Tom and Karen from Queen City Roofing are true professionals. Prompt service, clear communications and a fair price. Roof was replaced in one day, including the replacement of some old plywood that had deteriorated. The crew was great! Left our property clean and tidy. Would recommend Queen City Roofing.

Queen City Roofing did a great job. They showed up on time, finished the job in one day, and were respectful of property and plantings. The roof looks much improved and we are sure everything was done correctly so we will not have to worry about the roof again for a long time. I would recommend Queen City Roofing to anyone.

The skylights and rot were repaired on our house. Our detached garage roof was replaced and an old vent removed with matching shingles to fill the gap. They arrived in the afternoon and completed the that night. We couldn't be happier. Tom and the Forman did a wonderful job communicating throughout the entire process. Would definitely use them again.

Very clean and great work. I had my roof done in one day and I am very please with the work. They are very knowledgeable and clean everything up no nails anywhere. Also the dumpster company they use was very nice and picked up any nails under the dumpster before he took off. Overall very great company and would recommend them to anyone and everyone that asked me.

Tom was out here the day after we called for an estimate and I recieved an email the next morning with his quote. His company arrived promptly at 7 a.m. on the scheduled day and was finished by 3:45 p.m. The yard looked better after they left them before they arrived. If anybody asked me for a recommendation on a roofing company Queen City Roofing would be the first words out of my mouth. We are definitely very happy with our decision.

Queen City Roofing did a great job on the roof of our multi-family property. They responded quickly to my request for a quote, and their pricing compared very favorably to other roofing contractors in southern New Hampshire. Tom and Mike were excellent communicators, and were very mindful of the need to give tenants a heads-up on scheduling. Their crew was efficient and professional, and they left the jobsite spotless. I couldn't be happier.

Just want to commend Tom, Mike , and their entire team for the excellent work they did replacing our roof . Their crew did a professional job from start to finish taking care not to damage our property and leaving everything spotless! The finished product exceeded our expectations despite running into unforeseen problems (our home is 36 years old) and having to coordinate with our electrical contractor while the roof was open. I would recommend Queen City Roofing without reservations to anyone looking for a reputable, quality roofing contractor.

What an amazing experience. Tom and his crew are simply outstanding. From the start everyone involved was professional, and courteous. There were no surprises as Tom told us everything that was needed when he provided a very competitive proposal. The day of the installation was a whirlwind of activity. Every person had a function and they executed flawlessly. The care they took with the property was beyond expectations and when they finished, in the same day, they left the property the way they found it. You could not hire a better company for a new roof!

When our roof failed after only 16 years we solicited quotes from 4 different roofing companies. Though Tom's from Queen City wasn't the lowest we just appreciated how punctual he was with our meeting and timeliness with our quote and professionalism. We also researched history and reviews. Once we had selected Queen City they booked us for 4/15 and at 0645 they arrived and were on the roof. It was amazing watching how efficient, hard working and polite the crew was and by 1445 our roof had been removed, repaired and completely re-shingled. Thanks so much to Tom, Karen Mike and the entire team. Highly recommend.

Queen City just completed a complete remove and replace roofing job on our home. Tom's son Mike was the foreman on the site. They did a professional job (I love the job that they did on the chimney lead). They had some bad shingles(probably from the supplier mishandling them) and they were special order items. Mike had to chase replacements in another state. We had just painted our house and Mike and the crew went through and touched up spots created from flying from debris. They did a great job of cleaning up even though our yard looks like a construction site with all the other work we are doing. We would recommend Queen City to anyone needing a new roof.

I have to say that my dealings with the owners Tom,Karen and their son Mike who is the foreman were great. Tom gave me a quote which was much lower than one that I received from another contractor for using the very same high end materials that I requested. I have a ranch style home with a breezeway and two car garage and the job was completed in one day. Both Tom and Mike showed up during the day to check the progress on the job. His crew were very efficient and left the job absolutely clean. Incidentally my daughter who manages several large buildings and had Queen City Roofing do work for her is the one that recommended them to me. Tom gave me a hand picking out the shingle colors that would blend well with the rest of the house. I have received comments from several neighbors as to how great it looks. Before making a decision to go with another contractor call them first. You will not be disappointed.

The crew was the very model of efficiency and skill. They were early and went right to work. Everyone knew their job. There was no wasted effort. 3 hours to strip the roof, prepare the surface, and to apply the new shingles. Also impressive was the care taken to protect the property. In addition covering the house with tarps, there were tarps on the ground, so the debris coming off the roof was confined, minimizing the possibility of nails being left behind on the lawn or driveway. The final clean up appears to be perfect. Not a nail in sight.

Mike, the foreman was terrific. He offered explanations and answered our questions completely.

Erin, in the office promptly and thoroughly followed up on questions and concerns. It is customer service at its finest.

There were no surprises. The crew had all of the material they needed, the quality of the work was first rate, and the final bill was exactly as quoted.

We received multiple quotes for our new roof and we decided to go with Queen City Roofing. Having worked in the residential construction industry for over 30 years I really appreciated Tom's straightforward quote and fair price. After the job was scheduled we changed our minds on the type of drip edge we wanted. I contacted Tom he made the change, no problem. On the scheduled day, Tom and his crew showed up early and did a great job protecting my house and landscaping as they stripped off the old roof. Tom cautioned me that some boards may need to be replaced, as my house is 67 years old. There were some bad boards, they were replaced without delay and the work never slowed down. The roof was finished by 5 pm, clean up was perfect and the dumpster was picked up the next day as promised. Tom or his son Mike were at the job the whole day and everyone on the crew were professional and courteous. Our new roof looks and works great.

This project was extremely important to our family and property, we are very happy with Queen City Roofing and can recommend them without hesitation.

So glad I did my research! I found this company and others on the ComplaintsBoard.com website. Being a property manager, I rely a lot on customer reviews and have found the ComplaintsBoard.com to be the most helpful when looking for a new service for the properties I manage as well as work needing done at my home. Queen City Roofing was very quick to get back to me with a quote. The owner Tom answered all my questions and was very personable. Karen was a true pleasure to work with and worked with me on getting this job quoted. We really needed this job to be done a.s.a.p. as the roof was in complete failure! They got me in right away on their schedule. His son and crew showed up at 7 a.m. and were completely finished at noon! I am EXTREMELY happy with the finished project.! They installed ridge vents and caps, ice and water shield, metal drip edges, pipe boot, 6 nails per shingle, ply wood replaced as needed and a 50 year warranty. When they completed the job I did a complete inspection of the grounds all the way around the house and did not find one single nail. They did an impeccable job of cleaning up. I am so pleased I now have a roofer added to my list of contractors and I will definitely call them when my home roof needs to be replaced.

My mother loves her new roof! We are all happy with the results. Even the neighbors have called her to say how nice it looks! Not only are we blown away with the new roof but are SO impressed with the installation work and professionalism from beginning to end.

Tom met us to review the work for getting us an estimate, which was received quickly. Since we were replacing a skylight, he came back to meet us again to go over our needs and we selected the shingles. He sent an updated estimate and upon us confirming the project, a start date was provided. Karen handled the contract & payment receipt efficiently via emails and we were kept informed of the dumpster arrival and project date was confirmed w/ start time & estimated completion time - all completed in a day! They informed us that they'd start promptly at 7AM and they did. Mike and the crew got right to work. It was a very windy day but they stayed on top of things and kept things clean as the work progressed. As they stated, they were finished the roof work by mid-afternoon. They were meticulous with cleaning the yard and weren't just rushing off after the roof work was done. Mike took the time to review everything with us before everyone left. No one was looking to rush off. They wanted to be sure we were happy with the job & cleanup which we were/are.
