Same as everyone else. Ordered a Jersey on 12/02/2022. We still have yet to receive it nor even an update about delivery. All the links are broken in the confirmation email. Also, if you check a 'Whois Database' for soccerpro.com, you'll notice that the domain has been flagged for abuse, yet, their website is still up. This website needs to get taken down ASAP. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I ordered a jersey in September this year. I have had an impossible time communicating with them. I have waited multiple times on line for over an hour with no luck. I have also sent messages to email address they reference which I have also done numerous times.. When I was communicating with them in September they said the shirt was on back order. Since October they have not responded in any way to my attempts to contact them.

I tried to order a soccer jersey today. The order page indicated that my card was not accepted, but I got a notification that my card was charge. So my order never went through, but my card was charged. Before I got notification that my card was charged, I used a different card. My bank contacted me asking if it was a fraudulent charge. I agreed that it was fraudulent because my order never went through. I am in the process now of contacting my other card to report the fraudulent charges as well.

Christmas came and went. Over the course of two weeks, I emailed twice, Facebooked twice and called twice. I stayed on the phone for at least 20 minutes each time I called. The repeated automated response says that "a staff member will be with you shortly." Zero responses. Zero customer service. This is absolutely the worst customer service ever. I plan to stop credit card payment asap and will never order from this company again. Buyer beware.

I ordered some Nike Tiempo Elite Legend 8s for an absolutely AMAZING price. I used the standard (and free shipping for my order) and wasn't expecting them very soon. They came in a week! The only bad that came from my order was my own fault. I miss read the price tag on my old cleats (a MEN's 7.5 not a women's 7.5) so they fit a little tight but they still work (hopefully even better after I break them in). I would send them back but I did buy them on clearance and the clearly stated policy is that the sale is final. But for the price I paid, I can live with it! Hopefully I can find another great price from Soccerpro.com next time I buy a new pair of cleats.

Horrible company do not waste your time or money with this joke of a company! Been on hold as I'm typing for exactly 1 hour and 10 min. Left a few voice mails with no response. Sent a few emails as well and was replied to my first email after 4 days stating that they shipped my order on 10/03/2022 and it was left on front porch on 10/04/2022. I placed the order on 10/05/2022 so how the heck is that even possible. They must have a time traveler there or something. Besides the time line error, the address that they show on the tracking number is not even close. Different city and state. This is the second I place an order with this company and the second time that I have a negative experience. I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt but I regret I did. I only gave 1 star cause it wouldn't let me give 0 stars.

Emailed them at 3:02pm. I sat on them for a month WAITING for a response. I wore them in the yard after about a month and see if I could possibly use them. My feet were numb after walking around 2x in my small back yard. I emailed them that day and said "Cool. I guess this is my first and last order from Soccer Pro." They responded saying I could send them back for a store refund and that there email was messed up and didn't see my first message. Today on 3/18, I received them back saying they were worn and didn't have the box. The box was shipped in a usps plastic bag and was damaged so I tossed after I took them out to wear only from not hearing back from them. Just talked to Mason on the phone and he said I should have called since I didn't hear anything back.

I response to my e-mail in which it said the jersey would be shipped later that week. It should have been here by now. My grandson's birthday is in a week and now he won't get this. This company stinks, I am reporting them, calling my credit card to dispute the money they stole from me if I get no response and my product on time. Someone suggested a call to the Atty General. They should not lie to customers if they haven't shipped. I hope they are happy I will have a disappointed child because they were not honest about shipping. I now have no time/there are so items this close to Christmas. No stars as far as I am concerned. They will lose business. I will make it known throughout social media not to buy anything here. If I get the package before the week is up, I may change my mind. But they should not promise something they can't (or are scammers and won't) deliver. People on Facebook seem to think so. I purchased a USWNT jersey Youth XL on November 28th 2022. I received a confirmation email right away and I got an alert from my credit card company that my credit card had been billed for the jersey. I paid for shipping which should have delivered my package in 4-10 business days. I never received another email from the company with shipping information such as a tracking number or estimated date of arrival. I have tried to email the company multiple times to check on the status of my order with no response. I have tried to call and speak to someone at SoccerPro and was unable to reach anyone as no one answers the phone, there is no way to leave a message. I waited on hold for 20 minutes one day without anyone picking up or being able to leave a voicemail.

I understand that at that time, it was the holidays, so I gave it a couple days before emailing the company. Never heard back after 2 emails. Of course I saw the charge pending on my credit card. Emails to their support are not responded neither. I did my order the 10th of December, after receiving the automated confirmation that the order was placed and that the order was in process (the card charge was Made). The state their products arrive from 5-10 business days, didn't happen at all, and on their website my order Is still "processing", never got a tracking number or anything else. Sent pictures to the company and was told to send back the jersey for a replacement on 9/14. The jersey was received by the company on 10/14. After several email requests for an update, I received a response on 11/11 stating that the exchange was being processed and that they were waiting for the customized name/number set. It appears that there was a credit for the jersey in their system, but I have not received anything on my credit card, so I figured it was simply for their exchange process. I followed up again on 12/2 and 12/7. I finally received a reply on 12/7 apologizing for the delay, I have contacted the company three more times since then requesting an update or a refund if they are unable to fulfill my order, but no response. All of my correspondence has been very polite and professional and I feel I have been more than patient.

She sent back that she wanted the order the same day. On June 18 she wrote to you again that the order was not received. Your reply was that the nameset was still not available. Today is July 1, I have call you twice today waited a half hour and got an answering machine during the time you "are suppose to be there" I have three questions for you. 1. Why would you bill someone's credit card for an item you did not have and might not even be able to supply? 2. Why do you continue to have this Jersey posted with names and numbers available, when in fact they are not? 3. Will the Jersey ever come? I ordered a $100 jersey on December 6 thinking it would arrive in time for Christmas. I received a confirmation email the same day. The 4-10 day business window came and went. Christmas came and went. Over the course of two weeks, I emailed twice, Facebooked twice and called twice. I stayed on the phone for at least 20 minutes each time I called. The repeated automated response says that "a staff member will be with you shortly." Zero responses. Zero customer service. This is absolutely the worst customer service ever. I plan to stop credit card payment asap and will never order from this company again. Buyer beware.
Like all the other reviews below...I too believe I've been scammed. Ordered a jersey for my 12 year old over a month ago. I've called several times now, emailed several more times...no response at all. Anyone know how we can get our money back?
Same as everyone else. Ordered a Jersey on 12/02/2022. We still have yet to receive it nor even an update about delivery. All the links are broken in the confirmation email. Also, if you check a 'Whois Database' for soccerpro.com, you'll notice that the domain has been flagged for abuse, yet, their website is still up. This website needs to get taken down ASAP. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
