Great people, responsive, took photos of everything and explained it. Worked with me to understand when to get whole roof repaired. One of the few people who have the ability to work on Shake Cedar roofs.

I highly recommend this company - I have used them for several years. Very prompt and professional. Yes some of the employees do not speak English but they always have someone that could. They cleaned up their mess.

Pyramid Roofing has worked on my roof since the house was built in [insert year]. They are fast, efficient and friendly. They go above and beyond to fix weather damage and charge reasonable rates. I trust them completely. They were recommended to me by USAA insurance company and I will continue to use them.

I obtained SEVERAL quotes for re-roofing one of my commercial buildings. Pyramid was not the lowest quote but I was impressed with the expertise I saw in their people. I went with Pyramid and actually had another neighboring building re-roofed at the same time. So far, great service. I have not had the need for any warranty work and hope to never need any, but I am confident that Pyramid will be there should I ever need them.

These guys installed the roof on my new construction home. Had a very rare/intermittent leak. They sent out their warranty team to take a look and were able to find the problem area with a water test. They then scheduled the repair and got that taken care of promptly as well. All of this they did under warranty with no charges to me, even though it had been 4 years from the initial installation. Was very happy with the warranty service I received.

A couple years ago I had Pyramid Roofing put on a new roof and gutters on my home. They did an excellent job. My new roof and gutters look awesome. The team cleaned up every night. The people are super nice and easy to talk to. Recently, I noticed a gutter corner looked like it had slipped down about an inch. I called them and they sent a guy over in 45 minutes. Who does that? Most companies take days or weeks to come over. He took pictures and said hed send someone over that week. The next day a very nice guy came over and fixed it. Wow, thats service. I would recommend Pyramid Roofing to anyone. Ive been happy with them from the beginning. Great company to work with.

Pyramid has done two roofs for me so far. They are the best in Kansas City area and NOT a fly by night roofing company. I definitely recommend them. I have referred them to many other people as well that have loved there service. Ray was my salesman both times. ? very respectful and knowledgeable and has been in the industry for a long time.

Pyramid roofing was the contractor on a house next door to ours. They wanted to use our electricity. They wanted to borrow our water. They had employees sleeping in our front yard.They left their trash in our yard. We let all of that slide, until they blocked our driveway and when asked who the supervisor was they all claimed to not speak English. Finally had to call the police and then all of a sudden they could speak English.

Great experience with Pyramid Roofing. They were professional throughout the process. I was happy with a previous small roof repair they did for me and I got a great review from my neighbor who used them to re-roof. They worked with my insurance company and their representative was there to walk the roof with the adjuster. Cost and all possible additional charges explained up front. No surprises. The crew was hard working and polite. Cleanup was meticulous. Recommended.

Lets start with what they do well. The bidding and inspection was by far the best and most professional of all the companies we had come out. The roof went up quickly and looks great. The crew did have to leave in a hurry, so we were left with a pretty big mess; entire rolls of nails, staples, even empty bottles and clothing. My sales guy says this doesnt usually happen, and was so upset he even came out and helped us clean. A real top notch guy! We did have almost $600 of extra charges for decking that we werent expecting, but it wasnt discussed until the final invoice came. They also put a foot through on one place, they didnt let me know, or repair it, I found out by going up in the attic to look at the new decking.The gutters were a different story. When they showed up they parked in the middle of my yard, tearing up huge areas, Then told me that they were not prepared for the job because they never got measurements from their boss, so did not have enough crew, or the appropriate supplies but would do their best. Needless to say my confidence in them was not high right off the bat. We discussed a couple of areas where the facia was visibly rotten, and they were told to replace those which was in the original bid. I came back out to find they had put the new gutters up over the visibly rotted wood, so rotted in fact, that it was literally disintegrating underneath the new screws. They had to take all the brand new gutters down again. They then put up flimsy pine (recycled from another job) that didnt match the thickness of the cedar we had up. Some of which didnt even have paint or killz on it. When we did final inspection all I got was a shrug and a thats all we had thankfully we did that walkthrough though, as we found a downspout they had just thrown under our porch never bothering to attach it to the French drain. To top it off they now want an extra $600 for the extra work that we are having to pay someone else to come and redo. So my new gutters will have been taken down and put up 4 times, each time getting banged up, and my house getting new holes put in. What I have is dented gutters and Facia that needs replaced... which is what I had to begin with. The downspouts they put in aren't even the size that was in my bid, and are way too small to fit the roof line, so the entire gutter job will need to be redone. So far all Pyramid has done is offer $160 off via email. I was told Id be called by management, instead I just got the same invoice emailed back to me with no explanation.Long story short, RUN dont walk from them. If you happen to have a bad subcontracted crew, or a mess up of any kind they will ghost you. Their own employees have stated that our crew was terrible, and the work was "sh++y" but somehow they still want more money than the initial bid. Its really too bad as I have had a great prior experience with this company, but it seems as though fairness and customer service is no longer a priority past the sales portion.
