim told me they could send posted whenever they wanted up to twice a month. I asked to speak to her boss & left a message for rebecca ramirez, who has yet to call me back, about this ugly business practice. with this organization you don’t have a chance to cancel your membership because they could potentially send your orders one day apart, then you're stuck with posters you didn't ask for & don't want! and their only resolution is a store credit! 11 I never want to business with this company again. why would I want a store credit from them! this is why you need attorneys, to deal with companies like this who think they are so slick to offer "memberships" in terms that are so vague you are trapped into spending more money than you ever intended! shame on you, posterpass.com!@#$*

My daughter ordered 4 posters from these guys and now I have about 10 boxes of posters here at $39.80 each. I called to cancel the services and got the great news of their in store credit policy. I am going to put a complain with my attorney general and with the Federal trade Commission. This type of service is simply a scam.

I'm dealing with these ### as we speak, luckly my bank when I use my Debit card puts a pre-authorized hold on these transactions, so i was able to realize whats going on. I just got off the phone with the bank and have canceled my card so these crooks cant steal anymore of my money even before I can talk to them. So far they have debited my account for $8.00+$39.80+$39.80=$87.60 for 4 posters what a joke. Now I have to wait till 10am to call these people and cancel my account, but atleast I have the piece of mind that they wont be able to bleed my account any further and I will dispute the charges with my bank once they post. Wonder if anyone has ever tried to email this jberman@posterpass.com? Although it is probably a fake email or doesn't except emails from outside people because this guys email would be blowing up. Hey Regor1234 im also from Florida, if you need anyone else from Florida to give the Gov Crist any more documintation don't hesitate than ask. These crooks need to be stopped and I will never ever buy anything else online from survey sites or publishers clearing house.

I am lucky that my transactions were through Paypal. I got all my money back after filing some forms. This company is a scam. I believe you should send letter to the TV stations (local and national media), the Federal Trade Commission and your local State Attorney General. I even called my congressional representative since there are still lots of companies out there praying on the people.
Take care and I hope you can get your money back somehow.

I made an order the beginning of June of this year (2009). The offer was for 4 posters and 4 matching mugs, would come out to be 1$ each. It was a great deal so I jumped on it via the SuperRewards application on Facebook.
In this order I put in especially for a set that my autistic nephew would love of Mohamad Ali and Liston, and planned to give them to him for his birthday today August 10 2009.
I recieved the posters approx 5 days after my order, but was sent whit mugs. I called and was told they sent the white mugs temporarily until the ones I ordered came in. I waited another couple of weeks and called again to be told they don't know anything about it and that I recieved my order as intended. I went through the whole thing again explaining the situation, then was told that yes the mugs were on backorder but would be back in in two weeks.
Two weeks came and went, nothing, so I called yet again...was told the same thing. I was frustrated and hung up on the associate.
Today I was very upset when I couldn't give my nephew what I had ordered for him.
I called today and was told it would be another two weeks. Then when I called the associate out for a guarentee, he then said there are none.
I was then put on hold and told yes they would be two more weeks however he urged me to pick four additional posters at no cost.
WELL OF COURSE NO COST I ALREADY PAID.
I informed him that I wanted what I ordered. He kept me on the line another ten minutes explaining that the mugs may take alot longer.
I finally told him I would have to think about the poster idea, but it's not what I want and I think it is dispicable for this company to be able to legally manipulate their customers this way.
I plan to pick out some posters, however I am indeed going to be reporting this company to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Maybe they can do something so people are not scammed in the future.

This company has repeatedly attempted and succeeded to withdraw money off my wifes and my debit card in the amounts of $39.80. They have succeeded twice in two days. August 8th and 10th are the latest withdrawls. We are looking into what they may have taken without authorization before those dates without our authorization. We are now not able to pay our rent and are forced to go to the pawn shop in order to stay in our home! The last order we received yesterday had two posters in the box that were bent and damaged. They charged us almost $40.00 for two paper posters that are not even worth 10 cents! Every attempt to call the company ends up a worthless attempt as they wont answer their phones!

Ordered 1 set of 4 posters for $4.99 ea to get points on the MySpace Mobsters game. Received six sets so far. Called the company this morning, as they have no contact info on their website, and spoke to Yolanda. I advised them I wanted my "membership" cancelled when she asked if I did, what membership, I just ordered 4 posters, never signed up for anything. I also told them I was placing the unwanted orders in them mail today. I am contacting the AG's office if I don't receive the refunds promptly or if I receive any more unordered deliveries!

Got crappy news for you friend. They will tell you it requires two months time ( two billing cycles ) and then it will take 7-21 business days to process the refund. I am just now getting my money back in dribs and drabs three months later. These people are low-down crooks who mostly employ college-dropouts and low-wage lackeys to answer phones. Their managers are rude and inconsiderate. I believe these people should be shut down but the Illinois State Attorney Generals Office has recieved so many complaints about them before when they had a different name they just changed it and the process started all over again. Good Luck with getting your money back.

Here's how you get a hold of this company:

Brian Dale:
briandale@peel.com

or

Beverly Simmons
bsimmons@peel.com

Contact either one of them and you have a good shot at getting your money back. If they play hard ball, threaten them with complaints to the BBB or FTC. I told them I filed a police report against them for fraud, they got back to me REAL quick after that.

Good luck!

I canceled my account back around May time frame and today I looked at my account and they have charged it for another $79.00 without approval. I contacted the representatives and they said there was a glitch in the system that caused of the individuals who had canceled their acocunts to be reactivated. When I talked to "MARY" she did say it would be refunded within 48 hours. I will advise this company right now that if this continues I will be filing a claim and getting with my lawyers. There is no reason a company should even have this kind of mistake being made. I asked them to completely delete my name from their system so this doesnt happen again. I will make sure within the 48 hr mark. Don't let this happen to you. They arent even worth $79.00 a month for no products. Thanks guys.

SAME PROBLEMS! The terms and conditions say cancel at anytime! I canceled after first shipment - the second came, I refused the shipment but was charged the 39.95 anyway - the real kicker is - they never refunded my money, they have hit me with 2 more charges of 79.95 after canceling - I have only a total of 8 posters. Credit card company would not stop their charges - so I had to cancel my card. THE COMPANY WILL NO LONGER TAKE MY PHONE CALLS! It automatically goes to voicemail AND the posters they recently sent have a totally different company name! DO NOT GIVE THEM CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!

If you are having trouble getting through there is something else you can do. I at least got a response and I'm waiting the 72 hrs that they say it takes to be refunded. I sent an e-mail 4to CustomerService@posterpass.com

Not only did I get a response but I got 3 e-mails from 3 different people, Brian Dale, Beverly Simmons, and Rebecca Ramirez. Brian Dale is the owner of the company and Rebecca Ramirez is the Director of Customer Service.

I would suggest first sending an e-mail to the customerservice@posterpass.com, if you do not receive any reply try contacting Rebecca Ramirez.

Our credit card has just been charged for $79.00. We did not order anything from this awful company. We called them and they said it was a mistake and they would refund the charge immediately but they did not. Wed reported them to the Better Business Bureau but something tells me they will continue ripping off people like they have been without anyone putting an end to it.

I also signed up for the $2 posters in order to fulfill a requirement for an iphone, but the actual charges were outrageous. I was able to get refunded for one of the charges against me, and was able to close out my account with them by calling their phone number, or so I thought. Now it is about 8 months later and suddenly a $80 charge from them has appeared. I knew this company had some shady business practices, but charging someone almost a year after they had closed out their account? I can't believe they are still in business! Fortunately I called my bank and they were able to credit me the transaction and I had my card closed out so that they couldn't do this ### to me again >:-( I sincerely hope they get what's coming to them...

Ordered some relatively hassle free posters from them 5 months ago, and canceled the account. Now, 5 months later, there's a 79$ fee out of my account for two posters that have shown up at the house (unopened, being sent back). The Bank wants to charge me $35 for an overdraft, $27 to block posterpass purchases, and $10 to give me a new card.

That's $151 because I STUPIDLY ordered from these people in the past.

Don't do it, you'll only regret it.

Ordered 4 posters in April of 2008, then called and cancelled membership. Today, over 1 1/2 years later, I was shipped two posters that I did not order. The phone number they give you has a recording and says to leave a message then someone will call you back; I've been calling all day and left two messages w/ no results. I am going to my bank in the morning to make sure I'm not charged anything further. How does this company out of Illinois keep running when they are scamming people left and right?
