Stay away from these bone idle cowboys
Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. Unfortunately you have to give 1 star to write a review but they dont deserve a single star. Ordered a birthday present for my son on 21/2/24. 7/3/24 I email customer services about my order as I hadn't received it or any tracking information. 8/3/24 I receive an email "sorry you are returning your order..." however i never received anything about it being delivered. I went to the collection point, quizzed them and on further investigation my delivery NEVER arrived even though tracking showed delivery on 6/3/24. I contacted Prodirect the same day via chat with Casey (which i have the transcript of) and was told "Your order was missing your name upon dispatch so it was returned by the courier...provide your name and we'll redeliver as prority but the process will take 7 days...". This missing address issue was reinforced by David from the customer returns department though he covered up the school error of not putting my name on by stating "there was a delivery address discrepency". 17/3/24 still and again no communication so I make contact again and request a phone call. Over the next 2 days it was passed on to Rhys in the esculations department where I was told to provide a delivery address (scroll back up to the chat) which I did only to be told it had to be an Evri collection point. Isn't that on the order from 21/2/24? Was this order ever dispatched ProDirect? In the same time frame was offered a 10% off voucher which covered the cost of personalisation and delivery. They must have thought it was april fools with that offer as it was as funny as a fart in a lift. The last email was on the 18/3/24 now a week ago from Rhys telling me this will be passed onto the transit team and that neither him or customer services will be assisting any further and they'll be in touch in 2-3 days. They've never heard of Craig David because he got through a whole relationship in 7 days while these bone idle cowboys cant even get round to an email. Over £150 out of product and my son without a birthday present. Trading standards and anyother bodies is my next point of call #StayAway

They also advised that I could place a new order on the site after the 48-hour window has elapsed.
Overall, my experience with Pro:Direct Soccer was not a particularly good one due to the lack of order confirmation and delay in delivery. However, the customer service representative was helpful and courteous in dealing with my concerns. I hope they can improve their system in the future to prevent similar incidents from happening again.

Ordered some shirts off Pro:Direct Soccer and paid for the shipping too, but then got an email saying the order was delivered even though it wasn't! Can you believe it?! I got into an email war with them and I admit, I got pretty heated. I kept asking for a refund and they kept dragging it out. Then, out of nowhere, my colleague signed for the England shirt yesterday. But where are the All Blacks and Lions shirts? I recently purchased a pair of OC trainers from Pro:Direct Soccer, but unfortunately they didn't fit as expected. So, as a normal person would do, I returned the trainers right away. However, my experience with this provider turned out to be a complete nightmare.
After 12 days, I received the same box that I had sent back, but to my surprise, it contained a pair of cheap swim/beach shoes worth no more than £5. This was extremely disappointing and confusing, so I reached out to their customer service team to inquire about the issue. Unfortunately, the response I got from their customer service was terrible! They simply told me that they do not sell these type of shoes and that they were returning what I had sent to them. I was furious and felt like they were insulting my intelligence.
I replied back to them expressing my annoyance and explained that I returned what I had bought from them due to poor fit. I also pointed out that they are based in Devon and cheap swim shoes are regularly sold there.
As a person who has made 300+ orders on Amazon alone in a year, I have never experienced such poor customer service. As a result, I have decided to contact my card provider to get my money back. I would not recommend trading with this provider. After doing some research, I was surprised to see how many terrible reviews they have.
It's obvious that there's no smoke without fire, and it seems like this provider is in the business of taking advantage of honest people. They are simply a bunch of cowboys/girls who do not care about their customers' satisfaction. What's more frustrating is that they remove either their surnames or respond with e.g. Neil P, which raises even more red flags.
I urge people to avoid trading with this provider at all costs. This review will not be altered unless they acknowledge their mistakes and fix their problematic business practices. Even Trustpilot has many similar reviews, but they seem not to care. So, people beware!
Mixed Review of Pro Direct Soccer: High-Quality Products, Poor Customer Service
I’ve got a few things to say about Pro Direct Soccer. I’m not just gonna tell you about the good things, cause there’s been some bad things too.
First, I’ve bought two pairs of boots from them over the last couple of years. They ain’t cheap, each over $300. The first time I wore them, the sole ripped away from the rest of the boot after only two matches. Luckily, the manufacturer refunded me. Then I got a second pair, same size as always, but they were so tight that I got massive blisters on my Achilles within minutes of running around on them. I know you gotta break in new shoes, but this was ridiculous. And when I tried to return them, Pro Direct basically told me I was stuck with them cause I’d already worn them for like 15 minutes. That’s rubbish. If I hadn’t tried them on and run around a bit, how would I know they were gonna hurt that bad? And they ain’t even the right size, they’re smaller than other shoes I wear that are the same size. Pro Direct don’t care though, they’d rather lose a customer than try to find a solution.
But here’s the thing, Pro Direct Soccer ain’t all bad. They’ve got some great products and their website is easy to use. And when I bought a pair of boots that actually worked for me, they were super comfortable and lasted a long time. Plus, they’ve got a good selection of gear for all sorts of sports, not just soccer.
So, my advice? Be careful. Pro Direct Soccer might have some good stuff, but they’re not gonna go out of their way to help you if things go wrong. Make sure you know what you’re getting yourself into and don’t rely on their customer service to bail you out if anything goes wrong.

I recently made an order with Pro Direct Soccer that left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with their service. My U12's football teams' order worth ?585 has been delayed for more than a month, and I have only received one pair of shorts worth ?13. I have reached out to Pro Direct representatives to enquire about the status of my order, but all their excuses revolve around their new system.
Ten days ago, I requested a refund, but I am yet to receive any sign of it. I have called the customer service number three times and spoken to Charlie, Amy, and Petra, who all gave me different explanations for the delay. To make matters worse, it usually takes 20-30 minutes for them to answer the phone. I also sent an email through their official complaint portal, but I have received no response yet.
My attempts to contact Pro Direct Soccer through Twitter have also been futile. The worst part is that now that I haven't received my refund, I can't buy the football kits from another seller since Pro Direct Soccer still has my money.
I would say that Pro Direct Soccer is the worst company I have ever dealt with; it's like they've stolen my U12's team money. I've already informed the other teams in our club not to deal with them. If I don't get my refund in the next few days, I will have to take legal action against them. Sadly, the team's community account funds are the ones in question.

I contacted PDS and was promised that my complaint would be passed on to the Transit team, but I have not received any further communication or delivery attempts.
The communication from this company has been very poor, and it is frustrating since my order was meant to be a birthday gift for my son, who has been disappointed waiting day after day. I specifically requested click and collect to avoid such issues but still, this has ended up in a mess. I paid significant delivery fees, and yet my delivery was not even attempted as promised. It is not right.
To make matters worse, there is no way to speak to anyone directly, as the phone lines are indefinitely closed due to COVID. The only way to contact them is through email, which is slow and frustrating, as their agents keep fobbing me off.
In conclusion, my experience with Pro:Direct Soccer has been very disappointing. I am only writing this review as a last resort to speed up the resolution of my issue. If you are from PDS and are reading this, please consider how you treat your customers.

I gotta say, the selection of soccer boots on Pro:Direct Soccer is the bomb! Seriously, they have some styles that are impossible to find anywhere else. I just recently placed an order for a pair of football boots and I was a bit worried about the sizing, so I went ahead and ordered two different sizes just to be safe. Unsatisfactory experience with Pro Direct Soccer: Poor customer service and no phone support in the US
I recently made a purchase on prodirectsoccer.com and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. I bought a pair of Nike Tiempo Legend VII's and was disappointed to find out they ran a little bit small for my feet. As soon as I received the shoes, I tried them on and they were far too tight for my liking. I decided to return them for a larger size.
However, upon returning the cleats to exchange for a bigger size, I received an email from Pro Direct Soccer notifying me that the original pair could not be exchanged due to the slightest wear and tear generated from briefly running on an indoor turf before making a final judgement call that they were too small. Although technically Pro Direct was within their right according to their terms and conditions, I was still unhappy with their decision. I emailed them back, defending my case and even asked for someone to speak with over the phone. To my surprise, they do not offer customer support over the phone in the U.S. and they were not interested in hearing anything else I had to say.
To be honest, I was extremely unimpressed with their customer service. In comparison, I have had a similar situation with Soccer.com and they exchanged my returned cleats without any issue. I have found their customer service to be much better and highly recommend them.
If Soccer.com had the cleats and size I was looking for, I would have never used Pro Direct Soccer in the first place. One thing is for sure, I will never shop with Pro Direct Soccer again. It is a shame that their customer service was not as helpful as it could have been. I hope they improve their customer service in the future as it is an important aspect of running a successful business.

I've been shopping at Pro:Direct Soccer for a solid decade and a half now and for the most part, my experience has been pretty amazing. However, as they say, the good always comes with the bad, and unfortunately I had a pretty unpleasant experience recently.
I placed an order for a jacket through Pro:Direct Soccer's website and received it without any problems. A week passed and I figured why not treat myself to a new pair of boots? Seemed like a good idea at the time, and since I was already familiar with PDS's payment and shipping process, it should have been a breeze. Boy was I wrong!
After confirming my order for the boots, I waited for a confirmation email - nothing received. Days passed and still no shipment confirmation either. So I emailed PDS to inquire about what was happening with my order. That's when I found out that my order had somehow been cancelled! I was in shock as I had not received any email notification or any form of communication indicating such an issue with my order.
At this point, I was beyond frustrated, but things only got worse. To make matters worse, I received an email from their business protection department, asking for me to prove my identity/pay via bank deposit to lift the suspension on my account. While I do understand the need for heightened security measures, as it is rampant nowadays, it was frustrating to have so much inconvenience piled on top of the original problem.
Even after I provided proof of my identity, I was still up for a huge disappointment. As it turns out, the boots I had tried so hard to order were actually out of stock for an indefinite period of time! The whole sequence of events was illogical and unusual, and to add more fuel to the fire, it felt like the warning signs were there right from the start. The photos of the boots mysteriously changed after about a week of being online, and this was quite strange, to say the least.
Overall, my recent experience was not the best at all, and while I am not exactly sure what went wrong, I was left very disappointed. The boots I wanted were out of stock, and the delays in the cancellation and order complications meant that I couldn't even buy what I wanted even if I tried to go through the necessary channels. I hope that my experience is an exception and not a rule, but since it happened to me, I feel it only fair to bring it up and share it publicly.

I gotta say, my experience with Pro:Direct Soccer's website has been a bit of a roller coaster ride. I ordered a pair of soccer boots (Pantofola, if you're curious) on August 19, 2018. Got a confirmation email saying they'd been sent out… and then radio silence. No tracking number, no updates on the website. Zilch.
I've sent a few emails and made a number of calls, but it feels like I'm shouting into a void. It's frustrating to have to jump through hoops when I've already given them my money (not to mention the long distance charges from Singapore). I've been put on hold for ages and don't get me started on the hold music.
All this being said, I've bought from Pro:Direct Soccer before and it was a different story - my previous orders arrived promptly and without issue. Maybe they're just having some growing pains? But regardless, I hope they step up their game in the future.
On the plus side, the website itself is pretty easy to navigate. They've got a good selection of products and some solid sales. If they can improve their customer service, they'd be an easy go-to for online soccer shopping.
Anyway, it's been a frustrating experience and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again unless things change. But fingers crossed they can turn things around!

Pro:Direct Soccer is not a great option when it comes to online shopping. Personally, I had a terrible experience with them. It was Christmas day when I had received the wrong item from them. The first email that I sent them had no response at all. It took a few days until they offered to have it replaced but I had to foot the bill for the return shipping. Obviously, this was their fault so I declined. Later on, they provided me with a prepaid shipping label.
It was already mid-January when I got a notice that they had processed my return/exchange and that my replaced item had already been dispatched. However, that replacement item never arrived. I reached out to them again but they only told me that the item they had sent me was already out of stock. How can they send it when it was already out of stock!?!#
It was so frustrating dealing with them that at this point, I just wanted to cancel the order and be done with it. But they timidly offered me to replace my original item with a comparable one. I agreed to this but it wasn't easy. I had to place a new order for the same item, they will discount it by only 10%, and then after the shipment, they will cancel the original order. That's a lot of work and I can't imagine what else could have gone wrong if I continued with their service.
After forty long days, I still didn't have the item that I ordered. I was so exhausted with all the trouble that I decided to cancel the original order and take my business to another store.
My conclusion? Avoid dealing with Pro:Direct Soccer and save yourself the hassle. There are many better options out there that won't cause you this much trouble.
