Honestly, if I could give no stars I would and I wish I researched the company to see all the negative reviews before I placed an order.
I did check out the lead time on products before placing an order, because this was intended to be a Christmas present. Lead time for the order say 7 - 10 business days, well it's been 19 days and the order has yet to ship. I have attempted to contact customer service twice, through their website, and they haven't even bothered to respond. Will definitely not order from them again and will spread the word to friends, family, and colleagues to steer clear of this company.

Like everyone else on here... I should have read reviews first. I ordered a ton of Christmas gifts thru this site Qualtry. They have never delivered (still shows processing 2 weeks later) and there is no way to contact them other than their web site and they never reply to you there. There is a phone number and when you call it it is for sales only and its a voice mail.

I ordered pillows in November and have never heard back from them. I purchased 5 personalized pillows. There is no way to contact them. they do not answer emails. There is no phone number and chat does not work. I lost money and Christmas gifts. I am disappointed that I sent them my hard earned money and they cannot even respond.
Do not purchase from this company.

personalized cutting board
I purchased 3 cutting boards through groupon, and redeemed them on Qualtry's site. I paid to upgrade all 3 to a larger size (plus paid shipping on the larger size). All 3 arrived, however they are the small size. I have emailed them 11 times, contacted them through facebook a number of times, it has been over a week and I have heard nothing back. These are supposed to be christmas gifts.
personalized order through groupon
My order was placed over a month ago. I've emailed, Facebook messaged, called and left messages - even though they really have no customer service. It is a business line that is not manned. I believe I'm resigned to not receiving my Christmas gifts. I'll never use Qualtry again and maybe not Groupon - they should have investigated this before making the offer.

I placed three orders on 11/17/[protected], 1203851 and 1203701). Today is 12/13/2018 and my order has not been filled. I have contacted Qualtry and Groupon without any success to find out when my order will be shipped. My family is celebrating Christmas tomorrow and I do not have gifts. I have contacted both Qualtry and Groupon multiple times attempting to get a status of my orders. No one has contacted me to give me a status. The messages state they will look into it. I will NEVER order from Qualtry again. I wish I could give them negative stars because this company is not customer service oriented. They charge expensive shipping fees and never deliver the products you order. For those that attempting to order from Qualtry, DON'T! They will steal your money!
groupon personalization purchase
Recently purchased two vouchers for Personalized Aluminum and Leather Luggage Tags (November 10, 2018). The two vouchers are for luggage tags (2 each). I am unable to redeem as Qualtry website link is not available. Have tried to redeem each voucher and still unable to reach necessary website. These are Christmas presents so need direction ASAP. Thank You
cannot get into qualtry website to redeem several groupon vouchers purchased for merchandise from qualtry.
The first voucher is for two personalized farmhouse pillow covers, redemption code GPNPFTPC2--FD6CD20F
The second voucher is for two personalized sketch pads with colored pencils, redemption code GPNPSP2--250DDDFE
The third voucher is for ten personalized jumbo Santa gift bags, redemption code GPNJSB10-6e3111ec0fcb
These vouchers were purchased, and aid for, on Groupon and the items were intended to be Christmas gifts. But I can't get into the website address(es) to redeem the vouchers. I contacted Groupon Customer Service and they were absolutely no help.
personalized beanies - out of stock???
I have tried to spend my groupon numerous times. I can't tell if my order goes through or not. Never do get a order confirmation or a total and no place to paste my redemption code. My cart just shows empty. I have chatted with Groupon customer service at least twice and they say I need to talk to Qualtry.
I have emailed you numerous times since last Thursday morning when I tried ordering my 10 beanies the very first time and it didn't work, but I have yet to get even ONE response from your company. I have called your customer service line several times - only twice was I able to get through to a "Colby Heiner" (sp.?) voicemail, but he doesn't return my calls either! I don't know what else I can do!
I'm beginning to think no one works at this company and my money is just gone!
PLEASE at least answer my email and tell me that, so I can quit stressing about this and chalk it up to lessons learned - don't use GROUPON and don't use Qualtry!

qualtry order
I placed an order in November 2017 and still have not received it. Seems that there is no way to get through to anyone in this company. Worst experience ever! I have tried several methods to reach someone at the company and have been unable to. The order was for 10 Beanie hats, and shipping ended up being $62.00 (scam) because you purchased the Beanies Groupon. I guess they feel like they can charge whatever! I would like my products or a refund for the groupon & shipping ASAP.
This is the worse company ever, I will never do business with them again I ordered 10 beanies November 9th for Christmas gifts and as of today December 12th I don't have them! You don't get a response with you send emails. The customer service number is a joke!
I actually put in an personalized order with another company and have received the items and the order was just as large as my Qualtry order. I will never waste my time again and I certainly with no refer another to them.

I have ordered 2 pillows back in sept & still have not received them. I have emailed, called, even messaged them through Facebook. Every time I try to “live chat” with an agent they are NEVER online to help even during the hours they are supposed to be there. This company is a rip off & I would never recommend it to anyone.

I ordered 5 items from them for my friends, but I received just 2 out of them. Needless to say, I laced my order in October, so all of the items were supposed to arrive, but unfortunately, they didn't. A little bit later I found out why. All of the items were sent separately from each other, so no wonder that they were lost.
Called customer service, they knew nothing and in general were absolutely useless.

I placed an order on November 5 and was told that my order would ship, with tracking, within 4 business days. Not only did it not ship, but you cannot reach them by phone, chat or email. All you receive are auto responses to every attempt. The order is a Christmas stocking and I’m afraid it will not arrive on time.
