smart screen door mesh
I ordered a smart door screen against insects. It took 3months for me to get it and when i received and installed it i realised the produxt is of EXTREMELY POOR quality.the magnets do not attach when one passes through the mesh, it stays open. Also the mesh does not stick to the frame of the door although i used all the tape provided. I asked to return it and receive my money back but they did not allow that although they say full money back guaranty.

I ordered the telescope and waiting 25 days for the telescope to be delivered. I did not receive the telescope I ordered, instead I received a toy telescope valued at $15 to $20 at best. It appears RAMA DEALS is a scam organization and use the old "bait and switch" scam. After numerous form letter emails from Olivia, Sophia, Phil, Sarrah, Abigail, Isabella, over twenty emails...nothing. They stole my money! Don't believe the "100% SATISFACTION or EASY RETURNS", they don't exist!

We have just experienced a scam from RAMA DEALS, regarding their so-called "Celestial Telescope", which shows to be nothing but a non-working cheap piece of plastic toy = far away from the illustrated & promised semi professional Telescope.

I ordered the above mentioned product from Rama Deals and when it arrived it was only a "single section" feeder - NOT the "three section" that was very clearly shown on your site. I have been emailing them for weeks now and they continue to tell me that I got exactly what I ordered. NO I DIDN'T! I even sent them a picture which very clearly showed that I got the wrong item. In all of their replies they say they wouldn't be there without us.
Either I get the CORRECT Solar Window Bird Feeder or I am going to post my situation on every Social Media that I can think of. I spent good money and ended up getting screwed. They are real quick at charging my credit card, but they are pathetic when it comes to pleasing the customer.
It is order # 2895 and I implore of you to please correct this
problem immediately.

They did exactly the same thing to me. Very misleading advertising. I am fighting with them as well. They show a 3 section bird feeder but send a 1 section bird feeder. The first pic is what they say you are getting..the second pic is what you receive.

Paid for this product 3 August. 8 weeks later after numerous emails to them enquiring as to where it was, with their replies being of no substance. I contacted NZ Post to be told that no one had uplifted the product that they no longer had it. At no time did I receive a card to say it was at the post office box, I actually entered a street address on the order. Was told that it was sent to another Post Office, yet again, no notification to say it was there.
Very frustrating, I think it is time this company was exposed for its shoddy customer service relationship.

Purchased this wrist watch that is supposed to be tied to an app using a sim card on 9/24/18. I purchased sim card from my phone carrier and they tried a sim for a phone only, sim for a phone with internet and sim for a tablet and none of them worked for this phone and app. I emailed Rama Deals for assistance and all they emailed me back was a user guide that we (me and the carrier) attempted to get things to sync over several days and a total of 5 hours and never got anything to work. I emailed Rama Deals to obtain address to return the item for a full refund (a total of 10 times on various days) and they refuse to do so and keep asking for a video of the issue. I've spent 5 hours already and just want a refund. Their website says 100% guaranteed, full refund if not fully satisfied. This is the entire reason I never purchase things online, because of deceptive companies like this!

I ordered a Type C android flash drive.
This was the description on my receipt...
"Type C High Speed Android Flash Drive USB - 64GB / Gold".
I was sent a Micro USB as admitted to in one of the several emails with their customer service rep Isabelle.
It read...
"Please note that the Android Flash Drive is a micro USB, and not a Type C; therefore, it is not compatible with Type C devices."
I have had email correspondence from Isabella, Abigail and Olivia. They all quote the same return policy and are refusing to correct this issue. I was not asking for a refund. I was simply asking for the correct product I bought to be sent out.
I purchased wireless earbuds from rama deals, they were defective and they are refusing to refund payment
I purchased the earbuds (order #86830) on line with a credit card. After they arrived October 1, 2018, I followed instructions and charged them up. I successfully paired the two earbuds together and connected them via bluetooth to my iPhone. On my first use, they worked for 40-45 minutes, ran out of power and turned off. I assumed that I had insufficiently charged them so I recharged them overnight but unfortunately, they turned off after 45 minutes. The company advertises that they should last for 4 hours with continuous use.
I have exchanged 6 or 7 emails with their support staff and they reply to each with one stalling reply after the other. They are refusing to refund the purchase price and take the defective earbuds back.

I purchased two 4-in-1 iPhone adapters from Rama Deals. They did not work, and they insisted I provide comprehensive videos to prove they didn't work.
After waiting months they have still not shipped a replacement, cannot provide a shipping date, and refuse to issue a refund. They just keeping insisting reshipment has been organized.
I wonder if they advertise false products to simply raise money?

I purchased a set of wireless earbuds as advertised on Candy Crush. After paying for the earbuds and "expedited" shipping (it was a birthday present for my daughter), I was informed it would take 3-4 weeks. I asked why when I paid for expedited shipping and was told that all "expedited" meant was that shipping was insured. For a $29 purchase! Completely disingenuous! When I asked for a refund, they told me they couldn't because it had already been processed. Three weeks before it was going to be shipped! A complete lie. I see why these people get a single star. I would give them zero.

Order confirmed on September 1st and charged to my credit card. No advice of shipping received so emailed them on September 24th and was told they did not have stock and did not know when they would have stock to ship. After many emails back and forth asking for refund they said the order was being processed and they couldn't refund. When I again asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded, as well as threatening legal action for breach of contract, they surprisingly two hours later advised a shipping tracking number which may or may not leave in the next couple of days. They said I could refuse the package but as I will now be overseas I will not be able to do that so looks like it will be sitting waiting for my return in November.

Order 28151 for the adapter was placed in July when I had not received it by late August I followed up. I was told that it would be shipped in 6 days. I was unhappy but accepted. Two weeks later I followed up and got the same answer again. I said that it is unacceptable and that I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. I was told that this is impossible and I needed to receive and then return the unopened item before I could get a refund. This morning I followed up
Again and was told that you still do not even have them in stock. I have had to buy a competitor one and now I demand my refund.

Same happened to me - took over 3 months to receive
Company advertises 4 USB ports and provides a product with x2 USB ports. I brought this to their attention and they just brushed it off. Then weeks later I still see them using the same advertisement with 4 USB ports. This is false advertising and companies that do this can face prosecution. Additionally I send back the item and waited until it was received by the company and followed up. They are now trying to say I need proof of receipt for shipping when legally thats not required and I was told by a representative to just reject the product.

No where on their website was it advertised that the thing apparently runs on ancient technology and will only work with 2G networks. Finding out that I could get another model and just add a $10 a month line with my existing network rather than have to play $30+ a month with metro or speedtalk, I tried to return the device. The customer service kept trying to sell me additional products, and then after several exchanges had the nerve to try to tell me I was over my 30 day return limit when my paypal receipt clearly shows that I ordered the product two weeks ago. These people are scam artists, pure and simple.

I ordered this product for my 5 yr old grandson. According to the co. Info this watch can be programmed through any phone carrier. Well we have Verizon. We were told this item can not be set up through them. So I have sent numerous emails requesting info as to either return product or how to get it programmed with ABSOLUTELY no results. This is horrendous customer service and a real disappointment to a 5 yr old. And beside that I worked in customer service and the way this has been dealt with(which is not at all) it gives the other hard working people in customer service a bad name. The ad says that they will stand behind their product! So either take it back or tell us how to program it through our carrier.. It's time to step up!

I got this to keep cool but now I'M HOTTER than I was in July. The Product switch was faulty & would not stay on so I returned it to the address on the box. I have over 20 plus emails from them & they repeat themselves & don't read the previous communication. How hard should it be to get a full REFUND as the product is worthless. Their customer service is awful. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau & have DISPUTED the charge on my credit card. I hope they stop ripping people off as I work hard for my money & I pay my taxes. SHAME on Rama Deals. Do NOT buy from them!

the earphones were not delivered as promised. with that beings said I also stopped the payment on my credit card. Os earphones, Rama deals and DHL delivery service is a JOKE! I wouldn't recommend these companies to anyone, if I've learned anything from this is to check customer reviews on all company's and products that will be involved with whatever I've ordered to make sure I'm not being SCAMMED!

Have received one or two emails advising they are shipping but then they advised the product was out of stock. They said it would be delivered in 14-21 days. Pathetic service. Goods purchased were to be deliverd within 14-21 days. In spite of numeous mails, over 40 days have lapsed- no sign of the goods and very incompetant responses. They do not answere what I inquire. DHL website is not updated. They chose to send through a cheaper mode and I am suffering. They never gave me an option to choose. When I ask for a telephone number to call, they do not respond to that, but, they are very keen to know how their call centre response a query!
