Priority Textbook False Advertising Alert: Priority Textbook sent wrong book with different ISBN!

I gotta say, I'm pretty peeved about Priority Textbook. My son needed a specific edition for his college course, and they advertised that they had it. As a library tech, I know that ISBNs are super important and can't just be swapped out willy-nilly. But what did they do? They sent us a completely different book with a different ISBN! When we contacted them about it, they had the nerve to say that it was "practically identical". Uh, excuse me? Practically identical is NOT the same as identical, and having a different ISBN proves that they're not the same book. It's like they're trying to pull a fast one on us with false advertising or something. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Stick with Amazon or your school bookstore, folks. We definitely learned our lesson the hard way.

Priority Textbook Disappointing Experience with Priority Textbook: Promises Unfulfilled and Poor Customer Service

I was looking for a textbook and stumbled upon Priority Textbook's website. I was excited to see that they had the book I needed, but was a bit concerned when I saw that there were only 7 copies left. I decided to take the plunge and place my order, hoping that I would receive my book in a timely manner.

The website promised a 3-5 day delivery turnaround, so I eagerly awaited my package. However, after a few days had passed, I still hadn't received any updates on my order. I started to get a bit worried and decided to reach out to the company to see what was going on.

Finally, I received a tracking number, but to my dismay, nothing ever got sent. I was confused and frustrated, so I decided to inquire about the holdup. The response I received was less than satisfactory - "No problem. We've cancelled your order, and it will be refunded."

I was taken aback by this response. It seemed like the company didn't care about my needs or my order. I demanded an explanation, and finally, I was told that they only had one copy left and it was damaged. I was disappointed and frustrated that I had to go through all of this trouble just to find out that the book I needed wasn't even available.

Overall, my experience with Priority Textbook was less than ideal. I won't be using their services again, and I would caution others to be wary of their promises and delivery times. It's important to find a company that cares about their customers and their needs, and unfortunately, Priority Textbook fell short in that regard.

Priority Textbook Priority Textbook Review: Beware of Scams and Poor Customer Service

So, I wanted to get my husband an Anatomy book from Priority Textbook. The website said that it would arrive before Thursday, which was perfect because my husband needed it for his class on Friday. When I was buying it, the site said that there were only 6 books left, so I quickly made the purchase. However, I never received any tracking information and the book never arrived. I was really worried and tried to contact customer service, but they never got back to me.

I decided to test the website again and see what the estimated arrival date would be if I were to purchase the book again. To my surprise, the website still said that there were only 6 books left. This made me really suspicious and I started to think that they were trying to scam me for more money.

Now, I keep getting emails from the company asking me to complete my book purchase. I'm really disappointed with Priority Textbook and I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them. It's really important to be careful when buying things online and to make sure that you're not being scammed. Beware of Priority Textbook!

Priority Textbook Priority Textbook Review: Misleading and Dishonest Practices

I recently had a not-so-great experience with Priority Textbook. I ordered a book from their website, but when it arrived, it was not the correct book. The ISBN was wrong and the picture on the website did not match what I received. I was really disappointed and frustrated because I needed the book for a class.

To make matters worse, the book was a used Amazon rental. When I tried to return it, I was told that I would have to pay for shipping to Malaysia. I was really upset because I felt like I was being taken advantage of. They even tried to tell me that international versions of the book were the same as the North American version, which I knew was not true.

I think what Priority Textbook is doing is really dishonest and misleading. They show you the North American version of the book and the correct ISBN, but then they send you the wrong book or an international version. They know that most people won't want to pay for international shipping to return the book, so they get away with it.

My advice to anyone looking for textbooks is to just go to Amazon. You can rent the book you need and if there's a problem, it's really easy to return it. Plus, you know you're getting the correct book. Don't waste your time or money with Priority Textbook.

Priority Textbook Priority Textbook Review: Buyer Beware - Terrible Reviews and Suspicious Transactions

So, I was on the hunt for a textbook that I needed for my class and I stumbled upon Priority Textbook (prioritytextbook.com). I was pretty excited to find it because I had been searching everywhere for this book. However, when I tried to make a purchase, my transaction wouldn't go through. I was so confused and frustrated, I couldn't figure out what was going on.

Just as I was about to give up, my husband called me and told me that our bank had flagged the transaction as suspicious and blocked it. At first, I was annoyed that I couldn't make the purchase, but then I started to wonder why our bank would do that. So, I started searching for reviews of the website and I came across all of these horrible reviews.

I was shocked to see so many negative reviews about Priority Textbook. People were saying that they never received their books, that the customer service was terrible, and that the prices were too high. I was honestly relieved that my bank had blocked the transaction because I didn't want to risk losing my money or not receiving my book.

Even though I didn't actually make a purchase from Priority Textbook, I still wanted to leave a review because I thought it might be helpful to others. If my bank is telling me to stay away from this website, then I'm going to listen. I can't speak to their customer service or anything else, but based on the reviews I read, I wouldn't recommend using Priority Textbook.

Overall, I'm glad that I didn't end up making a purchase from Priority Textbook. It's always important to do your research before making a purchase online, especially from a website that you're not familiar with. I hope that this review helps someone else avoid a potentially bad experience.

Priority Textbook Disappointing Experience with Priority Textbook: Late Delivery, Wrong Edition, and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Priority Textbook for a book that I needed for a 5-week course. I was in a hurry to get it, so I decided to pay for expedited shipping. They promised me that the book would be delivered in 2-4 days, but unfortunately, that did not happen. I was very disappointed when I received the book 1.5 weeks after I had placed the order.

I tried to contact their customer service, but they were not helpful at all. They kept telling me that they were "waiting for Fedex to reply to them". I did not receive any compensation for the shipping, and to make matters worse, I received the wrong edition of the book.

I was very upset with Priority Textbook, especially when I found out that they buy their textbooks from textbookrush.com. It was really clever of them to put their invoice in my order, but I paid $63 for the book, and they only paid $36. I feel like I was ripped off, and I would advise anyone to stay away from Priority Textbook.

To add insult to injury, I found out that I had to pay in order to return the book. This was very frustrating, and it made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Overall, my experience with Priority Textbook was very disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Priority Textbook Mixed Experience with Priority Textbook: Great Price, Wrong Book, and Frustrating Return Process

I recently made a purchase from Priority Textbook and I was pleasantly surprised by the price of the book I was looking for. It was listed at $68, which was a steal compared to the regular price of $245. I quickly submitted my order and received an invoice with the ISBN of the book I was ordering. The book arrived within a week, which was great.

However, when I opened the package, I realized that the book I received was not the one I ordered. It was an international edition with a different ISBN, cover, and page numbering. This caused a bit of a headache for me in the first week, as I tried to figure out what to do with the book.

I decided to try and return the book, but the return address was in Malaysia. This meant that I would have to pay $95 in shipping costs to return the book. I contacted Priority Textbook again and they gave me a new address to send the book to in Texas. However, I didn't send it out right away and I received an angry email from the company reminding me to ship it out.

After some back and forth, I found out that the company wanted me to send the book to another customer. I found this to be a bit odd, but I eventually sent the book back and received a refund.

Overall, my experience with Priority Textbook was a bit frustrating, but I was able to get a good deal on a book. I would recommend double checking the ISBN and edition of the book before making a purchase to avoid any confusion.

Priority Textbook Priority Textbook Review: Scam Alert! Avoid at All Costs!

I recently bought a book from Priority Textbook, specifically the 10th edition Global Marketing book with the ISBN#***756. However, when I received the package, I was surprised to find that the book inside was the Global Marketing Global Edition with the ISBN#***021. Although both books are of the 10th edition, they are not the same book. I immediately contacted their customer service to report the error.

After a few hours, I received a reply from "Thomas" who informed me that they were selling the International Edition of the book, as stated on their book page and checkout page. He also sent me an article from the New York Times and some other irrelevant information. I tried to explain that the books were not the same and even sent pictures from their website showing the two different books and two different ISBN numbers. However, he insisted that it was the correct textbook.

To make matters worse, he provided me with an address in Malaysia to return the book. The cost of returning a $60 book was $40, which was ridiculous. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with their service. I even posted a review on their website, but it did not show up. They only allow positive reviews to be posted.

In conclusion, I would advise everyone to avoid Priority Textbook at all costs. They are a total scam and do not provide good customer service. It is better to buy from a reputable seller who values their customers and provides quality service.

Priority Textbook Warning: Priority Textbook - Terrible Customer Service and False Promises

This website, Priority Textbook, is not a good place to purchase textbooks. I advise you to be cautious when considering buying from them. If you take a closer look at their website, you will notice that they do not provide any customer contact information or customer service at all.

I had a terrible experience with them. They made false promises about the delivery of my textbook. They gave me a specific time frame for delivery, but the book did not arrive on time. I tried to contact them through email, but they did not respond until I filed a claim with PayPal. Finally, the book arrived a week later than they had promised. By then, I had already purchased a digital copy of the book. I asked for a refund, but they only offered me a $20 discount. I did not need two copies of the book, so I asked them to provide a free return shipping label. However, they refused to do so. I had to pay a lot of money to return the book to Malaysia. Fortunately, PayPal is reimbursing some of the shipping costs.

I strongly advise against using this company. Their prices may be low, but they will not meet their delivery time. They know that most customers will not want to pay for the expensive shipping fee back to Malaysia. Do not be fooled by their low prices. You have been warned!

Priority Textbook PriorityTextbook Review: A Dishonest and Untrustworthy Business

I recently had a terrible experience with PriorityTextbook, an online bookstore that claims to offer a wide range of books at affordable prices. I ordered a book from their website on December 18, 2020, and was excited to receive it soon. However, my excitement turned into disappointment when I received the wrong book.

I had ordered a book with the local version ISBD code and the right image of the book cover that the store had offered. But what I received was a global edition book that I had no use for. It was a terrible feeling, and I felt cheated and disrespected as a customer. It seemed like they had no trust in their customers and were trying to scam them.

Upon further investigation, I found that PriorityTextbook had put two different versions of the ISBD code on their website. One was the local version that I wanted, and the other was the international/global version. They did this to attract customers to click on the local version with the right ISBD and image book cover, only to receive the wrong book. It was a deliberate attempt to trap customers and cheat them.

To make matters worse, they had also put the "International version" word in the book introduction, probably to avoid any legal arguments. This was a pure scam, and many people had already highlighted this issue after googling it. However, PriorityTextbook still refused to remove the local version image from their website.

Their customer-centricity was non-existent, and it was a terrible mindset to have as a business. It was a good lesson learned that we should be 100% sure before ordering anything from PriorityTextbook. I attached the book cover image, which shows the local version with the right ISBD code (ISBD is the holy code recognized by the Federal).

In conclusion, I would not recommend PriorityTextbook to anyone. They are a dishonest and untrustworthy business that does not value their customers. It is essential to be cautious when ordering from online bookstores and to do thorough research before making any purchases.

Priority Textbook Priority textbook

Big mistake buying from priority textbook. They don't send you what you actually ordered and then they won't give you refund. We bought my son a human anatomy textbook from priority textbook. They advertised the textbook needed, with same book cover and isbn number that was required for my son's class for $99.99. Instead we received the global version, which was not what we ordered. It has a different cover, different isbn number, and different content. Priority textbook approved my return and told me address to ship back to malaysia. I returned the textbook and paid $102.35 for shipping. The return did not go through, and the post office delivered it back to me. I emailed priority textbook and they did not respond. Now i'm out over $200 for nothing. Do not fall for buying textbook for cheaper from this place!

Claimed loss: $202.34

Desired outcome: Full refund for cost of textbook $99.99 and return shipping cost $102.35

Priority Textbook Priority Textbook Review: Double Charged and Terrible Customer Service

I gotta tell ya, folks, I had a pretty rough experience with Priority Textbook. I mean, I'm not one to complain, but this was just straight-up not cool. I was trying to buy a textbook for my class, and I thought I'd give this site a try since they had some good prices. But boy, was that a mistake.

First of all, I got charged twice for the same dang book. Like, what the heck? And then, when I tried to call customer service, I got some lady who sounded like she was in the middle of a grocery store or something. And when I mentioned Priority Textbook, she just hung up on me! Rude much?

So then I tried emailing customer service, and to be fair, they did eventually credit me back for the extra charge. But I know that's not the case for everyone who's had issues with this site. And honestly, I just don't feel like I can trust them anymore.

So my advice to y'all is this: read reviews before you buy anything from Priority Textbook. And honestly, maybe just stick to a site that's more well-known and trustworthy. Ain't nobody got time for this kind of nonsense.

Priority Textbook Unreliable and Untrustworthy: My Experience with Priority Textbook

My experience with Priority Textbook was not good at all. They advertised that they had the right edition of the book I needed for my class, but when I received it, it turned out to be the international edition which I cannot use. I contacted them to ask for a return label, but they refused to provide one. Instead, they told me that I would have to pay $180 to return the book to Malaysia. That's a lot of money for me, and I don't think it's fair that I should have to pay for their mistake.

To make matters worse, they offered to help me resell the book in the US. They told me that I could ship it to a buyer, and then send them the confirmation of shipment. Once they received that, they would refund my money. This sounds a bit sketchy to me. I don't want to take the risk of shipping the book to someone else and then not getting my money back.

Overall, I would not recommend buying from Priority Textbook. They don't seem to care about their customers, and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to buy textbooks from, I suggest you look elsewhere. Don't waste your money on this company.

Priority Textbook Disappointing Experience with Priority Textbook: Received Wrong Version and Unfair Return Policy

So, I recently bought a textbook from Priority Textbook, and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with my experience. I ordered a US version of the textbook, and when I got it, it was a global version with a different cover and content. I mean, come on, that's not what I paid for!

When I contacted the company about it, they told me that it was my responsibility to pay for the return shipping to Malaysia, which is way more than what I paid for the book in the first place. I don't think that's fair at all, especially since it was their mistake in the first place.

I'm really disappointed in Priority Textbook's customer service and policies. It's just not right to make the customer pay for something that was the company's fault. I wouldn't recommend using this company if you're looking for reliable and honest service.

Priority Textbook Disappointing Service and Unfriendly Return Policy: My Experience with Priority Textbook

I recently made a purchase from Priority Textbook for my college course. I was looking for a specific textbook with the ISBN ***, but unfortunately, I received the global edition with the ISBN ***. I was not happy with this mistake as I specifically ordered the edition that I needed for my course. Although they claim that the content is the same, I am not convinced that every detail is identical.

I was disappointed with the service I received from Priority Textbook. It seems like they did not take the time to read my order and fulfill it correctly. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was a major inconvenience for me. I had to spend extra time and effort to find the correct textbook that I needed.

To make matters worse, their return policy is not customer-friendly. If you need to return an item, you have to pay $30 for shipping and handling. This is a significant amount of money, especially if you are a student on a tight budget.

Overall, I would not recommend Priority Textbook to anyone. Their mistake in sending the wrong textbook and their unfriendly return policy make them seem like scammers. I hope that they can improve their service in the future and avoid making similar mistakes.

Priority Textbook Disappointed with Priority Textbook: Wrong Book, Poor Customer Service, and Wasted Money

So, I ordered a book from Priority Textbook and boy was I disappointed. I thought I was getting the standard book, you know the one that was in the first picture of the item I purchased. But no, they sent me a book with SI units, which I can't even use. I mean, come on, why would they even have a picture of a book that they don't even sell? I specifically told them that I couldn't use this book, but they didn't seem to care. And to top it off, I paid extra for expedited shipping and still got the wrong book. What a waste of money! I tried to contact customer service, but they were no help at all. Now I'm out of money and stuck with a useless book. I'm so annoyed and frustrated with this whole experience. I definitely won't be buying from Priority Textbook again.

Priority Textbook Warning: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Delivery from Priority Textbooks

I really wish I had come across this website before I placed an order with Priority Textbooks. I was looking for a chemistry book and thought this site would be a good option. However, it has been weeks and I still haven't received my book. I have sent them multiple emails (about 5 to be exact) to let them know that I haven't received my order and that I want to cancel it. But I haven't received any response from them.

I decided to take matters into my own hands and filed a claim with PayPal. I hope this gets resolved soon and I can get my money back. In the meantime, I decided to order the book from Amazon (I should have done that in the first place). It will be here in just two days.

I really hope that others do their research before ordering from this so-called company. It's really frustrating to be waiting for something that you paid for and not receive any response from the seller. I would advise anyone to be cautious when ordering from Priority Textbooks.

Priority Textbook Disappointing Experience with Priority Textbook: Received Wrong Edition and Unfair Return Policy

I recently made a purchase from Priority Textbook and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. I ordered a book and I made sure to check multiple times that it was the Eleventh edition and not the Global edition. I paid for the book and eagerly awaited its arrival. However, when it finally arrived, it was already late and I had already missed some important class material.

To my dismay, the book that I received was actually the Global edition, which was not what I needed at all. I was frustrated and confused, as I had made it very clear that I needed the Eleventh edition. I tried to contact the company to arrange a return, but I was informed that the return would cost me more than half of what I had paid for the book. This was not only frustrating, but also seemed unfair to me.

To make matters worse, the book that I received didn't even match the picture of the book that I had ordered. I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience and felt like I had wasted my time and money. It was especially frustrating because nowhere on the receipt did it say that I was receiving the Global edition.

Overall, I would not recommend Priority Textbook to anyone looking to purchase textbooks. My experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I ended up with a book that I didn't need and couldn't return without losing a significant amount of money.

Priority Textbook Disappointing Experience with Priority Textbook: Wrong Book and Poor Customer Service

So, I decided to give Priority Textbook a try and ordered a book from their website. Unfortunately, when I received the order, it turned out to be the wrong book. I was pretty disappointed, but I figured it was just a mistake and contacted their customer service to get it sorted out.

After explaining the situation, they told me that I would receive a refund once they received the book back. They also gave me a shipping address to send it to, but to my surprise, it was located in Malaysia. I was a bit frustrated because shipping it there would cost me a whopping $70! I asked if they could provide me with a shipping label, but they refused to do so, even though it wasn't my fault that I received the wrong book.

I tried to reason with them, but it seemed like they weren't willing to budge. Eventually, they just stopped replying to my emails altogether. I was left with a book that I couldn't use and no refund in sight.

Overall, I had a pretty negative experience with Priority Textbook. It's frustrating to receive the wrong book and even more frustrating when the company doesn't take responsibility for their mistake. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them, as it seems like they're more interested in taking your money than providing good customer service.

Priority Textbook Deceptive Practices and Lack of Transparency: A Review of Priority Textbook

Priority Textbook is a website that offers international editions of textbooks. They claim to provide both US and international editions, but they can be misleading. When you browse their website, they show you the cover of the US edition, which makes you think that you are ordering the US edition. However, it is not clear that they will not send you the US edition, and they do not give you a chance to choose.

I ordered two books from Priority Textbook, but I only received one. There was no evidence that the second book was sent, so I decided to cancel the order. However, to my surprise, the second book appeared at my doorstep. I was left wondering when they sent it. It is worth noting that the books and business are from Malaysia, so it may take some time for your order to arrive.

In my opinion, Priority Textbook has too many deceptive practices. They should be more transparent about the editions they offer and give customers a clear choice. Additionally, they do not offer a buyback option for international editions, which can be frustrating for students who want to sell their textbooks after the semester.

Overall, I would not recommend Priority Textbook. While they may offer cheaper prices for international editions, their deceptive practices and lack of transparency make them a risky choice. It is better to spend a little more money and buy from a reputable seller that offers clear information and good customer service.

Priority Textbook Buyer Beware: Priority Textbook Sells International Editions Without Clear Warning

I recently made a purchase on Priority Textbook's website for a textbook that I needed for my upcoming semester. I was careful to verify that the ISBN number matched the one I needed and that there was no indication that it was an international edition. However, when the book arrived, I was disappointed to find that it was indeed an international edition and therefore not usable for my class.

I reached out to Priority Textbook's customer service to request a return, which they approved. However, I was surprised to find out that I would have to pay for the shipping myself, which ended up costing me $24.50. It turns out that the checkout page does mention that they are selling international editions and that you need to confirm this before making a purchase. Unfortunately, I missed this detail and ended up with a book that I couldn't use.

Overall, I would caution others against buying from Priority Textbook and suggest looking into other options such as Chegg. While I appreciate that they did approve my return, the fact that I had to pay for shipping and the confusion around international editions makes me hesitant to use their services again.
