I agreed to received the free-trial set of Bellagenix Purasilk and Serum on FOC basis. I received the product 20 days later with accompanying letter claiming to charge me USD99.85 + USD99.85 if there is no complaint within 14 days from date of order. So, why did they say its free? I too asked the bank to block my credit card and i'm thinking of changing its account number as well.
Avoid this one at all costs
Pop-up ad noted about risk free trial combined purasilk and essence of argan product. Felt it was straightforward and ordered with credit card. £2.49 charged for shipping for purasilk. After 4-5 days no product received, bit of research on net revealed possibility of scam. Called company asked me to call again after 3 days. Reassured me that product should...

Hi, I have experienced the same confidence racket last september witj a 260 $CA withdrawal from my credit card (2 separate charges of 130$ each). I would have been so lucky to visit your website before my experience with PuraSilk. How can we stop those thieves?
Made multiple efforts to contact company unsuccessfully. Charged account automatically, and no product received, which I do not want.
Will be notifying bank to disallow all charges from company and continue to reach their Customer Service to cease processing of orders.

They''re a bunch of crooks.
April 2013 - I paid shipping and handling to get a trial size of the creams they are selling on their website. The charges appeared on my last month's credit card statement, and I paid it.
May 2013 - Purasilk billed me for $186.00 (2 separate charges at approx $93 ea), and it's on this month's Visa statement (not due until the middle of the month) I sent a message to Purasilk asking them to credit my account, but like most "fly-by-night" companies, they seem to be ignoring my complaint.
I have submitted a formal complaint to my bank advising them not to honour the charges - what's worse, they haven't sent me the trial as promised. I do not intend to pay that part of my Visa bill. I might take them to court, based on principle alone.
I also experienced the same. .what is the necessary steps to stop this.
The same happend to me! It is so frustrating! I had to cancel my credit card ! such a slep. Do you know if anything can be done about this? I would love the money back but I am not ignorant! Please bring these people down !
My credit card was debited for the trial sample shipping charges. The trial sample has not reached me till date. Hardly a month passed and my credit card was debited twice with $99.95 for orders which I have not placed.
Free trial I did not received, money taken from my account!
