I purchased 3 bundles of thier 18" Brazilian Hair. This hair is guaranteed not to tangle or shed. After 3 weeks and 1 co wash this hair is crawling up the back of my neck and shedding like a dog in the summer when I comb it. This is not Virgin Hair. I should have known better for the price, I called to ask for an explanation and was told that I obviously didn't know how to care for my hair. I own a Salon and have been wearing Virgin hair for 15 years. This hair is cheap beauty supply hair. These guys are criminals seeling crap they not is not real.

Youre compamy is a sham. Your hair is garbage. You may be able to fool us for a little while but the complaints are staring to mount. There are dozens of complaints about your crap hair. Your reviews all stop after 3 weeks because that all your hair lasts. Even your paid revieewers cant fake that. Goodbye Queen Virgin Remy you had a nice run stealing and scamming us but it will soon be over

You're so absolutely right, tangledandshed1. I recently placed an order and the shipping was excellent...the end! Well, rapid, I should say. They accidentally mailed the shipping cost, and it was suppose $5.05 for shipping and a $2.20 delivery confirmation fee. Confirmation fees are not intertwined within the price, so this was a bogus charge. I was charged $15.00.
I tried calling their "homemade" business severals times to inform them, that I received the incorrect hair texture. No one ever returned any of my calls. The few times I'd spoken with someone, they were either unknowledgeable or IGNORANT! As a matter of fact, someone actually powered of the cellphone. In addition to that, they choose to reply to certain emails. Then to dispute a return for merchandise that was incorrect. Unprofessional on ALL levels. I promoted their business, spreading the word because their prices were unbelievable.
I will not promote this RATCHET, non-professional, homemade business. I will do my best to spread the word on their ignorance. Buyers beware!
Each and everytime I get the opportunity to inform consumers on this knock-off *** company, I will!

Lets start a Class Action Lawsuit. I have read dozens and dozens of complaints. I spoke with the owner and told him I wanted a refund and he told me that if I requested a refund he would hold my money for 60 days or more because He doesn't like my attitude. Lets stop talking. Lets call the news and the newspapers. Lets exposé these crooks. Instead of complaining lets start a class action. I've never spoken to such ghetto, disrespectful, unprofessional people.

I want in on the Lawsuit. I have 38 others on a social page that wants justice on these crooks also.I am going to start a site where everyone affected can sign up. They respond that people who complain are the competition so the public will not catch on to them but that is about to change. Ill put on the site for everyone to save their receipts and consult their local news and newspapers. They are criminals. Very unprofessional. The owner actually cursed me out called me out of my name. LETS START THE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT NOW!

I want my money back as well. I ordered 3 bundles of virgin Brazilian hair and it came so quick. The hair was delivered on time just as they said it would. I didn't have my hair in for more then one day and it started shedding terribly. I was so embarrassed because the hair I usually buy does not do this. I should have know something was up because they only charged me 130.00 for 3 bundles. So definitely want in on the lawsuit because I ma very angry about wasting my money. I don't care how cheap it was, it was still my hard earned monies. WE NEED JUSTICE NOW!

I just purchased 3 budles from this company i didnt install it yet but i pray i have a different experience. Well if it is like you guys are saying please send the website where i can get in on the lawsuit because i dont have money to waste thank you. you can send it to nhuff123456@gmail.com.

I agree I just talked to them 2 days ago about the garbage hair they said I was the only complaint and I know good and we'll I wasn't the only one having the issue about that hair it got very nappy after a week they are unprofessional and not knowledgeable about there products and I'm looking for a lawyer because I purchased hair for other clients as well who are complaining.

This hair is TERRIBLE. The company lures customers in with great, almost too good to be true prices. A customer can spend anywhere from 130-250 on "quality" hair. For starters, the customer service is not the best. They take forever responding to emails or comments on Instagram, if ever. When you first receive the hair, it is nicely packaged, and for the most part, has a nice feel to it. After about two weeks of wear, or after a wash, the hair changes completely. It becomes so matted it the back that it is unmanageable. You cannot color this hair without it having a negative effect. I do not at all believe this hair has ever seen Brazil or Malaysia. Do NOT waste your money. I myself am an experienced caretaker of hair, and this is TRASH. I recommend customers interested in purchasing good quality weave thoroughly do their research before making the mistake I did.

I actually had a good experience with the hair. I ordered the malaysian wavey in November. It took 2 days to be delivered. I had it installed by a professional. I went to the salon and had it washed and set a couple of times and it looked like new. I took it out this month due to me having lots of new growth. I'm going to have the same hair installed again.

I purchased one bundle of 14 inch Brazilian for the sole purpose of adding a little length and volume to my hair. I knew this wasn't quality hair to actually wear for a full sew in. We needed something to hold a curl and color for my wedding. But this hair sheds like a wolf and breaks. If people are purchasing this hair believing this is quality hair, you will be disappointed and this hair won't make it over the first install, if you are lucky. If you want this hair for a quick weave or a few tracks for a special occasion and pack hair breaks you out, then hair is fine. Just have no illusions that this is quality hair that will last.

STAY AWAY from this unprofessional company. The hair is not the highest quality and the company is unprofessional. For example, I order 4 bundles of hair along with hair welf glue. I received my package 5 days later along with NO HAIR GLUE. I called the company immediately and explain my situation. The company representative said, "Oh sorry we are out of hair glue." My response was why did you not send me a curiosity email explaining you were out of hair glue and would refund me my money. Their response was SORRY and I DON'T KNOW WHY WE DID NOT SEND AND EMAIL WITH A BAD ATTITUDE. This company is so RUDE. Then, the company representative told me to borrow hair welf glue from my stylist or buy some at a Sally's or beauty supply store OR just DON'T SEAL THE WELFS. I told the company representative you always say seal your welfs and she said right but if you don't have the glue, well you probably have no choice but to not seal your hair welfs. I was so upset because my appointment was that night. I have heard terrible reviews about this company but DANG I wish I would have listen. HORRIABLE COMPANY STAY AWAY.
