I started doing surveys online for a extra few dollars
I started doing surveys online for a extra few dollars . I'm 73 so there are not a lot of job opportunities. To redeem your points you have to have 25.00 dollars . I did all these on the same tablet . I got to 18+ dollars and they started sending me two surveys only over and over . Same two . Saying they had to be done on computer. I was curious as I had done all the others on the tablet . I have emailed them several times and I guess they think it funny because they only send the same two surveys back . No explanation ,no apology. I realize it's silly complaining about surveys but if you have ever taken one you would realize the work that went into getting to that 18 dollars . Nichols and dimes at a time . Now I think it was just a scam to get a free amount of surveys turned in and then right before you can redeem payout you get cut off . I just want other people to not get involved with this company and let them know I am on to their game

I completed a series of surveys for this company. In order to receive a payout, you must reach the $25 threshold. I did meet the required $25 on October 22nd. I received the following email from them.Congratulations! Your ProductReportCard payment request has been approved. You will receive an email with an Amazon gift code in the amount of $25.00 to the email listed below.Your email: *** You should receive an email with your Amazon gift code within 1 business day.We hope you are enjoying being an active member of our research panel and look forward to your continued participation.Sincerely, The Product Report Card Team As of Today, 11/02, I haven't received my Amazon Code, nor have a received a response to the 3 emails that I have sent them regarding this matter. Please help me get this code, and then I will no longer use this company to earn extra cash, or gift cards.Thank you

I have been attempting to take surveys on ProductReportCard.com and I am not very successful
I have been attempting to take surveys on ProductReportCard.com and I am not very successful. Towards the end of most of the surveys, it kicks me off and tells me that I dont qualify. Even *** surveys, which do not ever tell you that you do not qualify. I will spend 10 minutes on a survey or more and it will pop up and say I dont qualify at the end and they credit my website account 10 cents. I believe that the company is actually using the answers to my surveys and collecting the entire reward offered by the companies who use their services. I believe that they are conducting fraudulent business practices against people like myself who are just trying to make an extra effort to make a little money. I am sure that I am not the only member of this website who feels the same. I use other survey websites and they do not practice these tactics. I am very disappointed and disgusted at wasting my time for a couple of years on this website. Its really pathetic. I am cognitively disabled and I feel like this company is just another that preys upon people like me.

I have joined ProductReportCard.com a few months ago and have recently participated in a few in-home product studies. On September 1st I stopped receiving all correspondence from the panel including invitations to studies. I have tried to login into my account but it kept saying that my password is incorrect. I tried to do a password reset but never received an email. I wrote to support to please get some help getting back to my account and received the following response below. This was one of the most unprofessional responses I have received in a long time, no details, no help just saying whatever. If someone in my company wrote something like this they would be sent out for training to dismissed for poor service. Thank you for contacting us. Upon review of your information, we are unable to unlock your account and we do apologize. Best Regards, *** I never did anything wrong and have never gotten any correspondence from your company if there was a problem in the first place. Your company lacks any professionalism, If there was any problem the professional way to do it before locking anyone is to contact the person by email/phone to work things out. Remember you are still in business because panelists like me and others are working with your clients. I am currently working on several projects and already received them in the mail and will make sure to tell the project managers that I currently in my contacts about this situation your company is doing to me. Also a poor lady on your *** page wrote to you having the same problem as me and you just ignored her. Based on review of several ComplaintsBoard.com complaints I see a trend of your company, randomly locking people's accounts out of nowhere, you could have just worked with everyone for a resolution. Feel free to contact me, but at this point you really need to restructure your management because this is not the way to engage that I have to go all the way to the ComplaintsBoard.com to get something so simple resolved.

Hello, And thank you in advance for you venue. I signed up with Product Report Card about the beginning of of the year and have worked very hard the last couple weeks to reach my 25.00 min for payout. I reached this goal last week and instigated a 25.00 payout but never received a verification or an email. So I contacted the company about 4 times and finally received an email saying my account is fraud and as such it has been suspended. And that if I so choose I may opt to send them a copy of my ID to verify I am the account holder. I answered hundreds and hundreds of surveys, completed 2 product sample panels, and am currently on a few other virtual panels I was accepted for through this site. They gave me no explanation as to what indicates I am not the person who created the account and they have not made reference to my payment. I correspond with the company using the email I signed up with; the email I had to verify when signing up and I open on surveys through emails they send me. Also I believe they monitor ip addresses for fraud and if this idle true they will know I am not fraudulent. Also how convenient that my account was marked as a fraud just as I reached 25.00 but not at any point prier. They get paid by these companies, get us to work for pennies an hour, and then make excuses to not pay. I am am American and am not a citizen of the people's Republic of China. The law mandates that you pay me as per our contractual agreement. Also I don't recall reading anywhere about identification needed to cash out earnings. I read the other account holders with similar issues to mine on this site and others and if they have the problem they claim they have with fraud accounts they have been hacked and as such have a duty to report it. I am requesting payment of all monies earned. The 25.00 I requested to cash out in an Amazon card as well as the additional 4 that I was just awarded mostly from a product review panel I just completed. I am a woman who thinks ahead, has her ducks in a row, and always has a plan. My plan is to have issued to me the money, in the form of Amazon electronic card, that is due me and if I am refused such that which I am entitled to , a lousy 29 dollars and change, I will be working with attorneys Job in & Catlin to bring about a class action suit on my own behalf and that of others who have faired the same with this company.
