Premier Consulting & Construction Inc review: Took the money, did not finish the job

On 5/2/23 Christopher Terry of Premier Consulting & Construction Inc was contracted to renovate my mother-in-law's bathroom. The contract specified that that work would be done by 5/23/23. It is now November 2nd. The contract specified that Mr Terry would supply materials, obtain permits and get inspections. After collecting thousands of dollars, Mr Terry dropped all communication without completing work. Mr Terry did not pull permits as per the contract, he did not perform the work up to code and Mr Terry did not provide materials but instead my mother-in-law was coerced into buying all of the materials adding significantly more to the project than was quoted. Many of the materials were then ruined/damaged by unprofessional installation. During this project Mr Terry's contracting license with the city of Denver was expired. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your next project. Be sure also to Google Christopher Terry in Hawaii before doing business.
