We bought a House that has a pool that is only 2 years old. We did not expect to have tiles fall off the face of the jacuzzi. We called the owner and he is not even willing to look at it unless we pay $100. for him to come out. Obviously they have no pride in their workmanship. Customer service in not high on their list, neither is Satisfaction or reputation. The only thing they care about is Money$.

Presidential Pools Awful service

Things started out okay. Presidential Pools’ record was clean. However, once I signed all the dotted lines, the trouble began. I had stated up front that I wanted white Pebbletech. When I began selecting tile colors and all, I was politely informed that they didn’t sell white Pebbletech and I didn’t like the dark colors they had, so I went with plaster.

I was told it would take three days to excavate. It took two weeks. They actually left the digging machines in my back yard for a week! The plumbing installation went okay, I thought. I took lots of pictures, thank goodness. After another six weeks, they left a notice on my front door that my pool was ‘swim ready.’ Not hardly. There were so many unfinished things, I printed the pictures of the unfinished work and mailed them to the owner. No follow up calls by anyone at Presidential Pools. I had to call them!

It is important to understand that, during the building phase, as well as during the ‘warranty’ phase, the only phone calls I received was to inform me that another payment was due. When I called to ask about what would happen next and when, my phone calls were returned less than 10% of the time. I had to call repeatedly.

After I started to use the pool, I saw that the swim jets didn’t work properly. It’s been two months now and they’re still not fixed. The service manger tells me they may have to drain my pool and dig up my newly landscaped yard again. Do NOT use Presidential Pools!

We are going throught these exact same problems with Presidential right now. The only time they call is when they want money, they have done the bait and switch by using cheaper labor, they use sub-contractors when we were told they don't use sub-contractors, no one returns your phone calls, they had to dig up our pavers 3 times because of work that was unfinished...the list goes on and on.
