I have done booking of Ramada Grand View in Hong Kong for 5 nights, they gave us dirty room with very bad smell, reception staff is very rude. They are treating us very badly. We have done prepayment and now they are taking use of it. We feel like running away from here but stucked because payemnt is done. Even room AC is not working. Please help today is our 1st night of the 5 booked nights. We have always trusted Ramada and I am a frequent traveller, this will break my trust in Ramada if no action is taken.
