Company sent an invoice and report of things they did not perform. They were a half hour late. They did not do the inspection as promised and did not pump anything out of the septic tank. My wife was home the whole time. This company is very lame and they basically lied.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Priority Pumping! Their team pumped our tank, but they also took some extra time to test the drainage field as well as teach maintenance. The technicians and other office staff were professional and polite. Good value --they go above the expectation and have saved me hundreds of dollars in extra costs!

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did a fabulous job with our installation of a new septic tank. All in just 3 weeks. Great group of people, the receptionist with her sunny disposition and excellent customer service. The technician had a wealth of knowledge and patience with my hundred questions. The owner is a sweetheart and gentleman always with a "yes mam" and is always jumping in wherever needed; this crew works like a well-oiled machine, no messing around. I would highly recommend them (already did to my neighbors). Can't say enough nice things about this hardworking crew. I even signed up for their reminder service in the future.

Five stars start to finish! Filled out request online, had response back within the hour and appointment set up (incredibly quickly). Got an email response confirming appointment and follow up reminder. Day of appointment received text that the technician was in route and on time. Popped the lid, pumped the tank, cleaned the filter, paid via credit card, received email confirming payment and job complete. Highly recommend Priority Pumping, they have mastered their business taking care of your business.

The best septic pumping company I've ever worked with. They were able to work me in early after we had our septic system backed up into the house. Very thorough job, dug up and inspected not just pumped from the risers. Diagnosed a failed leech field and are helped with referrals for a new one. These guys keep you in the loop very well, show up right on time, and are very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and then some. They know there crap! Crap systems that is Highly recommended.
