It's frustrating because Providers should be ensuring the security of my funds. To make matters worse, they are sending me useless information instead of resolving the issue. I didn't even get a chance to use my card before all of this happened.

I also sent them three emails, but haven't received any replies. Now, Provider is refusing to refund my money! I've exchanged emails with multiple representatives, but it didn't solve anything. On 10/15, I spoke to a supervisor, but that didn't help either. They just said they would send me a final email. Provider initially gave me a credit of $26.84, but then took it back, claiming that the company informed them that the item was delivered. The item did say it was delivered, but nothing was in my mailbox. I didn't follow up with my post office about this issue because they are incompetent and lost another package of mine in February. I just wanted to resolve this with Millions of Records or Provider, but neither seems to be helpful at all!
