My complaint apparently was totally ignored by not only Y sens but their head company Prodege also. This is how these people/business treat their survey members The following is the email I sent to Prodege on July 22/22

Sorry to bother you but you system did not allow me to go through at all. Please help me.
I am a new member with your Ysense online research & been constantly harnessed by a BRAIN person with Ysense customer service & been denied to bespeak with his supervisor/manager repeatedly. Please provide proper contact info re such highly unpleasnt experience I have with your Ysense associate. Thank you"
Desired outcome: Proper action from these businesses
Shame on Prodege & Ysene for their ignoring and/or inappropriate treatment of their "valuable members" I DO NOT THINK this issue is resolved or "PAID" ever so fr. I was not aware at all ANY action re Brain's harassing me, my repeated requested to be contacted with a manager & my stole incentives.
