In my opinion, I would run. Unprofessional, poor work and finished product. My ceiling is awful and many of my belongings damaged.

Their work is Quality and their guys are clean, fast, and professional! I have used them multiple times to fix my ceilings and it is ALWAYS A+ work! Not to mention the price was very reasonable!

I was really disappointed with the work done by Quality Ceiling Refinishing, Inc. There were a lot of things that were left unfinished. They didn't even bother to do the skylights, and they left plastic and paint hanging about 6ft from the ceiling. It was a mess. My husband is 76 years old and a disabled veteran, so this was really difficult for us. They promised to come back and fix it, but they never did. It's just terrible. I would not recommend them at all.

They showed up at 8:30, right on time! Called at 12:45 to give us a 30 minute notice to come back home. They were gone by 1:30. They removed the popcorn texture, applied Spanish texture, and painted the dining room, living room, and hallway ceilings. All that work was done in 5 hours. The workers were very polite. We are totally happy with their work. I really suggest them!

I'm givin Quality Ceiling Refinishing a 100% positive review. Communication in both written and verbal form was amazin. Two clean cut, well-spoken workers started the job on time and worked 7 hours with 1 short lunch break. The ceiling looks really good and far better than before it collapsed. They kept me appraised of each step they were doin, so I would have confidence in the work. You couldn't ask for a better company.

This company did not replace the A/C vent covers they had removed along with the exhaust fans and two recessed lights. We have cathedral ceilings and do not have the capability of reinstalling the vent covers ourselves. Other professionals I spoke with were shocked the company did not reinstall what they had removed. Calls to the company were not returned. We had to hire someone to complete the job. They left white paint footprints on our coated walkways and driveways. Do not hire this company.

Quality Ceiling Refinishing, Inc. did a job for us on February 25, where they removed the popcorn ceiling in five different areas. However, after the crew finished and left, we noticed that the glass covering on a bedroom beside table was no longer there. We immediately contacted the sales representative, Anthony, who happened to be nearby. At first, he denied any responsibility for the broken glass. But when he called his crew, they admitted that it had shattered when something accidentally fell on it. Anthony then came over, took measurements, and assured us that he would arrange for a replacement.

Since then, we have been trying to reach out to Anthony multiple times. He always answers our calls politely and claims to have a contact who specializes in glass. However, despite his assurances, we never receive any follow-up from him. Our main concern is getting the glass table top replaced, but it seems like our requests have fallen on deaf ears.

Overall, the experience with Quality Ceiling Refinishing, Inc. has been disappointing due to the lack of communication and follow-through regarding the broken glass table top. We hope that they fulfill their promise and resolve this issue promptly.

I hired Quality Ceiling Refinishing, Inc. last year, and most of the work was done in July . During that time, they accidentally broke my motion detector. I informed their main employee about it, but unfortunately, they didn't reimburse me for the damage. Finally, their work was completed in February . At that point, I handed Anthony the bill for the motion detector repair, which amounted to $130.54. Since then, I have reached out to him multiple times through calls and texts, requesting reimbursement and discussing a crack in the ceiling that appears and disappears randomly. However, he has been ignoring all of my attempts to communicate. It is important to me that they pay for the damage caused to my motion detector. Additionally, they also left scratches on my wood floor as they didn't take proper precautions to protect it, but I haven't yet insisted on them fixing it.
