This company is a joke, DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU CAN HELP IT. I have one of those contracts with Carshield and they were the first company Carshield called when I needed one in late April, near Lawrenceville, NJ. I waited 4 hours for them to show up, but they never did! New Jersey has a rep for shyster tow companies, buy a roadside plan that covers you with top coverage and dependable providers.
