Ipod 5 battery replace
Update:
My credit card company balked at me not wanting to give these bums 15 days to refund my money then finally credited back my 39.99 because I didn't want to give these people another day with my money.
Also called PayPal to report this scam and found out this company is already flagged for other previous complaints-- imagine that-- other complaints.
Hey puket, how about a couple extra bucks for my lost shipping fees and waisted time shipping to you.
Good luck to all the other folks scammed by this company-- luckily they refused my package after it sat at their place for weeks.

Wish I lived close to these scammers so I could drive over and tell them in person how pissed I am and looks like dozens and dozens of others are just as pissed
Got my iPod back un-repaired and the charges reversed from these ###-- I feel very lucky and wish good luck to all the other victims

After this so called good company recieved my iPod for a battery replace on Jan 16th, it sat till the 28th before they got off their lazy butts and then decided to refuse my shipment:

I really like how they charged my credit card like yesterday, and all this time till feb 2nd no refund yet.
What a bunch of ripoffs these guys are, you've been warned! Steer clear.
I have a hunch these folks will just change names of the company, then start back up doing this shady crap.
I always use a credit card, not a debit card in case I run into scammers like this, hope you get your money back thru your bank.
Got a appointment at the Apple Store to replace my battery, it's a bit more expensive but they do it while you wait and I know it's the best part going inside, and if they break anything doing the repair, it's on them.
I've got 2 units that need batteries, the iPod 5 touch units didn't even last half as long as our ipod 4 touches-- very disappointing
you are right they probably will change names, its not even a company its just a person doing work out of their house and acting as a company. I got ripped off also but I have another great person working on my ipod now, ill let you know how he works out and give you a referal to him. pugetsound held my ipod for over a month then no refund and no fix.
Battery replace on a iPod 5 touch

Sent in an ipod5 touch for battery replace after pre paying to get shipping address and it was delivered to them on 1-16-16 at 11:07am.
I never received any communication of Recipt of my product, and expected a 72 hour turn around time frame to get my item back.
It's now 1-31-16 and I've sent 2 emails on two seperate days to inquire as to when this thing would be shipped back.
Zero response, and after reading other complaints about this so called company with not one single working telephone line, I'm thinking uh oh, I just got taken.
Yeah I know, just email them at their email support, that would be nice if they ever responded back.
This might be a fantastic company, but the communications portion with the customer is a huge fail.
I want my iPod back repaired or not repaired or I'm going to make a complaint to the state attorney general office.
Product can't and don't work
They say their product works on HTC EVO 4G Sprint phone. It doesn't and according to Boost Mobile tech it can't work. I couldn't even get their software to install on my computer. When I sent them a picture of my computer screen, they became very arrogant. I will be contacting any cyber fraud departments that I can find.
