I have been trying to get hold of Rain to activate a new sim card. I phoned the support number [protected] twice (from another phone) to get assistance. I am informed that I am transferred to another department, but end up holding on for 20 and 17 minutes respectively. No answer.
I sent an email to [protected]@rain.co.za, but the email address is blocked. The WhatsApp number [protected] is not a WhatsApp number.
No service whatsoever!
Desired outcome: PLEASE CONTACT ME URGENTLY VIA EMAIL OR WHATSAPP REGARDING THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROBLEM
