Presidential Pools review: The tile in front of my jacuzzi failed after 2 years. 3/4 ths of them fell into the pool.

We bought a House that has a pool that is only 2 years old.
We did not expect to have tiles fall off the face of the jacuzzi.
We called the owner and he is not even willing to look at it unless
we pay $100. for him to come out.
Obviously they have no pride in their workmanship.
Customer service in not high on their list, neither is Satisfaction or reputation.
The only thing they care about is Money$.
