I have spent nearly 5 hours messing with Pure Talk now. They are the absolute WORST.
Customer service is hapless, witless, clueless and powerless. They don't even have the ability to track and order. Unbelievable.
I have been Transferred / Hung up on 6 times in the last 3 days. Pretty sure that they should strike the word "Service" when they do this.
Do not EVER choose the FedEx overnight delivery for the extra cost. It is a total SCAM. I chose it and am on day 3 (no delivered phone). When checking with Customer service ... I was told that they just printed the label and to expect delivery in another 4 days. UNBELIEVABLE.
False advertising, frauds!
Desired outcome: Have a real company that knows what they are doing ... buy them out
