I recently used Proredaction for some work I needed done. While the job was completed, I was disappointed that Claire, the manager, didn't want to change the plan when my tutor suggested it. This left me to figure things out on my own. Despite this, the work was done well and I was satisfied with the end result. However, I do wish that the communication could have been better between myself, my tutor, and Claire. It would have made the process smoother and less stressful. Overall, I would recommend Proredaction for their quality work, but be sure to communicate clearly with them beforehand to avoid any misunderstandings.

Overall, I would not recommend Proredaction to anyone. The quality of work and customer service is simply not up to par. It's best to look elsewhere for a reliable and trustworthy writing service.

I recently had a terrible experience with Proredaction. They promised me quality work, but what I received was nothing short of a scam. Despite giving them specific instructions, the work they provided was poorly written and gave the impression that the author was just trying to fill up space to reach the desired number of pages (which they didn't even achieve). I had to start the work from scratch because it was far from meeting university standards.

There was no research done, and the sentences were incomprehensible and full of false or incomplete citations. After reading the work, it seemed like it was written by a child or someone whose first language wasn't French. Proredaction is not a professional writing service, but rather a group of scammers who unfortunately took a lot of my money. Their work is the complete opposite of some of the positive 5-star reviews that can be found online. I suspect they wrote those reviews themselves to improve their image and attract more victims. Don't fall for their tricks. If you haven't given them any money yet, don't do it, or you'll regret it.

After verifying the work, I realized that the author had copied and pasted parts of another online paper and made slight modifications. I asked for a refund, but I'm currently taking legal action to get my money back because I doubt they'll do it themselves.

I encourage you to do the same:
- Report the company to the regional directorate for fraud repression
- Report the company to the toll-free number for fraud information (I can't put their number here, but you can easily find it online, and the call is free, so don't hesitate)
- File a complaint for fraud.
