PR.Business PR Business explained that I needed to pay $279 to be listed in the search for *** which I paid

PR Business explained that I needed to pay $279 to be listed in the search for *** which I paid. I was then told by their agent that I could pay $600 of a set up fee for PR Business to increase my visibility score. After the 1st year, I would then be charged $179 per month to continue the service. After the initial payment in July $600, I was charged $179 in August. I spoke with their representative and was informed that the $179 per month starts immediately after the initial set up fee. My company, Healthy Resolutions is a new business. At the time of the conversation, I told the agent that our budget did not have the means to pay the $179 per month as we are a new business. It was then that she said the fee would not begin until after 1 year. After speaking with an agent in regards to cancelling my contract, she stated that the contract can't be cancelled and my business will be referred to a collection agency after 90 days if I do not pay the $179. PR Business is requesting that I pay $179 for 3 months of service. I immediately requested to cancel the contract after the 1st payment of $179 was paid in August .

pr.business is a poor marketing company, they got me into a contract and had me send them photos. I did what they ask. Dates of future events. They posted event after it occurred or not at all. Went on our site picked photos we no longer used, products we discontinued. Lost a lot of money with one year contract. I do not want another small business to get roped in with this company.

These people are nothing but ***. They took my $2 K and did absolutely nothing. And I mean nothing except try and sell me more services on the monthly meetings. They said nothing will work right if I don't buy more. Stay away. I can't believe they still have a business license. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

PR.Business I feel like I was scammed they have done nothing to advertise my business but I just got started very small business they keep taking my money

I feel like I was scammed they have done nothing to advertise my business but I just got started very small business they keep taking my money and not fixing problems like address changes every time I call they say somebody's gonna call me back they keep taking $19.99 for voice command out of my bank account, I called them and told them to cancel that and they still took the money out. I called my bank and told them about the situation and they are trying to work with me she told me I had to pay $565 to cancel the service I have not reached any customers through them every time I ask a customer how they heard about me it was from what I did on my website and with a Instagram myself. They charge me $200 initial fee and then $106 a month For nothing! It's hard enough to be a very small business just getting started in an area where your unknown! I am a bakery through the online website and calling me I have to rent a kitchen to do this never mind pay people that are not helping me this is like ordering a cake three weeks ahead of time and not providing the cake yet still getting paid for it! I am very upset and I advise people to please be careful with this company. *** @ In the beginning bakery

PR> Business is untrustworthy, they are very dishonest. I agreed to a set price for my website. They took five times the amount out of my account. I disputed the charges. PR submitted a blank e-sign document to my credit card company claiming I signed for all the made-up charges. They got my money and have taken down my website. STAY AWAY from these scammers.

I don't care what some of their positive ratings/reviews say, IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THEIR SERVICES, YOU MAY DEEPLY REGRET IT! Read this latest e-mail from me to pr.business on March 25, 2022, which has STILL not received a response from them as of the date of this review: "I just received your voicemail message for this morning's appointment. However, no one had the professional courtesy to respond to my calls & emails within the past few weeks! It's as if the priority of my business stopped after I paid you. On March 2, 2022 I was supposed to receive an update from Nicholas Dochtermann regarding my previously submitted concerns; I'm still waiting for that update. Since then, I'd made four unsuccessful attempts to contact the proper personnel at pr.business. My experience with pr.business has been disappointing, and I wish I'd scanned the reviews first before getting involved. I've had a difficult time contacting someone 100% of the time - either my emails are getting overlooked, or I'm being bounced from department to department until my call gets dropped. Also, I'm still unable to see my customer's referral, I'm still unable to see any photos on my listing, and I haven't received ANY business contacts as a result of pr.business' service. As usual, I don't expect to get a response to this correspondence either, so I am now looking into other ways of getting this addressed."

PR.Business This is company is definitely a ***

This is company is definitely a ***. I wish I would've done more research before doing any transactions with them. I saw an ad on Instagram. The sales rep Gabe called me and we discussed the financial condition of my business The Garment Hive. I signed a lease on a storefront and the next month the whole country was shutdown. He and the others never call me back to address my concerns. I'm a small Black Women Owned Clothing Store.

They got their $399 and then took the first month payment of $179 two days later after sending me several past due emails. I got that $179 back. Then my first call with the digital person the one was breaking up and it even dropped. He couldn't pull up anything on the zoom call. Just horrible. I called back and got a supervisor who was too business to address my calls because he had to go to a meeting and never called me back. I want my money back I've tried to get a refund for a over a month now. I have setup appointments just to try and get my money and nothing. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! YOU WILL NEVER GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR AND NO ONE WILL GIVE YOU TO THE RIGHT PERSON TO GET A REFUND.

Their social media doesn't even have traffic. There are several bad reviews popping up weekly on google.

Probably one of the worst decisions i made as a new business owner. Got sucked into a hard sell and thought they might be good for my online presence. I payed a giant set up fee and all i get for $200 a month is a 15 min phone call going over things i can read myself. They want me to spend more money to get a landing page. i have tried to cancel but they say i have to pay out the rest of the contract. Like my Mom always said, You won the battle but you lost the war.I will never recommend these people to anyone. I have filed a complaint with the FTC as well. Dont do business with these people.

I have now used pr.business for two months. I am ASTOUNDED at how QUICKLY they have improved my organic search results. With so many charlatans in the digital marketing business, it was REFRESHING to have a PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, and FAST WORKING team on my businesses side. They have linked my site and implemented search terms which means that the correct clients are reaching me. I am truly amazing at the quality of their service - and for such a great price too. By the way - I was a "cold lead" from their advertising on FB. PRO TIP: Pay for the year of their services in advance to get one month FREE! I am so grateful to them for helping me grow my business. After 7 years and thousands spent with other companies - I wholeheartedly recommend PR BUSINESS!

PR.Business I am very ashamed and upset with myself for being a victim or a really well planned ****

I am very ashamed and upset with myself for being a victim or a really well planned ***. I own a small Performing Arts Studio, and I had gotten a call from this company to see if I would be interested in a voice command service that would help me recover from the closing of my studio due to covid. I thought it was a great idea, and I paid them $99 for this service. I was told it would take 7-10 days to be active. Nothing happened. When I called they said it would take 10-14 days. It has been over 7 weeks, and nothing has happened.
I was also asked if I would be interested in taking my business to the fore-front of the internet google listings and that I would be one of the first listed when someone would inquire for my services. They went into my computer and acted like all of these things were going to happen for $379! PLUS $108.00 a month for a year. I fell for it! I am so furious. I tried to ask for a refund nicely for about a week. They said there were no refunds for my $379 activation fee, and I would be sent to collections if I didn't pay the monthly fee. I have stopped payment on the monthly, but I am so ashamed that I was a victim of a well planned ***. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!
I gave them a 1 star because I had to. ZERO rating.

My appointment with Jerody de la C was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. His assessment of our business will really help us into the future. He had great ideas and was able to explain all aspects of his service perfectly...especially to a non techno employer! He made the interaction of our appointment fun yet meaningful and insightful. I have scheduled again next month with him specifically and cannot wait for our next appointment. HE was GREAT!

PR.Business This is the biggest **** to businesses

This is the biggest *** to businesses. They con you into signing up for a portal to manage and market your online google account, they say they will increase your search optimization using Google analytics and you will get more traffic to your site which they measure and will review on a regular basis with you. They say you cancel at no charge anytime if you are not satisfied. They miss set appointments to review data (because they haven't done anything to increase optimization) then when you are dissatisfied because you have no idea what service they have done for you other than charge you monthly, they tell you that you signed up for a year long agreement and if you want to cancel you have to talk to a different department which a rep will call you from at a later date, then the rep tells you that you can cancel for a price of which is nearly the full year amount cost. They claim they can show you in your "agreement" it talks about this cancellation policy but the "agreement" (which was called your "portal registration" when you first hired them) only states the fact they have the right to cancel the service, nothing in it states that you the unsatisfied customer can cancel. If you are lucky enough to get this far in the cancel procedure, they tell you they will send you an email to cancel the service, which they don't.

PR.Business I was quite impressed with the knowledge of the staff of this company

I was quite impressed with the knowledge of the staff of this company. I have successful experiences with SEOs for my other companies and I felt that this company could assist me with the goals I wanted to accomplish for my new project. After I had signed the contract and made financial arrangements, I immediately realized my mistake. Thier representative gave me commitments which he did not meet. I could not contact them to cancel so I went to the financial company in order to contact them! They refused to cancel and assured me that they would be more punctual and available. Again and again they have disappointed me. They promised that I would work with a particular agent. Then on the next call a different agent would be on the phone and there would be no explanation or apologies. They just expected I would be okay with that. They would book several appointments - at one time I was getting email confirmations for three appointments for the week! I let one of the agents who called me know and they said they would remedy the situation. Nope. In fact there was a no show on one of my "real" appointments which they confirmed by the way. No apologies. No notices. Just another set of emails telling me when the next appointment is. And, worse of all, they made those appointments without consulting me. I cant keep track anymore of all these appointments. Two stars for knowledge base. Customer Service SUCKS!

PR.Business Initially, I reached out to what I thought was Amazon/Alexa in order to get my business listed on voice search via Alexa, Sir, Google Home, etc

Initially, I reached out to what I thought was Amazon/Alexa in order to get my business listed on voice search via Alexa, Sir, Google Home, etc. It started out at $19.99/month which I thought was a good deal. After a few appointments and speaking to several different account managers, all they could provide was offering more services in order for me to get the full benefit of getting the recognition I was looking for with my business. To date, they are charging me twice monthly, $19.99 and $299.91 a month. Early, in March I had a misfortune with my dad and had to cancel my monthly payments due to a family crisis and not being able to continue making payments. Whoever I spoke with symphonized with me and said that it would be canceled immediately. Come April, they charged my card again for the 2 separate payments and I called to cancel again. Now, they're saying they can either lower my payments to $259/month for 10 months or offer me a buy-out for roughly $2,500, which is absurd. I've given this company nearly $2k, since August and have gotten nothing in return. My business is no where to be found on voice search and I have not made a single penny from the services "supposedly" provided. Each month I am paying for a service in which they just call me and tell me what I should do. I highly don't recommend this company and agree with everyone else that has nothing but bad things to say. COMPLETE ***! I just wanted them to cancel my account, but now I want a full refund ($1,876.53).

PR.Business Every phone call with them is a bait and switch, and false advertising

Every phone call with them is a bait and switch, and false advertising. Even after being bait and switch, and not refunded the money for the first bait and switch they said I would be refunded, I went along with it thinking that they could do what they said. They assured me they could get me to rank on Google maps in a certain area I wanted to be ranked in. I told them I did not think it was possible and I explain to them I already was doing what they were explaining. They said I did not know if they knew and they could make me rank and if they couldn't I would be refunded. After finally getting set up they told me they could not do what they had been telling me they could do the whole time. Do you think I got a refund? No. Everything with them as a stall tactic so that you cannot file a dispute with your credit card company before the money clears. Not just the company but the people who work there are disgusting and take advantage of small business. They will do anything to make a sale but never hold up to their end of the bargain. Reading through these comments should make any One aware of how disgusting they truly are. I contacted a lawyer and he said that companies like this are actually common. They use all kinds of *** practices, never hold up their end of the bargain, and will do anything to stall until the money clears. It will cost almost as much for a lawyer As it would be for your refund. I have been contacting as many news sites as possible to try to get investigative reporters to dig and help make small business owners aware. Stay away from this company if you don't want to just toss money away

PR.Business We were told this company would help us be at the top of online searches, add us on maps/waze and other navigation apps, help us with

We were told this company would help us be at the top of online searches, add us on maps/waze and other navigation apps, help us with advertising and posting to social media accounts especially within google business. The first salesmen never even accepted our invite to manage google business so we talked to another person who said we need to be verified (I already had the company verified! so he doesn't know what he was talking about) and he tried getting more money for more services when they never did what they said they would so we then were passed along to a supervisor who finally accepted our invite to manage our google business and help us with social media and stuff again but did not and actually messed up our account so we had to remove her as a manager. I have been trying to get a hold of someone in accounting or cancellations and they keep telling me no one is available someone and someone will call me, that was three days ago... I finally got a call and missed it, they didn't leave a message with info for me to call back so I call back for like the tenth time, get hung up on at least six times and I finally get a representative (who didn't hang up on me) who says they will have someone call me back again today or tomorrow. Someone called my business partner but not me and said something about a contract. If we were in a contract, this company has not upheld their end by not providing the services that were told would be provided. They have taken out three different payments already in the first 15 days totaling $449.99 and not one representative can tell me when we are due to have another payment taken out, which is ridiculous! I am requesting our money back because it hasn't been 30 days and we are NOT satisfied, I am disputing the charges on our card and cancelling our card. This company is stalling to get past the 30 days by not "being available" and not calling back! Do not use them, there are more reasonable people who will work with you and help you have your business show up more for a better price or I would suggest free ways to promote your business on youtube.

PR.Business Happily tell you what I think

Happily tell you what I think...

1) Firstly, a fast talking man from NY called to "sell" me *** business voice recognition that I paid $199 for. This is a Director named *** from this company...To date 7 weeks later, I have ZERO voice recognition to my business. I brought this up and was told this takes time oh yeah? Wrong answer.

2) Next, *** "hooked" me for $500 to join them so they could enhance and help me manage my social media - he did so by illustrating how "low" my score was in publishing my social media and how it wasn't "connecting" to all that it should be. I joined. I'm visual. BIG mistake. Nothing happened and it's not true. It's a scam!

3) *** then "hooked" me into speaking with a *** who plugged back in to the illustration to show me wow! my score had risen to an 83 from a 8! How fabulous right? Why was my phone not ringing? And, when fact checking the *** business voice recognition - remember, the reason for this $199 lifetime membership that I still don't have? Why wasn't that working? No decent reply...only "these things take time" so, *** immediately switched back to the illustration to show just how much they have helped me raise my score! When in actuality - they have done ZERO. PERFORMED ZERO SERVICES and taken HARD EARNED MONEY.

4) I then began checking other forms of Google business, etc while on the call with *** and held his feet to the fire he stated that "a little man in a white coat " takes care of those internal details, not him. When I enforced an extra 10 minutes for him to make some minor changes, he did so begrudgingly then tried to sell me on another $250 or so for them to further manage Say what? Wait, you haven't managed to begin with! You've not posted or done a thing I said! What they heck?

5) Run! Run! Far and away from this Scam Racket of a company! I am going to war with them. This is the most insane running organization I've ever heard of after 32 years in real estate throughout the US.

Multiple negative reviews and similar stories why? Because it is true! This company needs shut down. Absolute insanity. I look forward to the response from this audacious and illegal practice operating organization.

PR.Business I would give them 0 stars if I could

I would give them 0 stars if I could. None of the promises made by the salesman, *** were achieved. My time was lost/wasted when they missed scheduled (1 month in advance) phone calls, as well as unproductive calls when they did call. My business went from the top of the second page on Google all the way out to the middle of the fourth page. Alexia & Siri never recognized my business (to this day). When I originally attempted to cancel services with them back in March, I was told that they (that particular employee) could only freeze my account for 2 months but they would have someone follow up with me regarding the cancelation. No one called back. I called back approximately 8 times and sat on hold for 10-30 minutes each time before being sent to a voice mailbox. Still, no one returned my call. I changed all of my passwords (locked them out of the accounts). Then in July I get a "past due" notice via email. When I call them again to discuss the matter, *** @ ext *** tells me that she would cancel the 12 month contract if I paid the 'past due amount'. When I asked her to waive the fee, she refused. When I asked her what services that PR Business preformed that they were due compensation for, she talked circles and stated that someone called me for a conference call (unscheduled). She acknowledged that they were locked out of my accounts. I asked her how she felt that it was fair business practice or logical to charge me a monthly fee, after I had made so many attempts to resolve the matter with no follow up on their end and no services were provided. I made no less than 8 attempts to resolve this between March and July (3 months), while my account was current. Had you followed through in a timely matter on the cancelation there would have been no issue.

I see that most of the reviews are of the nice phone technicians. Which I agree, they are pleasant. However the company was ineffective at their task of SEO and I was not intending to purchase a pleasant phone conversation once a month.

This has been a complete waste of time and has been extremely frustrating. Not to mention a loss of hard earned marketing dollars. The salesman is the most skilled person on their team.
Buyer beware!

Empty Promises. Failed to deliver. No Follow Up. Dropped The Ball. Don't Waste Your Money!

PR.Business DO NOT GET INTO SO-CALLED BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT GET INTO SO-CALLED BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

We originally signed up for $199 for voice-activated searches. They soon called to upsell us to a higher level of service for $400 a month. They were supposed to get things rolling and call us three weeks later to show us how to get into our back office and how to read it. That call was just another sales pitch.

On this call, they told us that the previous contract was for external marketing stuff. Now they wanted us to add the internal marketing stuff for an additional $400 a month. We broke down and purchased this marketing after two calls and a long chat with the manager, "***". We are now paying these people $800 a month.

This additional $400 is supposed to cover them working to put thousands of keywords onto our website, keep them up-to-date, and have people review our website to get us a star rating. *** also told us that she had a couple of names of people that she thought would work well with us. She was going to send us their names and e-mail addresses so that we could get a hold of someone whenever we had a question. That information was never received.

She also told us that we would be talking to one of those two representatives at least one to two times a month and that they would teach us everything that we need to know on how to use their program. We had an appointment set up for April 14 and they never showed up. We called and left messages to get it rescheduled and finally received an e-mail from *** on April 20th saying that she wasn't in the office and was going to look at her calendar to get a new appointment set up with the team. It is now April 29th and we still have no appointment. When we call, they refuse to transfer me to ***, or anyone for that matter, because we don't have an appointment. We don't have an appointment because they never showed up to the last one and won't respond to schedule a new one.

We have paid for three months of service and not received one inquiry about our business. One thing that they told us that they were going to do was add something to our website so that people can book appointments with us directly from there. They sent us an e-mail with our front business page with a few items for us to do. One of them was to link our calendars to their system. We did that but that still doesn't fix the website issue. I know that they were going to do that because I told *** that I built our website so I knew that there was nothing on there for that and I didn't know how to do that. She congratulated me for at least attempting with the website since most people don't. She said not to worry about it, that they would take over from there.

So, we have paid these people over $2000 and received nothing from it. We have contacted our attourney. This company is a ***! DO NOT USE THEM!

PR.Business May 24 I signed with your PR

May 24 I signed with your PR. Business at a fee of $160.00 monthly for 12 months to increase visibility to my website.

May 27 at 12:30pm I received a call from Google PR ***/***. In the meeting he said he would make improvements to my website, Search Engine Optimization, Social Basic and Reviews. Nothing was done to my website.

May 27 *** from Consultation Social Media called and said I will be charged $160.00 monthly for 12 months for 8 posts on Facebook and Instagram. I contacted pr.business about Social Media about my Facebook and Instagram Post that I have not heard from them after two months. An email was sent with Sign in credential Username: *** Password: *** This information did not work.

June 24 at 12:30pm I received a monthly meeting call from *** , he told me the Marketing Agent needed to talk with me; he transferred my call. Marketing Agent *** stated I have a monthly fee of $436.00 that I needed to pay. I asked what the payment was for. He said monthly fee for Website, SEO, Social Basic and reviews. I told him I do not have that kind of money and nothing has been done for me. He told me to hold on, he needed to talk with his accountant. When he returned to our call he said to pay $299.00 monthly for eleven months starting July, 24, 2021.

July 30 I had my monthly meeting with *** and told him I was not satisfied with PR. Business because nothing had been done for me, I have not seen any changes done to the website nor received any status report email or voice messages. I told him, based on the nonperformance I intend to cancel my account with his company; PR. Business did not perform for me. I have not received any updates after three months and requested an appointment to talk with Marketing.

August 4 at 3:36pm ***, PR. Billing and Payments called. She stated that I had an overdue payment of $872.00 and that I needed to satisfy this payment. I told her my Credit Card is pressed thin and I do not have the money. She told me to hold on. When she returned she said the higher, higher, higher Accountant said to pay $436 now and $79 monthly. I paid $436.00. She said if I require a Buyout it is $5,232.00.

I explained nothing had been done for me for over three months. I told her I have not received emails or voice messages about any progress report. Furthermore, completion of progress and launch ought to be done in two weeks from May 24 was not done. I told her I am disappointed with PR. Business. I need all my money returned. Since I made the complaint, I have been getting phone calls and email messages to make appointments to work on my website. I explained I had already spoken with marketing a few times. Their response, I am so sorry, I understand. My response, you don't understand that I am saddened and embarrassed. I have no interest in continuing with your organization and I need all my money refunded back to me. You have failed me.

August 4 at 5:40pm *** left a voicemail message on landline stating a $436.00 payment with $79.00 monthly payments is very small and needed to bundle the services three times $79.00 for a payment of $273.00 monthly. Whenever I talk with Marketing, the cost agreement payment changes.

PR.Business This company contacted me

This company contacted me. I did not seek them out. They phoned my business and I foolishly listened to there sales person and soon learned they claimed to be able to promote us on the new voice search engines especially Alexa. I did not know much about these voice search engines except that they existed. The sales person quickly got me to believe that they were fast becoming the way consumers searched for products and services. I am smart enough to realize this was true and that my business should make sure we would be marketed via these channels. The details of HOW was the hazy part. This company claimed they could put our business at the top of these searches. I was skeptical but for the relatively low cost they quoted me on the phone I thought it was worth the short term risk. They told me $49.99 set up fee and then $19.99 per month for the Alexa voice search. This is all I wanted to do. They emailed me something to sign which I did. They were supposed to "on board us" in the near future for the Alexa voice search. I believe that the digital document I received via email and then signed must have had some other more elaborate marketing program which was more expensive. Something about online directories apparently. They later claim I signed up for it. It was a BAIT and SWITCH ploy by this company. I already had TWO marketing companies handling our free directory listings and doing onsite and offsite SEO and social media posting etc. I did not need a third marketing company doing this same work. The only reason I had the other two doing it was because of overlap in the scope of the marketing programs which was beyond my control. I would NEVER sign up for PR Business to handle my directory listings. Next thing I know they charged us $680.00 for a setup fee for a program I never discussed nor wanted. Then they started charging us $150.00/month for the same program I did not want. Also they NEVER "on boarded us" (there terminology). They did not care enough about us. They just started the program and debited our VISA account the set up and monthly fees...and not the $49.99 and $19.99 we expected but instead $680.00 and $150.00. I contacted my VISA bank and put in a complaint. I did not have time to follow up and submit the information the VISA bank requested and the complaint was closed by the bank. Why. Because time is what small business owner's do not have. This fact is why PR Business or Public Reputation (VISA bank gave me this name for them) counts on. They pray on small business knowing we often do not have the time to properly vet them. The pressure us during the sales call and then with their e-mails and phone calls to get the program going so they can collect monthly fees. They made one or two attempts to get the "on boarding" done. The 1st time they rescheduled and the 2nd time I was out sick. They did not try again and I was too busy to think about them. I vaguely remember phoning them again and complaining that I never wanted the expensive program. I company representative told me they would remove me from the program. I subsequently received an email stating that we were successfully removed from the Premier Directory and Citations Program and that as of Nov. 11th 2019 we would not longer be charged $150 per month. Then on Nov. 26th 2019 they charged our VISA account another $150.00. They also stated in the same email that we could hear the audio of Alexa listing for my business and that the monthly payments for Alexa are $19.99. We received and email on Nov. 11, 2019 stating that our business has been submitted into Amazon Alexa Voice Search and that when someone says "Hey Alexa, find Atlas Glass and Mirror" they will hear this: Play Now (click)... were not able to hear the recording when we click on it. What kind of marketing is that anyway. Marketing is supposed to bring us new customers...leads from consumers who never heard of us but are looking for our products and services. Businesses with web sites are already in the listings. We pay marketing companies to give our listing more exposure or lift it near or at the top of the listings. We never had ANY input into ANYTHING which this company claimed to have done for us. We have never received ANY reports on the Alexa listing or progress reports for the more expensive program they moved us into. They claimed we would be near the top of the list on Alexa regarding the products and service we provide not that they would simply list us on Alexa. High pressure and bait and switch. We want a full refund of the $680.00 setup fee and we want to be refunded for the two $150.00 monthly charges (one on 10/26 and the other on 11/26). We want to be free of any marketing programs associated with PR Business and we want them to stop charging our VISA account or any for our accounts going forward. We want a quick resolution of this or we intend to take legal action later this year.

PR.Business Cant seem to get anyone to cancel or direct me to where or how to cancel

Cant seem to get anyone to cancel or direct me to where or how to cancel. I have been trying for months to cancel with PR Business. I was told I could cancel at any time without any issues if It wasn't working out. They were suppose to increase our listing and when someone asked *** or *** of catering companies we were suppose to come up. I had people check and never happened. I mentioned this but was always given it takes time. The first time I said I wanted to cancel I was talked out of it but told them my concerns. Second time I was told someone would call me back but never did. So after three weeks as I was told there were olny 2 people in that department I called. The service board said someone would call. Yet nothing. When I tried to call again now there's no service personal. When the service people call all 3 I told them I wanted to call and this was rediculious why is it so hard to cancel. I was told I could cancel at anytime without any issues and we would part our on ways. But you wont let me cancel and Im being charged. I finally called Paypal and was agreed it sounded like a scam so we canceled my card. Now they sent me a bill of $792.16. Why would I pay for something they didn't deliver and been trying my best to cancel. Account # *** The last recheble number I have is XXX-XXX-XXXX. I have filed a complaint with FTC.Gov and they agree that this might be a scam. So if it is I think others need to be aware as small business we are barely hanging on and this is so wrong. Thank You for your time. ***'s *** XXX-XXX-XXXX. ***@gmail.com

In February 2022, I contracted a PR business to handle my Google Ads and some online directory listings. I was very unhappy with the Google Ad management and felt that I could do a better job, so I canceled that service. However, when I tried to cancel the online directory listing plan, I was informed that it was not possible to cancel because, in their words, 'they had done too much work already.' I have close friends who are knowledgeable in this area and they mentioned that the company has not fulfilled their obligations, as I have been managing the listings myself. Despite this, I once again requested to cancel, only to be told that I would have to pay 80% of the contract to terminate it. I believe this is a scam. The company does no work but still insists on withdrawing $200 from my account every month. I work hard for my money, and this company is not delivering what they promised, yet they continue to take money even after I've requested to cancel several times.

PR.Business based out of Florida have scammed us for over $5800. There was a second payment for the same amount we have not received back yet either now totaling over 10k. We originally signed up for their service over a year ago then they said they could not do anything because of our industry. After we asked for the refund, and they agreed it has been over 10 months we have been trying to contact them for it and they will not do anything about it. As we continued to research their company they have 100s of reviews saying they are a scam. This company if not delt with will cause grief to many others as well. They said they have voice recordings of our conversations with us and it will be on our side.

I have been charged $19.99 a month since may. I don't recall ordering this service. I called the bank about the charges and they provided a number to call. I called the number last month and spoke to someone and he stated he would have someone call me back. They have not called and I'm not able to resolve this issue. I have contacted by bank and they have canceled the CC.

PR.Business is harassing me and threatening me with collections. I've got proof I requested a cancellation over 2 years ago. I have asked for proof of debt and any contract I've entered into and they have not provided that. It is my contention I'm not obligated to this company please help.

PR.Business High pressure sales call center that doesn't provide contracted service

High pressure sales call center that doesn't provide contracted service. A month ago I was contacted by: *** in regards to getting my business listed and ranking on voice platforms such as Alexa/Siri/Google voice search, this would be charged at $19.99 per month. They then went for an up-sell of a full package intended to correct, connect and create continuity of all web presence as to allow for higher ranking, this was originally offered to me at $200/mo and then reduced as a "special" for no activation fee and $150 per month if I signed up right then. After signing up they gave me a list of tasks they wanted me to complete such as emailing them a bio and all my social media links and such. We also setup an "On-Boarding" call and a 2 week "check in" call. Excited for the service as it was something I had been meaning to do and just hadn't gotten around to I jumped right on completing their requests. I asked for confirmation of receipt, did not receive it, a few days passed and I called to confirm receipt, no answer and they didn't respond to my voice mail, they didn't show up for my onboarding call, they missed my 2 week check in call. I had also called 2 additional times, leaving messages, and send 4 additional emails at this point. I am not almost to the next billing cycle and they still have failed not only to move forward on any of the promised or contracted obligations, but they have failed to return even 1 email or phone call. I have tried multiple email addresses, my original contact, as well as the contacts provided in the contract. No one will respond and no services have been provided.

I purchased services from this company to help increase my presence on social media. They are supposed to call at least once a month to show me what has done well or to make changes across all aspects of social media. They consistently set up appointments and either reschedule or miss them. I had left numerous messages to have changes made since our business moved. They are unresponsive and not helpful.

PR business claimed they would improve our online presence through SEO. They claimed how they could assist with reviews of my company and help with Google rankings. I paid thousands of dollars to them with absolutely no improvement. I spoke with a representative in October and told them how disappointed I was with their service and wanted to discontinue. They still continue to bill me monthly and then add the one-year term of our agreement they have billed my credit card for another year of doing absolutely nothing. I would like other companies to see their deceitful tactics and my credit card charges reimbursed.

I requested cancellation and refund of service due to no service being provided as promised by PR Business during the months of December and January 2022. Charges were $150 on December 27, and again on January 27, 2022, to help increase SEO and visibility of our business website. PR Business (Public Relations) failed to provide service and would no longer accept or respond to repeated calls and emails.

I also paid $1747.00 on August 31, to create and manage the website for a business located at a specific address. The website was not started until December and was inaccurate and incomplete and remains so to this day. PR Business quit answering my calls and emails and failed to provide website management as promised. My website remains neglected with false and outdated information as PR Business will not answer or return my calls or emails or provide service. PR Business promised to provide upkeep to my website but has neglected to follow through. I have repeatedly requested services either be provided as promised or be cancelled and refunded, but PR Business is ignoring all requests and still not providing service as promised.

I reached out to a PR business to establish an online maps presence for two of my locations for my paint and wallcovering enterprise. One location is operational, but the other has yet to go live, despite three months passing. Additionally, I paid $300 for the creation of a business logo, as recommended by their technical expert. This transaction occurred on January 4, 2022, and to date, $1835.00 has been billed to and paid by my bank. Unfortunately, while the website for the first location is active, the second location in Myrtle Beach is still not online, and I have not even received a draft of the logo for my approval.

I have shown considerable patience, adhering to the six-week timeline they requested to complete these tasks. However, despite my repeated calls and their assurances during scheduled appointments that the issues would be addressed, there has been no progress on the Myrtle Beach website or the logo. Time continues to pass, and yet they persist in billing me for services that have not been fulfilled as promised. My requests for a supervisor to contact me have gone unanswered, leaving me with no other recourse but to seek assistance from Complaintsboard.com, an organization I am proud to be a part of and which supports individuals when businesses fail to deliver on their obligations.

PR.Business I want to cancel all contracts with your company and be refunded

I want to cancel all contracts with your company and be refunded. I signed up to Pr Business in July and they form a contract with me on July 7. They said that their contract would have my company, *** listed on internet sites and voice commands. They told me that they would take care of everything as long as I paid, setup fee $199 and $149 per month for 12 months. I additionally signed up for their Facebook program, which had a setup fee for $99 and $99 per month. I cancel their Facebook program two weeks later after that contract before they begin and Pr Business promised a refunded of $99. Additionally, I found from a third party months, which I told the Pr Business Billing Department later that Pr Business had entered wrong information on those internet sites, missing information on voice commands and inaccurate information. I even looked up some of the websites and they kept telling me each meeting that they were professional and taken care of everything. Pr Business Billing Department could not answer my question which was do I have to remind their business to fix everything. I was appalled and distraught over their treatment because they have dealt unprofessional and trick me in the contract. Now they want to add a third party, which I never heard of in the discussion, they want to keep the bad information up there, and they want to resort to a collection agency . I want to cancel all contracts with your company and be refunded the rest of $218.85 because a third party showed missing information on voice commands and sites. I looked up the sites Pr Business use for marketing and found some with inaccurate information. Sent with ProtonMail Secure Email. ‐ Original M

Public reputation has billed me since July 27th and billing me $400.00 per month without providing any service in return. Public reputation has billed me since July 27th for SEO marketing for my website and billing me $400.00 per month without providing any service I noticed that there has been low results to my website handled by public reputation I thought that it was due to the corona virus. But after inquiring about it several times i found out only a few weeks ago that public reputation couldnt access my website for over 4 months and only made me aware of that within the last 3 weeks, I paid over 4 months without anyone fro PR notifying me that they could not access my account to service it Pr locked me into a 2 year contract. I have been very unhappy with their service even when they could access my website. Every month that I would have an appointment with them there was a new and different employee meeting with me and unfamiliar with my account. I have emailed management for over 3 weeks, they keep calling to set up my appointment but without them resolving access to my website so they can provide service the appointment is useless. Management will not address my paying $1600.00 total over the last 4 months without receiving service

I decided I did not want to receive the service and called immediately to cancel. I never received services from this company. I tried to cancel a contract with this company to receive a refund before I ever received services. They claim that I can not receive a refund because I signed for a year and will not refund me $1590.00, which I have received no services for. I called many, many times and I am told someone will get back to me, but no one ever has since August 31. I am seeking a refund.

PR.Business 11- 21 I added 2 new products to my existing account

11- 21 I added 2 new products to my existing account. I have a running total/line of credit of $8500.00. 11- 21 I added 2 new products to my existing account. I have a running total/line of credit of $8500.00. I was told there was a 360.00 set fee for the 2 new services. I was NEVER told that the $360.00 would be charged to my card on Business Debit Card on file. IF so I would of given them a different credit card. That account I keep bare min of funds in there. I was hit with 2 NSF charges of fees I knew were coming due. 11/22 ODP Paid NSF Fee -$28.00 11/22 ODP Paid NSF Fee -$28.00 11/25 ODP Paid NSF Fee -$28.00 $84.00 in total. After trying to speak to people the days after that I texted and finally got a call back. After explaining to the rep what occurred she put me on hold 3x and then I was hung up on. I called back and got Customer Service. You can not get to billing directly I asked for direct number. You have to go thru customer service. I got a rep again explained everything again only to be hung up on because they did not know how to explain the billing problem. Their answer was to hang up and I would have to get a new person. I got hung up on 3x. Finally got to *** very nasty and unprofessional rep. Once she explained she could not do anything I asked to speak to her Manager. She got very short and nastier. I told her IF I was told I needed to pay the $360.00 upfront vs using the credit card on file. I would explained NO let me give you another credit card and NON of this would of happened. At this point all I am asking for is the 3 NSF charges refunded. They can put a credit on my account reducing my balance owned I would be ok with that. I am a New client and want to do business with them but this is leaving a bad taste in my mouth as to their customer service.

A scam. I was told that it was a 1 year deal for $98 a month to build my business. They did absolutely nothing and claim I still owe them $2000. I signed up in August for what I believed was a 1 year program at $98 a month to help build my internet business. I signed 2 agreements, but I thought one of them was just a credit check. I am attaching the agreements. After 6 months I wanted to cancel but was told that was not possible. Now, after 1 year, I still get payment requests with late charges. This is a total rip off and a scam. I was told that it was a 1 year deal for $98 a month to build my business. They did absolutely nothing and claimed after a year that I still owed them $2000 and they threatened my with turning it over to collection to ruin my credit score. I just paid them $1550 to get out of this.

I called regarding another service, and was talked into joining this service to bring customers to my website. I have received no calls or business. I have received no calls or business from my website through PR business, so I want to cancel my service from PR Business. The cancellation fee is about 90% of the total owed, which is absurd. I just want to cancel, and have paid from April to October.

PR.Business I joined to expand my business on voice platforms like Alexa, Google Home, etc.

I joined to expand my business on voice platforms like Alexa, Google Home, etc. After over two months of effort, I was unable to find my business listed. Pr.business led me to believe my business would be featured on all major voice platforms, but I couldn't find it on any. Attempts to contact them resulted in no response or voicemail, and we played phone tag until I managed to speak to someone during my lunch break. They were only responsive when they needed something, not when I did. After my first call, I was ready to quit; they kept pushing more services to take more money. The first monthly meeting confirmed my decision to leave. I don't need reminders to increase social media likes or to open new accounts; I manage that myself. I just wanted my business on voice platforms, which never happened. I didn't need Bing or Yelp; I had Google covered. I was seeking the vocal aspect. There's a contract with an early termination fee, but given their failure to deliver, I dispute it. They don't honor their promises. They could be legally challenged. The pandemic, from March to September, hit my earnings, and their lack of advertising didn't help. I paid for a service I never received. I'm requesting a full refund due to their failure to fulfill obligations, poor communication, and because I believe the company is a failure. Thank you.

PR.Business Internet Scam fraudulent misrepresentations of services

Internet Scam fraudulent misrepresentations of services. Illegal charges and billing I received an unsolicited call by *** in the fall of 2019 who stated he was with PR.business. He stated he could get my business on Amazon Alexa for $69. I agreed to that. He went on to say he could get my business listed on every search engine on the internet. He said I could cancel at any time if I didn't like the results. I paid $299 down for the setup fee. The next thing I know is I've been setup with Omega RMS and $2100 has been applied to my account. I wrote PR.Business in Nov 2019 and told them I needed to cancel bc I had found out I needed several surgeries and the outcome was uncertain. I also told this to a representative of Onega RMS Nothing was done and I kept being harassed by incessant phone calls. I got suspicious and stated researching PR.Business and saw hundreds of complaints and accusations of Scam and Fraud. It was then that I realized I had been scammed also. I emailed *** about this and said in the email that if my account wasn't closed and the harassing stopped I was going to contact the Attorney General in Florida. I got an immediate phone call from a woman who identified herself as ***. I told her that if they would close my account and could prove they had done work I wouldn't request a refund and wouldn't contact the AG in FL. She agreed to close my account She sent me some printouts of ostensible results of adding my business to search engines. I assumed the matter was closed. In February I got a letter from a collection agency stating they were going to list my name as a collection If I didn't pay the $2100. It showed up on my credit report today. However since I got the collection letter I've done more research on PR.Business they are internet scam artist. An IT friend of mine looked over the Search engine data Ms *** sent and told me it was garbage that anyone could make up. Additionally I have an email from a real Alexa rep which states that NO COMPANY is an authorized agency for them. I can't attach it now but I have it if a copy is requested. This is a scam and I want the total $368 refunded to me and my credit file cleaned up.

PR.Business They schedule calls to me to discuss the work they are doing for me but then never call or let me know they aren't going to make the call

They schedule calls to me to discuss the work they are doing for me but then never call or let me know they aren't going to make the call. When I hired pr.business to improve my google presence and to provide an *** presence, one of the reasons was because they told me they would make once a month calls to discuss their progress and to talk about what else could be done. After a few months, I got transferred to a different representative who did not call me in a timely manner, After that they kept switching representatives on me who could did call when they said they would or called the wrong number and then didn't even pay attention to the emergency number on the answering machine and try to call that number. I think I've had one call in the past 6 months. After numerous calls to the company to try to resolve this, they finally assigned me to "***" who was supposed to call me on March 5. I did not receive a call but I received a request to rate my call and was scheduled to talk with *** again in April 1, at a time I cannot take a call. I spoke with a woman in finance and told her I needed compensation for my time. She agreed to one month of services at not cost. Then on Monday I got a collection call because my account was due last Friday. I got rescheduled to talk with *** today and AGAIN I got no call nor any notification that the call would be delayed or wouldn't be made. When I spoke with someone at the company, first they told me that it was because they are transferring to a "work at home" situation due to Corona virus. I asked them if they has heard of the internet and that through the internet, work computers could be accessed. They didn't see the humor in my comment. Then I was told the calls were a courtesy, to which I responded that it was also a courtesy to call or send someone a message when you couldn't make an appointment. I asked that they send a copy of my agreement and they sent a copy of the financial agreement not an agreement as to the services they were to provide. I called them back and after a discussion with the woman who answered the phone who said there was not service agreement but they would email me a description of the services they agreed to. When I asked that it be truthful, she hung up on me.

PR.Business PR. BUSINESS, a fraudulent company sold me a "Scam Package of Digital Marketing Services" to optimize my website with Google and other search

PR. BUSINESS, a fraudulent company sold me a "Scam Package of Digital Marketing Services" to optimize my website with Google and other search engines that would guarantee front spot ranking via the following services. I. AMAZON ECHO ALEXA SERVICE AND DIRECTORIES MAINTENANCE & SEO PR. BUSINESS informed us that they were Representative of Amazon Echo Alexa. Network, and that if anyone with an Alexa were to ask for cosmetics in our area, Alexa would offer them the name of only our company. No such service exists! Amazon denies that this service is even possible. They also claimed to be well established with website directories and offered to get Marvellissima's website on their front page spot on Google. I later learned that Google penalizes companies for using web directories for link building and that directories do not help with SEO rankings. This sales pitch promised to mentor me once a month with a monitor-advisor through telephone conversation while I was on the computer and unfortunately I acquiesced to this scam. The cost for this service included an amazon Alexa fee of $49.00, a set up fee of $169.00 and a monthly installment of $128.00 for 12 months with an initiation date of 12/26. Since signing the contract with PR. Business on 12/26 I have had only two telephone appointment with the so-called mentor advisor and one was deemed to lure me into a further scam trap. II. SOCIAL HARD START & DIRECTORIES MAINTENANCE & SEO During the course of the second and last telephone mentoring session, the mentor-ad-visor pressurized me into opting for a SOCIAL HARD START program combined with DIRECTORIES MAINTENANCE SEO. When I expressed interest in their offer, they then persuaded me to try an amplified version at a higher monthly cost cost of $315.00 for 12 months, this new agreement was electronically signed on 3/5. PR. Business sent me a generic Newsletter promising the following programs as part of the Social Hard Start & Directories Maintenance & SEO: Continued once a month telephone mentoring m Advanced Monthly Reporting Competition Breakdown & analysis a Creation Cover Photo Trend Analysis Brand Guide Quarterly Audit/Optimization Google My business Face Book Posting and Instagram Posting. My so-called mentor/advisor did not call even once to fulfill any of these lofty commitments and my attempts to contact this company have been thwarted by several phone numbers that don't work.

PR.Business Shady selling practices

Shady selling practices. Took advantage of senior citizen who did not understand and can't afford it. This company is a total scam. Although I am not a client, my mother is. Unfortunately, she did not talk to any family members before getting *** into their scheme. She is 75 years old, and although she is sharp as a tack in most things, she is not when it comes to technology and building her business on the internet. She has been taken advantage of to the highest degree. They start by cold calling to people offering them the opportunity to get their business listed by ***. After several people contacting her from this business, she was talked into spending money on many other items, including them building her a website. She does not need a website. She has a small jewelry making business (her items are wonderful!) and mostly does shows. To date, within a span of 4-6 weeks she has spent almost $600 on their product and there is nothing to show for it. She is on social security and sells her jewelry. She does not need any other costs in her life. She absolutely cannot afford this expense. Unfortunately, she signed a one-year contract with them. She did not know any better. She cannot afford the expense. Her contract calls for her to spend an extra $255 per month. Their selling skills are atrocious. It is obvious that their main priority is upselling to innocent individuals who have no clue what they are talking about. They do all the talking and do not allow you to get a word in edgewise. In viewing comments online made by some of their employees, you see things like this; "Awful place to work only cares about your numbers this week terrible customer service all about up sell and sticking it to the customer even more", "they send in their sales team again to try and sell you more services", "Crooks - they sell people products and they don't deliver", "Shady sales techniques", "Shady client acquisition, half-truths, disorganized, subpar product offering", "It's all about numbers and that department is just to keep clients paying no matter what". Guess you have the picture by now. My mother is currently trying to get out of her contract. We have filed complaints with the Florida Attorney General, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission. If she does not get out of the contract soon, I am a legal aide and will take it from there. Just really wanted to warn everyone about pr.business. Buyer beware!

PR.Business Contracted terms have not been fulfilled and keep getting passed around with no resolution

Contracted terms have not been fulfilled and keep getting passed around with no resolution. They have still been taking payments for services. Fast speaking / high-pressure sales company that doesn't provide their contracted service. Almost 4 months ago I was contacted by *** in regards to getting my business listed and ranking on voice platforms such as ***/*** voice search, this charged was at $139.99/per mo. and initial charge of $318.00. Then she went for an up-sell of a full package intended to correct, connect and create continuity of all web presence as to allow for higher ranking, this was originally offered to me at $699 and then reduced as a "special" to $499 / no activation fee and $168/per mo. if I signed up right then. After signing up she listed items I needed to complete such as emailing them a bio and all my social media links and such. She was to email me with everything, never did. We scheduled the "On-Boarding" call and a 2 week "check in" call. Just starting out my business, I was eager for the service so I started getting the tasks I wrote down completed, but was waiting on the email to finish the rest - never received. The next day, I emailed *** - no response; a few days passed I called to speak to someone, no answer / no response to my voice mail or email. 1 week later I get the on-boarding call, explained to the person I was still waiting on the email, they said they would email and we scheduled another call time - NEVER received this email either. 3 weeks went by and no contact from Pr. Business,in this time, I had sent 4 other emails and called 8 more times to only get disconnected and no voice mail available. Mind you they are still drafting payments but I have nothing to show for what I am paying for. I am now 3 months into the contract, I am nowhere closer to having the items contracted for, no one is fixing the mistakes, I am being passed around like a new toy, and no one is replying as they should be. My landing page is still not correct, it took 2 months for them to get the My Google page up and running when I was told it would be in less than 4 weeks & they still will not provide my access permissions that I have paid for. I now have 5 different phone #'s for the company and only 1 actually connects to the call center. No one responds except 1 "apparent" manager Alexei *** who did call when scheduled but again was not able to completely help get any resolution except to 1 small portion of a larger problem that is part of the contract. No services have been provided as contracted.

PR.Business agreed over phone past march a voice command set up service add *** offered in Face book as that but never worked and a web page not yet

agreed over phone past march a voice command set up service add *** offered in Face book as that but never worked and a web page not yet published as agreed over phone ( they never sent the contract in any way) a set up service for a voice command activation with amazon *** and *** this verbal agreement was in late March after a number of conversations over phone they activated my services in *** My business name is *** delivery services, I clearly exposed them my interest in being exposed with *** voice command service which it was in Face book portal attraction, we agreed on that. In the same conversation they offered to create a web page for my business and running it online, for this service package would be $108.96 deductible montly ( see bank statement on file ) in few phone conversations I explained them ( always a different rep ) services I provide ( I sent a list of them and my logo ) But the agreement on this was that they would create a web page suitable to my business, after weeks waiting for this service they sent me a generic page in a foreign language with my logo attached there and my services there, but that page was not created as agreed they took it from somewhere and just added my info. by then 3 months had lapsed, Each time I called I had to wait weeks for a response ( always a different rep, I never had an official rep to take care of this) by July I called them several times to seek for results, sometimes I was lucky to set appoiments (we had few improvements in google set up but never with *** which was my main interest. In August I made several attemps to locate who was in charge of my project without result, last week I called again..a lady answer I explained her all my frustruation on this and my feelings about that NOBODY in that co. cares about it. It's been over 5 months without agreed results. But they have withdrawal the feed agreed from my checking account. So I expressed her my desire of canceling that agreeement, she apealed with somebody there and told me that I was in contract therefore I have to comply to the end of it.She mentioned me the calls to me over these months ( irrelevant ) I explained her ( ***, customer service ) all the story...and mentioned her that I took that agreemnt in good faith, but clearly to me it looks like a fraud, because they offfered services with voice command with *** but have not comply with it on top the web page has not been posted online, but they keep withdrawing from my checking account, from there she apealed back with somebody and returned trying to offer a deal but sudenly I was hang out ...this happened last week, since then I have called them ( different numbers and leaving messages without any responses yet) Up to now Sep 16, they have not sent Business name PR.Business address 4910 Comunication Ave. Ste 200 Boca Raton. PR.Business Began contract Feb

Began contract Feb. Sew Fun closed 3/14 and will not reopen, due to COVID. After numerous calls, t heir answer is a buyout. I don't have the income now I began new contract with PR. Business in Feb. At that time, I had 85 students (mostly children) and I had income to afford the monthly payments. My studio closed on 3/14 when *** schools closed. Because only essential businesses could stay open and the *** stay home order, I began teaching virtual sewing classes to as many students that I could. In April and May, I was only able to teach virtual classes to 35 students, 40% of the students that I had prior to COVID. Also, because classes were virtual, I only taught 2 students in each class. In the studio, I would have 8 students with 2 teachers per class. So, although I worked more hours teaching virtually, I received less income. The income received from 35 students only paid the rent and the electric bill. With this small amount of income, I called all the businesses that I pay monthly, to get assistance. Pr. Business allowed me to defer the April payment. On 5/11 when I saw that the PR. Business payment was going to post, I called to ask about getting out of the contract since I knew that I would not be having summer camps and would have to close my studio. After leaving 6 messages, I finally talked to *** on 5/20. I explained that my business has been closed and that I need to cancel the contract. *** advised that I couldn't and that if my payments were not made in 90 days, it would be sent to a collection agency. Because my business is closing due to no fault of my own, but because of COVID, I asked to speak to someone else. *** referred me to their corporate office on 5/20. *** from corporate called on 5/20, but had to leave a message because I was teaching a class. On 5/21. I returned her call and explained the situation again. She told me that she had a meeting and needed to talk with someone else, but she'd call back the next day, 5/22. *** did not call back on 5/22. Instead, I got an email on 5/25 with the buyout option and no other explanation. In reading the letter, it sounds I didn't know that I had a contract. I already knew that and my reason for contacting them was to cancel the contract. When my business was open and at full capacity, making a payment of $167.93 was not a problem. Now, after operating for 2 months with 40% of students/income and not being able to open at full capacity during the summer, I made the decision to close my business. Sure, I could have waited it out, but that would just create a hole that would be impossible to get out of. And, that would be irresponsible. So, I called again on 5/25, 5/26 and 5/28. On 5/28, when I received my regular monthly call, I told them that I was going out of business and that I'd been trying to get that resolved since 5/11. The rep tried to transfer me to billing, but no one was available. She said they would return my call. They did not. Today, 5/29, I called again. I talked with *** and she said that the email I received about the buyout was my only option. I let her know that their buyout offer was absurd. How can I pay them $1680.14, if I don't have the money to make the monthly payments of $167.93? I also let her know that I would file a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com.

PR.Business This business is taking money monthly and not doing anything that I request during our monthly phone calls

This business is taking money monthly and not doing anything that I request during our monthly phone calls. Management has been of no help. I signed on with PR Business on May 5 in an effort to get my business on the smart assistants like ***, etc. Due to Covid-19, my business' income had dropped drastically and I was very worried. On my very first monthly call with their DMM (Data Marketing Manager?), I was upsold to their Directory Listing service. I was told I would be meeting monthly with my DMM, and we would work together on my listing. I was told to have 5-10 zip codes I would like to appear, as much media as I could gather, and website and social links to connect. The first month, I was rushed through a 15 minute call basically showing me all the things that were wrong with my website, giving me a fake review (she started each call by adding a "5 star" review from their platform), trying to upsell me on other services, and when I refused - quickly jumped to setting up our next meeting. There was no mention of the zip codes, and all the linking to other social sites I'm fully capable of doing myself. I emailed to complain about the first call because of how poorly it went. The second month, the same thing happened (with the same person), even after I had complained. She never mentioned that I had complained. The PR.Business platform showed I had 0 google reviews (we have 300), and 0 yelp reviews (we have 140). I pointed that out, and she said everything was right on their end, so she wasn't sure what was wrong. The next month, same thing. Each month I pointed out errors in my listing, and nothing was ever fixed. I emailed August 11th asking to cancel my directories listing. I was told I was under contract until May. But I don't think it's fair to keep a business owner under contract when that business is not doing the work they promise to do. Finally, a manager spoke to me on the phone a few days later ***), who apologized profusely. She said she definitely didn't want to lose me as a customer, but had no idea how to fix the issues I was having. But she promised to set me up with their best attendant, *** ("who will set everything straight"). I spoke with *** by phone, and explained everything that was wrong. She meticulously took notes, repeating all the issues with my account, and promised that the issues would be escalated to their tech support team. I asked if she could be my DMM, and she said of course! She even scheduled the next call two weeks later (instead of 4 weeks) to make sure everything was fixed. Two weeks later, I was called by someone completely different who knew nothing about my case. Nor did he have any record of the problems I had been having. After doing some research, he said, "Yeah, it looks like your issues have been sent up to Tech Support." It has now been 5 weeks since speaking with Tatyana. Again, not a single issue has been resolved. I have been a small business owner for 25 years now, and I understand that mistakes happen, but it is clear from my experience with PR Business that they are in the business of billing small businesses, earning passive income, and doing little to no work. They are clearly trying to take advantage of non-tech savvy people who just don't know any better.

PR.Business I contacted PR Business to ask about stopping the program because I could not afford the monthly payments

I contacted PR Business to ask about stopping the program because I could not afford the monthly payments. My complaint started when I requested to stop payments as I could not afford the fee and I explained to PR Business rep that this was due to my starting a new business during the Covid pandemic but not having the funds for this type of service. I also explained that the service was limited as I was only speaking to one person for 30 to 45 minutes one time per month. My complaint also includes that nothing was taking place that was promised to me at the beginning of this service at which time I paid a start fee of 300.00 on 7/08. This amount was not financed but the next 2 payments of 149.94 on 8/08/2030 & 9/08 were set up on a credit line which I was not informed of in the first sales call. In Sep I called to ask to be removed from the program as I could not afford this fee on a monthly basis. because my businesses had been significantly affected by COVID-19 and I did not realize that this amount would be very difficult to maintain on a monthly basis. The representative indicated that because I was on a credit line set up that I could not cancel unless I paid in full the balance due which was $1200. My concern is that I did not realize that I was agreeing to a third party arrangement line of credit made between PR Business & Universal Acct Servicing. During this conversation I did state that I did not feel that PR Business was not providing services equal in value to 149.94/month fee. The representative agree to reduce my cost to 119.00 per month but could not lower it any further. I had to agree because I could not afford to pay out the balance.I further realized as I had several weeks that I could not access my website for potential clients b/c this service was not not what it's meant to be. Each call with the rep takes a month to speak to someone and one time the only thing the person could do was look up a phone number to verify that the business still had my work information and that was not my fault therefore I did not get anything out of that phone call until two weeks later when it was rescheduled and still so limited. The representative said that we do the majority of the work as a customer they just guide us along. The same information has been given during each phone call and I am concerned because even though I am told I am the administrator of the Google business website that they are assisting me with, there is another person who has "ownership" of the website. I have received minimal value from this service and I believe a refund is a reasonable request. I no longer want to be committed to the balance that was created through a third-party credit. I most honestly believe I was swayed into the whole program since at the beginning, the representative said it was going to be a Voice Command Marketing program to help my business be found on Voice Command. I believe the average person will feel like I did that it was going to help me achieve those goals but then realize that the process is very slow and it takes a lot of time to get up into the Google ladder for your business to reach enough viewers, etc. I didn't realize that other business people do the same and are not having to have a service like this one which charges a significant amount of upfront money (through a third party creditor) to create a credit account for minimal value in what they define as helping businesses with this very limited and costly program. I believe it is not honest & I request that the contract be voided & I be taken off the credit line & have the account closed & no penalty to my credit history. Thank you

PR.Business I feel Pr

I feel Pr.business has failed to perform things they said they would do. I asked them to release me from my contract. I believe it should be voided. When PR.business initially contacted me they told me I could cancel at any time if I became a client. I don't really know much about computers or the internet except that it is an important piece of life today and can be a very useful tool to reach customers. They wanted to schedule a meeting so I asked my husband to sit in because he has better understanding of computers than I do. He agreed so I scheduled a meeting. In that meeting they talked about managing my businesses (My Hands Your Skin, ***) online presence. They claimed they were an Amazon partner and could manage my web presence across all platforms and get me listed in searches performed on Alexa, Google Voice and Siri to drive customers to my business. *** said he was trying to learn how to do this but he did not know how long it would take him to get good at it. I was eager to get started and get busy so he agreed to help me out by subscribing to their service. Our payment was $129.00 on the 22nd of October. A while after having the meeting, we did a search on Google Chrome and a Google My Business site popped up in the side bar of our search window for My Hands Your Skin. We were kind of excited. We felt like we were on our way. We figured we had to spend some money to make money. And, we were happy to have someone manage this part of our journey for us. We had a couple meetings with digital marketing team members in the following months and in December we got a call and meeting request for their new Review Generator. They talked about how companies with reviews got more business and they specifically talked about Yelp reviews and how much they could increase conversion rates (customers who view the site and call or make a purchase). We raised the concern that we had not had one phone call generated from our "web presence" to help us pay for additional services. And, we were assured this would help to get our business going. They said we could pay $99.00 in December, skip a month and start again in February. They gave us a QR code and we started sending it to former clients in other states. And, we kept getting reports that they could not find us online. We reported this concern to PR.business and asked for guidance and even a direct link we could text to people. We even had reports that the QR code did not get people to a place where they could leave a review. We started doing some searches from other people's computers and discovered that we could not find our site from someone else's computer. We reported this concern. We were not happy. Up to this point every conversation we had with pr.business was with a different person. We got a call from *** and he said he would be our point of contact and he asked us to do some homework. We actually e-mailed him a question right after getting off the phone with him and still have gotten no response. About a week later we sent him a business address and some photos that he had requested. A couple weeks later on February 13th we looked to see if our location address had been updated and it had not. We got into our account for the GMB (Google My Business) site and updated the address. Then we did a search for our business on Yelp. Yelp could not find our business and asked us if we wanted to create a profile. We did of course. We were very disappointed and felt used and taken advantage of that this business that promised to manage our presence across all platforms had not even made a Yelp account in 3 1/2 months. On February 13th My Hands Your Skin could not be found on Yahoo, Bing or Siri searches. On February 14th we called to sever business ties with pr.business and they told me I signed a contract and could buy my way out.
