Ra Sol Melia, aka Club Melia, aka Circle by Melia review: Vacation Club

After paying $495 per month for nearly a year, we tried to book our first vacation trip. We were told we CANNOT use the points we had already paid for. Then, we were told it would cost $1,030 (or $1,300) per person, per day - when we asked for clarification, we were hung up on. We did send an additional $517 as demanded. After a month, we STILL cannot get any kind of response - or refund - we had to cancel after already paying for plane tickets. Our e-mails and texts are ignored. This is a total scam. We have carefully documented every contact (which was brief) and e-mails and texts.
