Princess Auto Mccowan location scammer

I don't know is only this location or is all of their stores, every time I shop here l ended up paying more than I should cause of the price tag of the item is always cheaper than the cashier register,so I will always pay more than I should and sometimes by a lot. I caught them a few times but most of the time they scammed me so badly cause most of the times I was in a hurry and I didn't expect it happen so often! I am very very mad about this garbage place!

Phone person extremely rude, hides behind a phone, no way this airhead would do this in person, I just wanted to purchase a cart and could not believe how rude this pathetic excuse for a human being was, contacted princess auto however they chose to do nothing about it, as a matter of fact, princess auto is so cowardly that although they said they got my email and would get back, but no, they did not, cowards

Princess Auto Unreliable online shopping experience: my frustrating experience with princess auto

So, I did a bit of online shopping at Princess Auto and submitted an order. I got a confirmation message that my order went through, but I never got an email about it. So, I called up their Customer Service to ask what was up with that. The agent who helped me out was pretty friendly and chatty, but they told me that my order wasn't even in their system. Uh, what?

Anyway, this agent processed my order for me and gave me a confirmation number. But guess what? Yep, still no email confirmation about my order. So, what's the deal here? Their online process seems pretty glitchy and unreliable to me.

I gotta say, this whole experience wasn't great and I'm not sure I'll be shopping with Princess Auto again. It's a shame, because I was looking forward to checking out their stuff. But if this is the kind of service they're offering to online customers, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Princess Auto Cool Tools at Decent Prices, but Tracking Can Be Frustrating: A Review of Princess Auto

Princess Auto is one of those online stores where you gotta be pretty patient to get your stuff. Sometimes they tell you it's gonna take up to 3 weeks to ship your order, while other stores get it done in just a few days. But hey, if you got the time to wait, Princess Auto's got some pretty cool stuff.

One thing that's kinda annoying though is that they don't always give you a tracking number. Like, if you go to the store directly to ask, they just give you some phone number you can never get ahold of to check on your stuff. And even if you get an email saying you can track your order, they don't actually give you the tracking number, which is kinda dumb in my opinion. And if you try to email them about it, they never answer, no matter how many times you try.

But other than that, I gotta say, Princess Auto's got a cool selection of tools and stuff at pretty decent prices. If you're not in a rush and can handle a little frustration, it's worth checking out. Just don't expect them to be too helpful when it comes to tracking your order.

Princess Auto Beware of Price Errors at Princess Auto - Inconvenience for Shoppers

I gotta tell ya, I been shoppin' at Princess Auto for a while now, but I gotta say their price correction is not what it used to be. A dude can't trust what's on the shelf no more, 'cause sometimes it don't match what's on the price tag. It ain't right, man. Like just the other day, I was checkin' out this Hyundai plug and the tag said 6.99 bucks. So, I went up to the clerk and asked if it was on sale for any cheaper, right? But she looked it up and it turned out to be 9.99! What the heck, man!? I told her that the price was wrong, but she didn't do nothin'. No apology or nothin'. And that ain't the first time, dude. I've come across at least four items with messed up prices.

Listen, I ain't saying don't shop at Princess Auto, but you gotta be careful and check the price before you buy, ya know? It ain't like Costco, where if the price is screwed up, they'll give you a discount and a big ol' sorry. Princess Auto needs to step up their game, man. I gotta say, I don't see no manager lifting a finger to make things right. It's a real shame, 'cause I used to like shoppin' there. But now, I gotta wonder if it's worth the hassle.

Princess Auto Don't Waste Your Money: A Disappointing Experience with Compressor from Princess Auto

I gots myself a Compressor from Princess Auto bout 14 months ago. I was usin' it like 3, maybe 4 times a month, you know, just doin' some work in ma little shop. But one mornin' I comes in and the dang motor was makin' this weird noise, like it done broke or somethin' and it was hot, hotter than the devil's armpit, I tell ya. And I'm thinkin', what good is a compressor if it stops workin' after such a short time? My ol' compressor, that thang lasted me 26 years. But this one here, my grandson had the same issue with his, and his was only 12 months and two weeks old. I gotta say, I wouldn't recommend none of them compressors from Princess Auto, they all garbage. Don't waste your money, y'all.

Princess Auto False Advertisement and Poor Customer Service at Princess Auto

So, recently i tried to buy a product from Princess Auto website. They showed me that the product was available, but after i visited their store, the staff couldn't locate it in their inventory. And then, i had to travel a long distance to another store which was miles away from my place. At last, I found the desired product but unfortunately it was totally different from what was described on their website. The features advertised were not accurate and also some accessories that were supposed to come with it were missing.

When i asked for an explanation from their Customer Service, they simply ignored me and didn't bother to provide me a solution. It seems that false advertisement is intentional on their website, which is very disappointing and frustrating at the same time. Princess Auto must be more responsible and provide the correct details and information about the products they are selling. This kind of bad experience can ruin a customer's overall satisfaction and confidence in their brand.

Princess Auto Disappointing Curbside Pickup Experience at Princess Auto for Trailer Taillights

I just got this trailer taillights set from Princess Auto online store and I was pretty excited to pick it up in-store. They sent me an email the day after with the word that my order was already good to go! So, I headed down to the store and then what happened was pretty frustrating. The parking lot had numbered spaces, maybe to help with curbside pickup? They had told me to park in one of these numbers, and then I had to call them up to tell them I was here. They sent me a text message link to click on so maybe they could track my location (I'm not sure) but there were already at least four or five cars in the lot and nobody was moving anywhere.

I asked around some of the employees, but they didn't seem to have any information about my order at all. I waited and waited and it felt like an eternity before I finally got my package. When I did get the package, it was already 50 minutes since I arrived, which was definitely not a good experience for me.

I really hoped they could improve their curbside pickup service especially in terms of coordinating orders and tracking their customers. It was a mess and inefficient.

Overall, I was disappointed by the disorganized operation of the store on curbside pickup, and while the taillights were fantastic, the store's efforts to get them to me were subpar.

Princess Auto Disappointing Online Order Experience with Princess Auto: Lack of Updates and Customer Service

I've gotta say, Princess Auto really dropped the ball with my recent online order. I placed it way back on April 8, and here we are on April 17 with no updates to speak of. Like, come on guys, it's been over a week! I even tried emailing their customer service, but nobody ever got back to me. I had to call them twice just to get some excuse-ridden responses from some really nice customer service reps who couldn't actually provide any real help.

Now, don't get me wrong, I get that things are pretty bonkers right now what with the whole COVID-19 pandemic going on. But honestly, seven business days and nothing? I've ordered from their competitors before, and they always manage to get my stuff to me within a few days, no problem. But not Princess Auto. Nope, they apparently like to take their sweet time with things.

All in all, I'm not exactly thrilled with Princess Auto's service (or lack thereof). It's frustrating enough to wait so long for an order, but then to not even get any updates or responses from customer service? That's just ridiculous.

Princess Auto Disappointing Experience with Princess Auto: AC Unit Out of Stock and No Communication

So I was really bummed out when I ordered an AC unit from Princess Auto on July 10, 2020. I was super-excited to cool down my room so I checked the site every day to see if there was an update. Unfortunately, the only thing I saw was "Not Shipped". I waited and waited and 17 days later, on July 27, I finally got an email saying that the AC unit wasn't even in stock! Can you believe it?

I had sent them an email through their website on July 22 to ask what was going on, but I never heard back. I even mentioned that I would be happy to switch to another AC unit that they were advertising in their new flyer. But still, no reply. So frustrating!

Then I decided to call their customer service line to see what was up. And finally, after being on hold for what felt like forever, I reached someone who told me that there was nothing they could do. And to make matters worse, they said that they wouldn't even have any more AC units in stock for the rest of the year! *facepalm*

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Princess Auto. I mean, I get that things can be out of stock, but it would have been nice if they had let me know sooner so I could have made other plans. And not getting a response to my email? Come on, Princess Auto! You can do better than that!

Princess Auto Terrible Customer Service Experience with Princess Auto Website: A Review from Calgary

So, we thought it would be a good idea to give a try to this Princess Auto website, who says that they sell all kinds of stuff. We were eager to receive our products, but that didn't go well. We had to wait for more than three weeks without hearing anything from them until they finally cancelled our order. That's frustrating, you know? But the most annoying thing was that they didn't even tell us about it; we found out just by checking our order status on the website.

We couldn't let that go, so we sent them an email with our frustration, and guess what? They didn't even bother to reply. We even called them, and the people who answered the phone didn't seem to know much about what's going on. They couldn't even explain to us why our order was cancelled after four weeks of waiting, while they promised us to get it in five days.

We do not want to deal with PrincessAuto.com ever again. They wasted our time and caused nothing but headaches. Perhaps they should focus on figuring out how to provide better customer service instead of trying to sell more stuff. We'd recommend shopping elsewhere.

By the way, we are from Calgary, Alberta.

Princess Auto Disappointed with Princess Auto's online delivery and shipping practices

I done ordered me some stuff from Princess Auto online, four items total, two of ‘em being just little additions, the other two being the real deal. But when I got my delivery, they only sent those little things and still charged me shipping for the whole dang order! Three gosh-darn days later, I get an email from them saying they messed up and had to cancel one or more of the things on my order. Well, I don’t appreciate that none, but at least they done reimbursed me for the cancelled items. The thing is, them little add-ons plus the shipping fee cost more than if I went down to the local store and bought them myself! So now I reckon I’m gonna return those itty-bitty things and see if I can’t get me a refund on that dang shipping fee too. Ain’t no need to be overcharging hardworking folks.
