PureBulk is the site to visit if you want supplements. I was given a coupon code for 10% off for signing up and was excited to use it. But after several tries, I was unable to cash it in - and it's a shame because my last two orders totaled at almost $500. I split my orders to smaller amounts, but still no luck with the coupon. I hope they can honor my coupon and apply it to my last two orders. I only discovered PureBulk through Clif High's channel, and they seem to be doing well. Can anyone from PureBulk give me some advice on how to resolve this issue? Ty.

So, I had some hassle getting my order placed on PureBulk last night and this morning. My credit card kept getting declined, saying that the billing address didn't match the shipping address. I moved since I last ordered from PureBulk, so obviously my addresses are different now. But after a while, I just tried another card, and it worked like a charm. The ordering process itself was pretty easy though, clear enough to follow.

Now it's just a waiting game to see when my order arrives. I'm hoping it gets here soon because I'm low on my supplements and need them ASAP.

I liked the fact that I was able to buy many different things in one order from PureBulk. I think it's great that all of my items came in one package. However, the big bags were stacked on top of the smaller ones without any padding to protect them. This caused the bags to rub against each other and rip open in several places. It was disappointing to see my shipment arrive in such a sorry state after waiting for five weeks to get it.

I wish PureBulk would include some packing materials like paper or bubble wrap to prevent this sort of thing from happening. When I mentioned it to them, they just told me to email a picture of the damages they caused. I think that's a cop-out. I feel like they should take responsibility for their mistakes and fix them instead of passing the buck to me.

Overall, I do like the selection they have on their website. I just hope they improve their packaging so that my next order will arrive in better shape. I'd give them another chance if they show me they're willing to make changes and improve their service.

I hate to say it, but I'm really not impressed with this PureBulk company. I put in a whopper of an order 18 days ago, they tell me it shipped last week, and yet here I am, still waiting for it. I finally decided to call them and they tell me that it's because one item is back-ordered, causing the whole order to be held up. Would it really have killed them to let their customer know this beforehand? Communication is key, people!

Not only that, but when I try to cancel that one back-ordered item, which won't even be produced for another week, they are refusing to let me. Unbelievable. I don't think I've ever dealt with such unprofessionalism. Maybe I'm just spoiled by Bulksupplements.com, but I cannot recommend PureBulk to any of my friends or family.

Purebulk if you happen to read this, which I highly doubt you will, my order #***-S is still MIA. If you're smart, you'll fix this mess and make this right.

I gotta say, I've been using PureBulk for quite some time now and while they have some great offerings, there are a couple things I wish they'd improve on. First off, the CoA option is such a pain to find! It's like looking for a needle in a haystack on that darn "cart" page. I feel like they could make it more obvious, like just add a little box to check if you want the CoA included.

Another thing that really grinds my gears is the shipping options. They used to have a "call for pickup" option which was fantastic because we could arrange our own shipping, but now they only offer these incredibly slow or super expensive options. It's a bummer for folks like me who are trying to save a few bucks and don't mind waiting a bit longer for our goods. Plus, the cheapest shipping option isn't even clear about the timeframe so I accidentally chose it a few weeks ago and now I'm still waiting for my items to arrive! Just wish the options were more straightforward and transparent, you know?

All in all, I still think PureBulk is a solid option for those in need of some bulk supplements and such, but these little hiccups can definitely be frustrating for some customers. Hopefully, they'll take some of this feedback into consideration and make a few changes for the better!

PureBulk is a great place to purchase supplements. They are known for making pure products, which is important to me. However, it would be easier to find which supplements come in capsules. If I had not searched again, I might not have found the L-Arginine Base Capsules. I wish it was easier to find capsules of the supplements I want to buy, but once I found them, I was happy. I'm glad that I was able to find a product I had previously purchased and also found another product that I wanted. It's frustrating that I had to search for the word "capsules" after the product name, but I was happy with the quality and price of the products I received. Overall, PureBulk is a great place to buy supplements if you are willing to do a little bit of searching to find what you are looking for.

PureBulk is a website that sells dietary supplements and other health products. Overall, I was not impressed with my experience using their service. The international shipping option DDU was quite frustrating to deal with, especially when shipping to Canada. It was difficult to track my package and I found that the main pages on the website were not properly updated with sub-shipper information (e.g. USPS). Additionally, not all the information from the Canadian shipper was included, which made the process even more confusing.

Despite these shipping woes, the product itself was okay. However, I was definitely put off by the nearly $20 shipping fee for what was a relatively small package. It just didn't seem worth it. I actually received a similar package from a different vendor in Oregon who shipped it directly to me for free (!), and it arrived within a week - faster than my Pure Bulk shipment, which took over two weeks. Plus, with the other vendor, I was always able to track my package and knew exactly where it was at all times.

All in all, my experience with Pure Bulk was not great and I don't think I'll be ordering from their website again. The shipping issues were just too frustrating and not worth the cost.

I just checked out PureBulk's website, and it wasn't as easy to use as I'm used to when buying bulk nutritional powders online. I couldn't find all the plant extracts and enzymes I was looking for, like serrapeptase and pancreatin, and I was hoping for more amino acid options, such as Phenibut and Picamilon for GABA and L-Tryptophan for serotonin. But, I'm still giving them a shot since it's my first time trying out their products and site. I was disappointed to find that all of the specials and discounted items were already Sold Out, so I'm hoping they will soon update their listings to reflect that. Regardless, I'm optimistic that this will be a positive experience overall. Thank you!

I gotta tell ya, I was really looking forward to trying out PureBulk after reading all the glowing reviews. But man, was I disappointed. I ordered 500g of Magnesium Citrate, but when it arrived, there was no hint of acidity whatsoever! That just ain't right, folks. Y'see, Magnesium Citrate is supposed to be 50% citric acid, which is a real tart substance. But this stuff was as bland as a plain rice cake.

So, I did what any reasonable person would do - I reached out to customer support and asked for a refund or exchange. But instead of just giving me the details, the rep had to go and write a whole dang paragraph about how all the other Magnesium Citrate products I've used in the past were probably not pure or made differently. Like, jeez, thanks for the lecture, dude. Way to make me feel like an idiot.

I gotta say, this has been the most difficult online vitamin retailer I've ever dealt with. And all for a measly $9.75 return? Come on, PureBulk. You gotta do better than that if you want my repeat business.

I gotta say, I'm pretty peeved about my latest experience with PureBulk. I ain't no stranger to this site - ordered before, no issues. But this time around was a whole different ballgame. I ordered three dang items, and what do I get? Two. Just two. I had a hankerin' for that third one, so I holler at 'em on the phone. They tell me I gotta send my invoice and explain the whole sitch just to get that little ol' missing item shipped to me. Heck, I ain't got time for that. So I tell 'em nevermind, just give me a refund. Well, turns out the only way they could give me that money back is with some credit on my PureBulk account. Fine, whatever, I figure I'll use it on my next order. Fast forward to now, and I put in my order with the expectation of using that credit, but what do they do? Charge me the whole dang price anyway. Now I'm a fussy one, and this whole process ain't makin' me none too happy. Might just have to find a new supplier for my needs.
