Ive been a real estate investor for about 10 years with some success doing wholesaling and rehabbing. Then back in 2017 I came across Real Estate Money and purchased his course. Having had some experience I liked the strategies and the attention to details, so subsequently I joined his personal coaching program. I did 3 deals in a few months using his methods. Their coaches are all great and I have nothing but good to say. Just when I was getting ready to ramp up my RE business, my wife got sick with a rare disease. The only way to help her was to move to a different location. I left everything and moved. Then a few years later, which is a month ago now, one of the deals where my buyer was getting to the end of his term needed to get finalized but we had unpredictable issues (with title, with the buyers lender, etc.). This is when I got help from the man himself that I havent seen or talked to for years. He didnt need to help me, he did and that speaks a lot about him and his organization. With his guidance the deal closed despite me being in a different location and I walked away with very nice profit that my family will appreciate. Forever grateful, Real Estate Money.

I was mislead into buying this program. The process was misleading about purchasing a foreclosed house. It was advertised as no money /need thousand purchased program July 30,2020 It was told I would receive support until I purchased my first foreclosure house. I did not receive it. I was also told that you could do this with no money down. I went onto the website and notice that I would need money to stop a foreclosure. This was misleading information. I tried to call 5 or 6 times with no answer. I email them on August 3.2020 requesting a refund, after two weeks on Aug.17 ,2020 I received a email stating we will get back to you soon . no response again.

I received a call from one of Markos sales people on 3/19 and I spent 897 on the course. I was then contacted by email and I went into the site and followed the course but quickly realized it is all false advertising. Marko does not want to help anyone but himself. All of his material promises to be great but it isn't and you don't actually learn anything unless you keep paying him maybe. He keeps promising to show you if you buy just one more thing. But, you never actually learn anything. I requested a refund of my $897 on 3/24 and his team member tried to push more products on me and blame me for not being successful. He basically said I wasn't able to afford to make any money. I am not comfortable speaking to him anymore because he gets very verbally abusive and I shouldn't have to deal with that just because I want a refund. It is 900 dollars and I feel like it was wasted because this system is a scam.
