I have cancelled my subscription in the beginning of February 2024 and made an effort again to make sure they cancelled. Twice their employees confirmed it's been cancelled and they won't debit my account. Here we are 1 March and they double debit my account and dealing with them is utterly the worst to deal with. They refuse to hand over the names of the people that made you the promises and escalate your problem. However also someone will call you. No calls nothing. But if your payment is late they cut you off same day. After many years paying every month this is the quality [censored] service you get. And yet you must wait for someone to call you back to tell you your refund has been approved. What bull is it to be approved to get your own money back they took from your account.
Desired outcome: My refund in my account in 24 hours from 1 March 2024 so 2 March I want my money back
