It is a scam they will take your money and you get nothing.

They are not a scam... I am a reseller on eBay and I use pugetsound electronics at least 3 times a week to unlock my phones that I sell! They also have repaired 2 of my phones. Not only do they have great prices, fast response with everything, they have awesome customer service. I am not sure why you would say they are a scam when I have nothing but great rhings to say about this company? Maybe your just a ignorant customer!

how about a good company if they would post a dam phone contact # and address so i can resolve my problems with their guide that they sold to me and alot of other customers as well, no contact information, never online on the chat box.= BAD COMPANY

I know in all of their guides and unlock codes they provide a techsupport email address. As well as their sales email address. READ your guide they are always willing to help out.

Nase if you need to contact us then contact us through are contact page. The Google talk is down for everyone not just us and we our not a bad company. In the guide you purchased has a email address for tech support you must have missed the Bold blue letters in the heading. For technical issues please contact techsupport@pugetsoundeelctronics.com

oh look at that they know how to answer back to a complaint i post the same day, but don't know how or don't care to answer a tech issue the same day . anyone interested i have my emails and will gladly fwd them to show their slow response or lack of back to me !
maybe they should get some common sense and resolve the customer issue 1st, then move on to another customer issue, but instead they bounce around all over the place and leave the customer hanging, as 1 company said to me on email, he wouldn't be in business if it weren't for those 10.00 guides and company's selling them that speaks volumes ! BE CAREFUL WITH THESE GUYS

Nase has yet to give us his invoice number(or his real name) instead he complains about us on a complaint board. If we were a scam we would not have return customers and for people who read these reviews please note we sell hundreds of products a month and have been offering flashing guides, unlocking services, repairs, cell phones, and remote services online for the past two years. We only have two "Scam Complaints" out of thousands transactions since 2010. I would also like to add when we released the "How to Guides" we were flagged by the "Flashing community" because they would rather charge a customer a $100 dollars for a mail in and to say we are only in business because of flashing guides is completely ridiculous. The so called company who told him that is mis informed(Please list there name) and as owner of Pugetsound Cellular (www.pugetsoundelectronics.com is owned and controlled by us) I'm telling Nase and anybody else the building block of our business is phone sales wholesale and retail. We sell both on Ebay(We have two power seller accounts going back two years) and Liquidation.com Anybody who has worries before purchasing any of our product's please contact us via our contact page on our website and I will be more then happy to put your doubts to rest. I disagree. I recently purchased there guide, read through it a couple times as suggested... Anytime I had questions regardless of time of day I always got a response by emailing techsupport@pugetsoundeelctronics.com it is in the first paragraph of the guide. I had quite a few questions, I am a little rusty flashing phones. I thought there service was great. the price was cheap and it saves hours/days of time searching through forums only to get 100 different answers for one question. On top of that, you might wait days/weeks/months before your questions are answered, and there is no guarantee they are going to work. Every questions I had was answered promptly with a solution. If you ask me I think the price for the guides are cheap. A guide is one thing but with the tech support they provide, I think there service far exceeds the purchase price of a guide. Needless to say, my phone was flashed successfully. Thanks Pugetsound Electronics!

i have talked with and send my tablet over to http://flashedphones.net/ this might be the best way to go and i also live in florida and they are located there as well which will makes things easier to deal with them. i wish everybody well maybe i just had a problem with my phone but time will tell. cheers

FTC and FBI cyber crime unit are on the case now and shall stop those thieves at pugetsound electronics. They operate outside the U.S. so they are being treated as a terrorist organization. This will be interesting.

Don't send your iPOD for battery repair. These guys will steal it!

I sent my iPod in almost 3 weeks ago. I got an email saying it was scheduled for repair on 1/14 and then I would receive tracking info. I never received this information, and that was 11 days ago. I've written 3 emails and no response. They still have my iPOD that I paid you a service for. This is the first step, to write a accurate, negative review. The next is to contact the Better Business Bureau and to file a claim in small claims court for theft.

They did the same to me as what they did to steve. now they have my ipod and i have emailed them at least 2 dozen times with no response and now there website is canceled, im also thinking about contacting the county prosecutor and reporting theft.

i have not tried them yet. i will though as a alternative. i know this company was suppose to be a fair company untill just recently. just wait till everyone on ebay starts hopping on this board because their was allot of customers that purchased their repair services this month. after they steal over $500 its a felony! them not returning our products is theft.

Absolutely. You're 100% right. Strangely, I just received an email from them. The only thing it says is: "your ipod was shipped...here's the tracking number." Funny thing is, though, that I put the tracking number into USPS.com and it can't be found. Did they just make up the number? When did they send it? I sent a message back to them telling them usps couldn't find the tracking number. I also said if I recieve my ipod back within a week, I will not file any more legal charges.

Strangely, I got an email from Pugetsoundelectronics today. Here's all it said:

The device was mailed back, USPS 9400111899563349849313

Try it yourself---this is not a valid USPS tracking number. It's bogus. What in the heck do these guys think they're pulling? I emailed them back saying that if I receive my ipod back within one week, then no further charges will be filed.

well i found out that Courtney shannon lives at 26234 Tuckerman Ave NE, Kingston WA 98346, and some how shes related to pugetsound cellular, , they never sent me a email yet and i emailed them dozens of times .

the guys name starts with a D shannon, im still trying to find his full name without paying for a search.

At this point I would be happy if they would at least mail my ipod back even if its not fixed as long as they havent attempted any repairs on it. I would just send it to a repair person that i found that charges even less and has a good rating.

for any future readers them names i posted are not correct . i have the correct names if anyone needs them.

im going to file small claims against the owners Christopher and Courtney Stone if they dont respond soon. I have in the past sued people in small claims before and got awarded all expenses associated with the ordeal including traveling expenses to goto court and after suit is won i can put a lein on bank accounts, autos, real estate and exc.. its just a shame that this is how they run their business. in the end they will be paying a fortune in legal fees over a couple hundred dollar ipod.

I paid for them to fix my phone and havent heard a word from them about it, luckily i never sent it to them because they never gave me a shipping address but i still want my phone back

I got scammed by this scam company

I paid for my ipod touch to be repaired on Dec 12 2015 and have still not received my device. This is a bunch of bs. We need to do something. That thing had my whole identity on it.
