Pop-up ad noted about risk free trial combined purasilk and essence of argan product. Felt it was straightforward and ordered with credit card. £2.49 charged for shipping for purasilk. After 4-5 days no product received, bit of research on net revealed possibility of scam. Called company asked me to call again after 3 days. Reassured me that product should reach soon but failed to understand the logic that you cannot trail a product over 1-2 days! Advised to call again once product arrives for RMA to return but did not assure me that they will not charge full amount at 14 days. Due to lack of transparency and misrepresentation of product have informed bank to cancel my card. Have informed the company not to charge at 14days and will unauthorized if they do so. Product not received so far (day 12).
I tried the 3.95 trial, and got 89.99 took out of my bank account, I called to stop it they said they would not refund the money but would not take anymore, they just did and with "NO PRODUCT" They are thieves! STOP THEM!
I was offered a "trial" of purasilk which would cost me nothing but the cost of postage (£2.49). They now tell me they are going to debit my credit card with £74.95. They said it was too late to cancel the payment or to return the item for a refund. I spoke to "Katie 4964" at purasilk. When i told barclaycard they told me they have had many many such complaints.
I haven't got any feed back or any item up to now may you please help.
Berhati-hatilah dengan purasilk, karena begitu anda membeli sample yang hanya $1, maka bulan depannya mereka akan mencuri secara otomatis pada kartu kredit anda, saya buktinya, 2 bulan berturut- turut kartu kredit saya terus membayar sebesar 5, 5 jjuta, tanpa saya order dan tanpa penerimaan barangnya! Mereka sindikat pencuri account kartu kredit!, ! Waktu saya konfirmasi pada perusahaan mereka, tidak ada jawaban apalagi tanggapan!
