On June 12, 2023 my family went on a grocery in Puregold Supermarket. We parked our card in their pay parking area. After we did our grocery, we immediately went back to our car, however we noticed that there was a damage in the left side of the car. We asked the roving guards if they noticed the vehicle who parked beside us but no to avail. We then asked for a CCTV footage for us to see the plate number of the vehicle who caused damaged to our car but their management told us that cctv was unavailable and the installation is still on process. In fairness with them, the management acknowledged the responsibility as they admittedly claimed that they had a shortcoming. However, after weeks of waiting, they informed me that their insurance provider denied their claims as they have no proof that the damage was done on their premise. And told me that they will no longer acknowledge the responsibility. With this, I am asking your assistance.
Desired outcome: We want them to pay the damages done to our car.
